Food is great. Karaoke is so fun. Drinks are good & reasonable priced. The staff was friendly. The crowd is mixture of old & young which makes for a good variety of songs being sang.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. It was my first time there last night and my car got broken into. Not only mine but a fellow patrons as well all while people were doing love karaoke. No one did anything but announce it. The bartender claimed my car was out of view and I have to call the manager at 9am. Not his fault. Maybe you guys should have decent security cameras like the rest of the bars in the area especially when people are putting money into machines there. My work cards were stolen. My daughters car seat is riddled with glass. Not only my car but another got broken into and no one even bothered to check or call law enforcement for the matter. That was enough for me. Should've went elsewhere and still had a window in tact. If you're smart and want to be safe and leave with no stress, don't come here. This is the first time this has happened. May I also mention a guy joking about how a 24 yr old got molested in the parking lot? Absolutely disgusting. The bartender was nice and did his best but that was about the best thing that happened. Felt the need to write a review so others are warned before it happens to them. In a time where everyone is trying to preserve what they have in the midst of an absolute crisis... this was a nightmare.. Be safe out there.

This place was dead when we came here after dinner. I've never been to a bar that seemed like a library with how quiet it was despite the background music. It was just a few patrons minding their own business, the bartender and crickets. We had beer and cocktails. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to pay before or after we got our drinks. The bartender was messing with me when I showed him my ID...it was quite an odd moment. Some paid $6 or more for their drinks, mine were free. Ok...thanks but how much do I really owe? "Don't worry about it, it's on me", said the bartender. We left and the bar was back to being a ghost town. Weird vibe.

$8 whiskey cup. Yum. Small price to pay for a trip down memory lane to slumming it in college?

Yes, this bar deserves the rating and reputation it has acquired over time. No question. My experience was brief (40minutes), and affirming. Walked in tonight after an invitation to hear some live music. Went to the bar and was ignored by the two on staff, with one going to the back corner to cut limes or something while whistling to himself and throwing a towel over his shoulder all cool and aloof. All while I'm doing the universal body language of, "hey I'd like to order something," lean in while standing-not-sitting. After shouting for attention to the one dude who walked by several times, I got my whiskey. On the rocks. In a plastic cup, a la frat house douchebaggery. $8. Then he came back and said, "no I mean, $7." Wow, what a bargain. Uninspiring interior. Plastic cup. Overpriced strip-level pricing. No concept, comprehension of, or concern for basic customer service. But it looks like they have a following. Why? Hell if I know. Humor yourself here if you want to convince yourself you're above the tourist trappings of the strip, but still capable of paying for the privilege of... not? Isn't it ironic. The only thing remarkable about this place is how consistent the negative reviews are. It's no accident BH is what it is; it's by design that they're awful. One bonus star for hosting a quality cover band.

I've been here a few times. Last night it was their Halloween party everyone was dressed up in their costumes, I'm pretty sure they'll be celebrating all the way till Monday night. The place and parking lot was packed. There was music, drinks, and excellent service. Watched the ending of some of the football games. Who doesn't love neighborhood bars. Like most quite during the day, there's the regulars, occasional gambler on the machines, someone enjoying a drink after work or just hanging out, eating some food from Express Pizza, watching TV. If you ever come here during the day or when it's slower, you'll probably notice how nicely decorated it is, clean, square structures over the bar area, nice tiles on the wall and floor, tables and seats, lots of flat screens TV throughout, well stocked bar. They have pretty good drink specials and karaoke night but I forgot which days they were, I'll updated. They also have those regular bar games.

Even the bathroom is decorated well, and there is an attendant in there to give you paper towels when you are leaving. The croissant-style brioche bread that comes out as a starter was so good, we ordered 2 more servings. The bread is warm, buttery, and flakey with hints of garlic, and made for such a delicious starter. The Little Gem Caesar salad was bright and fresh, and was a good appetizer to the main course. The house-made croutons were a little big, but went super well with the salad. The Spicy Rigatoni was very flavorful and savory. The tomato and fresh basil balanced the richness of the sauce. The staff here were super kind and checked in on our table pretty often, and the whole dining experience was amazing. It's a bit pricey, but worth the money if you're in the area.

