We got lucky getting there early, because it was really starting to fill up inside and out once it started! Note that The Speakeasy is 21+ only. We sat with a guy who was sitting alone at one of the tables out on the patio on the first floor - it turns out his girlfriend works here. We were all given a round of tequila shots, where I selected the silver tequila, their lightest one that they had available. They did two more rounds of tequila shots later that night, but I only did one because I drove here. One of my friends had another Jack Daniel's, which was her third one of the night. Their full drinks come with a cool light-up marble that changes color. While my friends went to go dance along with the live band that was playing various music from the 80's and 90's, I stayed behind and ordered some food, which was well needed for me. I ordered the grill cheese sandwich (stylized as THE Grilled Cheese on their menu) with fries on the side. Various cheeses were inside this sandwich, such as brie, mozzarella, and boursin. A guy dressed up as a squirrel saw me eating this and we struck up a short conversation on how he makes grilled cheese sandwiches the easy way. Though I don't eat these very often, I took his advice. Later on, our waitress approached me and told me that the bartenders were getting ready to close out all open tabs at the bar, and that it would be a great time for me to grab a drink before they stopped all sales for the night. I told her that I would be happy to have one, but I had to drive home. This was a great bar to hold an afterparty! Would love to come back again here next time. Try the food! I've had a few things here, and I'll be honest with you, I expect a bar that has this feel to have microwaved pizza and chicken tendies. No, they have a full kitchen and so far everything I've had out of it has been legit and delicious. Mushroom burger was big, juicy, and delicious. Fries are good sized, fried crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned well. You can also get homemade chips, but I haven't tried yet. Caesar salad is good sized--get the chicken, and blackened. Really good. Fried pickles and zucchini are good too, as is the onion rings according to the wife. I forget what else I've tried here, but I haven't been disappointed. They may not have all the mixers to make every drink out there, and I think someone else mentioned they didn't have tap beer (which also surprises me, but oddly enough, I haven't noticed). So I can't confirm nor deny that one. But if you're looking for a place that has a good attitude, good atmosphere (it is dark and smokey, but I'm not a fan of smokey air and this place doesn't get to me, they have a new industrial air filter that does pretty well), and good food with good folks behind the bar, and maybe want to earn the right to be a regular, this is not a bad place to do it. It makes sense because this about the halfway point between my previous and future outdoor adventure where I live life on my time. Dylan's Gaming Lounge has been one of the well suited go to spot. It is near my home and in a shopping center where I take care of some errands. Dylan's Gaming Lounge is a medium size bar/lounge decorated with some neat stuff. The walls display rock and roll memorbelia including a CCR guitar and Elvis Presley "Aloha From Hawaii" memorbelia. There is a pool table, an Internet juke box, and in the center stands the bar. The bar is square shaped with TV monitors above playing professional sports from golf to Major League baseball. I consider Dylan's a classic rock bar. There is rock n roll memorbelia displayed throughout the room. The Point FM, the terrestrial radio station that plays the greatest hard rock hits of all time is the soundtrack. Billy Idol, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, and the Who's Who of Classic Rock grab the attention of the room. Rocking tunes makes gambling in moderation fun. Now, the downside to using the Point FM as the soundtrack instead of satellite radio are all the commercials. The selling point of Dylan's Gaming Lounge that I need to yelp about is that the cold ones are inexpensive. It is my understanding that Happy Hour is til 6 PM, however, the friendly woman serving drinks said, "It's always Happy Hour here." At any rate I have only paid $2 for a Bud draft. Another selling point is that this isn't one of those bars where they only sell bottles of beer. I appreciate this because in my opinion draft beer is the equivalent of what a fountain drink is to cola. Dylan's Gaming is a fun place to gamble when the Point is not playing commercials. Their gaming machines have kept a $5 bill (I'm not a high roller) playing quarter plays in action for at least an hour. There has been one woman running the show at Dylan's Gaming Lounge. Just like the classic rock hits playing on the Point, she is upbeat and fast. Unlike the Point, she doesn't seem to have the advantage of a break. A shout out to the hardworking bartender! Dylan's Gaming Lounge is an enjoyable spot to slow down and enjoy a cold one. Two dollars for a draft beer in an upbeat bar/lounge playing classic rock and professional sports with modern gaming machines, is a business that I yelp positively about.

They have a small steak dinner that I half expected to be garbage because it was so affordable. I was wrong. They have a separate area that you can order food from that is not inside the bar itself, so I guess that is a cool way for people to order take-out without going into the bar.
