I have been visiting Paradise Pub for a few years, and now that one of my favorite bartenders works there, I go even more! Kameron is one of the swing shift bartenders, and he is awesome. He has a great sense of humor, is quit witted, makes whatever the guests ask for, and also makes a delicious weenie on weenie Wednesdays! I'm personally going through a class right now that involves making cocktails, and he has been more than willing to help me out and answer any questions that I have, which has been very helpful. Overall this is a little hole in the wall bar near the airport, but it's cozy and inviting. They have theme days, gaming promos, trivia, and great drinks! They also have some yummy food next door as well if they aren't serving anything up that day. Highly recommend! read more

Fun bartenders, awesome regulars. This place feels like cheers and if you visit often enough you'll start to feel right at home and get to know everyone. Food comes from the place next door and it's good but hours are limited. It's a health driven restaurant so if you're looking for greasy bar food, this won't be your thing but if you're wanting something light and fresh definitely give it a try. The Bartender had a bit of an attitude to us when I had asked about their happy hour & karaoke - 2 of the main reasons why we wanted to check it out. OMG, now this is a chill spot. They have a wide variety of beer and spirits. This is definitely a place where there's something for everyone, from playing pool, darts and music to gaming machines. Prices are reasonable so thats a plus. They also where part of a super fun dog event from BarkHappy, so thank you very much for being part of our furry friends night out in the town. This area looks very corporate from the outside, has ample parking in every direction. I'm giving this 5 stars based on other similar spots we've been to before. It's great for what it is. It's a clean, sorta divey bar that has Karate Karaoke for live karaoke on weekends, which is what we come for. The bartenders are polite and efficient and are always attentive. I haven't tried any of the food, but the service, drink prices and karaoke are wonderful and worth the trip. I've been here when it's slow and when it's incredibly busy and it's always consistent with service and quality no matter the crowd. All in all, if you like good drink prices, a good and friendly crowd and KARAOKE, then this is the place for you! read more

All the waitstaff are rude and have zero idea what customer service is. Let's not forget I called to place a Togo order (because I work right down the street), and the woman who answered the phone told me "she doesn't know how to do take out orders, and she doesn't think the restaurant did them. So I'd just have to come and wait." Really?!? Lol Don't go here. Myself, and my company will no longer be eating at this establishment. It's an absolute disaster now. A co-worker and I found this place near our office and decided to check it out. I have to say that unfortunately most of the very negative reviews are absolutely spot on. From the outside it appears as if it might be a quirky "Old Vegas" throwback bar. However, once inside, the atmosphere is depressing, dark, grimy (though this may just be from the overall feel of the place) and definitely smells strongly of stale smoke and tears of despair. It's as if the ventilation quit working 20 years ago or just never existed in the first place. There was a banner inside the very small bar that advertised a Happy Hour. As it was around 4 or 5pm we asked about the happy hour and the bartender stated that she wasn't aware one existed. This was extremely surprising and disappointing since there was literally a giant banner 20 feet away advertising a Happy Hour. As mentioned in several other reviews, the bartender did spend most of the time on her phone. She also spent a great deal of time talking to regular customers or possibly friends and really was quite inattentive. All in all, I wish I could write more about this place. However, it's not only the poor atmosphere, service and selection that deters me from coming back it's simply the fact that the Paradise Pub is just totally forgettable. It's just another dank, depressing Las Vegas Poker Bar with absolutely no soul to it. I can think of a hundred other places that, in the least, have great service, specials and atmosphere. However, The Paradise Pub comes up short on almost every level. I will not be returning and would discourage anyone else to as well since I can think of dozens of other bars within 2 minutes driving distance that are much, much better. read more

Wow! Clearly this place has made some changes since the last time I was in! The last time I was in here, a few years ago, it was a shit hole. The staff was rude, smokey, service horrible. I was in an office across the street earlier and mentioned to one of the ppl there that I was starving, she recommended I stop in for a sandwich. Hesitantly I took her advice. Glad I decided to give it another try. The entire place was refreshed, painted, redecorated, added games, entire new staff, and no smokier than any usual local bar (pt's type). The new bar manager, Jessie, is super friendly and on point with the refills. Food was (to my surprise) delicious! Looks like a great place to catch a game as well. I read the comments below, and would have agreed with them prior to this experience. Whatever the owners did in the recent past was probably a result of those reviews but it looks like they listened and I'll definitely be back. I should add, the machines are hot!!! read more

First time at this pub. It was quite a night! I received great service from the bartender Jerry. She had a busy bar but people were not complaining. The food was good. They have bar games: shuffleboard, darts, golden tee. Karaoke was also happening. It would be nice if there was a little more room. Although it was probably more crowded than normal. It could be a little less smokey. We did have quite the experience with a very drunk and flirtatious woman who was hitting on everyone! Me and my mom are in Vegas for the week and decided to check out this place off the strip after getting our rental car and reading the good reviews. First of all, the service was amazing! Right when we came in we were immediately greeted and sat down at the bar. Gina the bartender was very nice and energetic and attentive to everyone in the bar including us. The beer selection wasn't too great; me and my mom both had goose island ipas. The food however was amazing. There was a lot of good to choose from but we only had the double decker chicken quesadilla. It was great for even just the 2 of us and the price wasn't bad just $9! The salsa was incredible and it also came with some chips as well. Overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a place to eat/drink off the strip. Only gave it 4 stars because it is a smoking bar and the smell gets annoying. read more

This place is my favorite new bar in my neighborhood. Since I never came here before new management took over, I don't have much to compare it to, but this place doesn't stink like smoke and stale beer.