This is a very nice place, nicer than I originally thought before I had walked in. Nice enough where I almost felt out of place by the other patrons. Everybody was dressed very nicely and the level of conversation was far beyond my knowledge-base. Talk of au pairs and hotel business dealings. Interesting for sure, but not really topics that you can just chime into if you were so inclined while sitting at the bar. All that being said, every bartender that I dealt with was extremely professional, beyond kind, and made me feel like a regular, especially when they found out that I was a local. I ordered two cocktails, the Gryphon and the Magic Mushroom, both of which were absolutely delicious. The Gryphon might just be one of the best cocktails I have tasted this year. Now, even though it was happy hour, the cocktails were still $9 each which I was originally a little taken aback at, but after tasting them and realizing the quality of the ingredients in them, I was more than okay with the pricing. I definitely want to come back here if not only for the cocktails, but to actually try the food as well. Honestly, I think a big part of that is the service I experienced at the bar.

I love Yard House. I love the food…read more I HATE THIS LOCATION. This location is in the inhospitality business. I came here with a group on August 28 . I had called probably a week ahead of time to see if I could make a reservation. The hostess put me on hold, she knew how large of a party it was and what day of the week I wanted it for and a manager told me they don't take reservations and I was a little confused about why I was put on hold to be told that. Why couldn't the hostess who answered the phone tell me that? My final count ended up being 10 people and I called an hour and a half before the rest of the party was going to get there just so I could gauge how long of a wait there would be on a Friday night. Natalie answered the phone and as per the restaurant policy, they cannot tell you how long the wait would be for parties over six?? That sounds ridiculous. Are you trying to dissuade large parties from coming in? She was not accommodating at all. When I got there, I spoke to Natalie and told her it was a party of ten. I can't say she was overly friendly. She was doing the bare minimum. While I was waiting for more of my party to arrive, a couple of people had canceled and as I was about to go tell Natalie, my party number has changed some other people from my party arrived, and we were seated well within the time I was quoted. The next person from our party to check in, spoke with Natalie and asked where our table was and she said they don't call tables by name so she wouldn't be able to tell them where our table was seated. We had literally been sat 2-3 minutes before this took place And my friend said that they do indeed call you by name for your table because they were seating someone as she walked in-by name. We were all trickling in and it wasn't as if we were taking a long time to arrive and I had mentioned we want separate checks and the server told us as long as we stay in the same seat no problem. I told her we would all stay in our assigned seats. There were seven of us. Our drinks were never delivered by the same person or food didn't come out at the same time. It was all over the place and we stayed in our seats, but every time somebody came by with something someone had ordered, they were auctioning it off. It was so frustrating to be interrupted. Every time a server came over you have a conversation interrupted and they bring over one glass of beer or one glass of wine and don't know who it belongs to. If our server had been more organized, our party would've left a lot sooner. Honestly, I don't feel that this location for Yard House is really ideal for large parties even though we were only seven people. It was really difficult for us to all have a conversation. I don't know if it's the way the restaurant is late out or what the issue is, but it just was loud and very difficult to have a conversation and granted it was a weekend, but it was well past dinner time.

There was a very long line to get beer from the bar though I found you could just go to the other side of the bar and order as well which was nice. It was pretty much standing room only unless you got a table and were eating and again, that was a very long wait. It could have just seemed extra crowded because about a third of this location was rented out for a private party but then again I could also see that being the case almost every game, though I could be wrong. I could be wrong but I feel like the drinks at this location, compared to their other locations around the valley, are more expensive. It makes sense, but it's also really stupid if that's the case. First time visitor, I ordered takeout for a coworker and myself who were working late for overnight work at the airport. She got the spaghetti & meatballs, a garden salad and I got the Parmesan chicken sliders. Another coworker said her husband tried the Philly cheesesteak and wasn't impressed. We were also not impressed by our food. The garden salad was just a tiny container of boxed lettuce mix. Her spaghetti was pronounced "okay." She said the bread that came with was the highlight. My sliders were immense. I just washed 3 tiny sandwiches and for $13 I thought that's what I'd get but it was a giant box with seasoned fries and 3 sandwiches each capable of holding their own on a plate. I ended up eating the fries (which were good) and eating a sandwich later. I still have two left as i write this. The sandwiches didn't have anything that stood out.
