Meanwhile, multiple new guests came up to the bar and were helped before us. At one point, we were told "I'll be right with you," but then watched as they helped several other people, poured drinks, and even took shots with coworkers while continuing to ignore us. We kept getting the "two minutes" hand signal, but no follow-through. Eventually, I had to go to the well to ask for our tab. I was told "no problem," but then stood there for another 5 minutes while the bartender walked around helping others before finally getting it for me. It wasn't just slow--it felt dismissive and frustrating. I've had good experiences here before, which made this even more disappointing. Hoping this was just an off night, but something definitely needs to improve with service and awareness.
