We ordered our drinks, 10 minutes for those to arrive, then we ordered, 20 minutes later the sever approaches and indicates there was a glitch and most of our order didn't go through so we then had to reorder. 15 minutes later our two kids got their chicken tender and fries and 5 minutes after that we got our hamburger and fries, so in all a 50 minute wait for burger and fries. No apology, no nothing, just plain awful service. There were only 4 other tables with people when we ordered. Really not complicated but they tried hard to make it complicated. So it's a chain so I'm not really reviewing the menu. But I've been here 4-5 times and am consistently greeted promptly and seated and the service is great. For all the fancy variations on the menu I haven't really explored much but the core burger is good. And I have kids and they are kid friendly and that's a plus. read more

Maybe it's me but I won't be coming back to any bareburger. My friend and I went for lunch to try this place out and the bill came to $59 dollars with tip on 2 burgers and fries!!! On top of it the food wasn't good, our fries were so soggy we both left half of them there and our burgers were falling apart. It looked great when it arrived and then we started eating it and truly you can get better burgers and fries for 1/3 of the price up the street or anywhere for that matter. I've always been a big fan of bareburger but this one did not make it on my list. The service and cleanliness is where I gave them the stars but a) they don't have the lunch menu and b) the toppings were very sparse on my burger. I've ordered the same burger and a side of sweet fries at 7 different bareburgers in the tri-state area and I've never felt not full or cheated. I'm not a cheap eater but I don't like feeling like my pennies are being squeezed when unnecessary. The feeling I got while eating my thinned out burger is that since they are in a wealthier area, they don't feel the need to offer the lunch special (especially on Thursday afternoon) which is available at all other bareburgers (even midtown NYC) and trim the toppings to save a few pennies. A simple vegeburger - no bun, no fries, no toppings, just the patty on a plate, costs $13.80 at Bare Burger. I like this restaurant, but the price of a vegeburger is obscene. If you got a meat burger with a bun, that would be $9.90; how do they justify the difference! So, two vegeburgers for my wife and I, no buns, a few toppings, and two beers, with tax and tip tonight - $60! I think they are taking advantage of people who don't want to eat meat. I am completely disappointed in the customer service I received when I ordered my meal on Monday. A friend and I ordered our meals at the same time both through the Bare burger app and both were confirmed for pick up in Rye, NY. My order was received but my friends was sent to NYC. The meal was already paid for but Bare burger in Rye refused to make her a meal without her paying more first. They also said that a refund was not guaranteed. If she had already paid for her meal, then best customer service would have been to make her a new one and apologize for the error. Not make her pay more or tell her she needed to go to NYC to get her meal, unbelievable! The manager himself, was not even helpful! Delicious burgers! The restaurant is super cute but we decided to do take out. I will definitely be back to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole. I got the American burger which was really good and cooked perfectly. The meat is super flavorful. My boyfriend got the Standard burger which he gobbled down so fast and loved it. I really don't have any complaints besides waiting for the food. I would come here for a lunch or dinner on a nice day. Another mini complaint is the lack of parking in Rye which has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. A little pricey as well for 2 burgers came out to about $24.00 but for all organic burgers it was worth it! read more

Horrible experience. Food was delivered almost two hours after the order was placed. I'm in White Plains but have ordered from Rye before because the delivery guy in Hartsdale was totally rude. Didn't have a problem until today when our food showed up without any dipping sauces, all the food was ice cold, we ordered a shake that was mostly melted and the delivery guy didn't even offer an apology. After two phone calls to the restaurant we were told that the delivery "went out a while ago". Ok,...and what am I supposed to do? When I contacted grubhub customer service for a refund on my ice cold food and incomplete order, they told me that Bareburger Hartsdale's reaction was to tell us to use White Plains and not them. So not only is the restaurant awful, so are the attitudes of the management. Our order was refunded but only after they told us not to order from them anymore. VERY NICE! The servers were very knowledgeable and hospitable regarding me and my party as vegans. They went above and beyond to give us a delicious vegan meal. After seating 3 other tables with menus and greetings Finally a server came over and asked us if we were being helped we then said no and she then gave us menus, and asked if we wanted anything to drink....and we ordered 2 milk shakes Then another server came over and mumbled 3 times "can I assume you are ready to order" Eventually original server came back and She asked if it was our 1st time here we said no and that we needed time to look at menu... Finally she came back and we ordered ring and fries... she put that in and then a few minutes later we ordered our burgers.... Both were supposed to be cooked medium Both were over cooked. Greatly disappointed. Servers seemed inconvenienced by our presence and made us feel rushed and unwelcome... My Girlfriend and I stopped here on a business trip and we were thrilled to find an all organic burger place! First of all the service was amazing. Our server Leo greeted us at the back door with a smile and introduced us to the owner who was also very friendly and hospital. We were seated quickly and offered drinks.
