    Kobb Salad (the best)

Love to come here for lunch. The vibes are pretty lowkey and relaxed. The food menu is always switching, which can be a plus or a minus. I am a picky eater so I like the SAME things. The menu has a bunch of options; vegan, vegetarian, salads, bowls, burgers, chicken, even imposible meat. It has a bar area and table areas (great for families). They have a mass amount of options for beer, cocktails and wine. The staff seem like it's always being replaced there are a few people I recognize, that are so sweet and friendly. (Leah, is personally my favorite girl there). The bathroom could be cleaner but the food, vibes and service are pretty legit. 8/10 for me. I probably come here like once a month. I would say it's a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and the meat (chicken, burger, chicken nuggets) are really really good. They do charge extra for any additional sauces you get; honey mustard, ranch, BBQ. It's annoying to me so I figured I mention to you guys just in case.

Been here for the second time -first time I really enjoyed my burger. Went yesterday ordered a So Co -double turkey avocado onions and mixed fries regular and sweet potatoes. With that said the turkey flavors were overwhelming but it was eatable, my fries were warm to cold not happy about that. My son had a sweet Bison Blue double burger he requested caramelized onions not to be included and he did say bison was tasty but greasy. He also ordered the popcorn chicken that was definitely to his liking. Beer choices are good. My only suggestion is I hope they can update their menu to include single burger choices, right now they only offer double meat choices. Service was good our waiter was very attentive-Ambiance simply love it , all wood seating love the rustic atmosphere. For this fall weather they have fire lamps by the outside tables. I say give it try

Food is always great at this burger spot. Service was on point and the rustic decor is super cute! The ceiling is reclaimed wood & metal from old barns.

First time to pick up an order here. Huge amoooount of burger. We did today fries, The Standard and the Supreme burgers. I will talk about the Supreme: it has bacon, onion rings, pickles, meat , lettuce, cheese oh my!!!.... Was amazing. So tasty, fresh, prfctttt temperature, great presentation, well packed. The fries were deliciousssss, also. My husband said his was deli, by the way

Being the closest Bareburger location to us, we have been here many times, and also have done many take outs. I always have had good experience with them both dine-in and with take out. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food quality is consistent, never had ups and down in their quality and service. During pandemic they have limited their protein option, but I used love their BYOB (build your own burger) menu, where I had option to pick between beef, ox, bison, several chicken varieties and many more choices. Food taste - 5/5 Food prep time - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Price - $$ Restroom - 4/5

Good spot for burgers, very fresh food and good selection of beers. This is the second time I've been here and both times It's been good. Friendly service and a nice setting. The burger though is overwhelming. They use 2 patties in their burgers which to some people may be a little too much. The juices from them wet the bun and make it soggy. I couldn't even finish it. It was delish, just too much! They should add an option for one pattie on their menu.

Sorry folks-I only snapped a pic of my drink. Cosmo-off color for me yet so so good!

Mykos is beautifully decorated with flowers and touches of blue to make you experience a touch of Greece. There's lots of seating available and different sections within the restaurant. Valet parking is available. Our waitress, Laura, provided great detail behind the menu and offered suggestions since she knew it was our first time visiting. Our group ordered five appetizers, and they each delivered in taste and presentation. We enjoyed all of them: 1. Colossal Shrimp 2. Grilled octopus 3. Homemade pita with creamy feta 4. Saganaki 5. Mykos Chips with Tzatziki For dinner, many of us enjoyed the moussaka. Other stand out entrees included the halibut and grilled chicken. Highly recommend a side of the lemon potatoes. Dessert also delivered! We loved the apple pie and pistachio martinis. With lively music and dancing, Mykos provides a fun night out for any celebration. I'm excited to return again!

Had an early Valentine's Day dinner with the wife the day before Valentine's Day. Brasserie Memere…read moreis an upscale French restaurant located in the Target plaza of Closter. The lighting is dim, the ambiance is intimate, and it looks romantic. I had made reservations so we were seated immediately. It's funny to note that the place settings were placed next to each other instead of across from each other at a four person table. We usually prefer to face each other, but when it's Valentine's day why not be cute? We ordered a few drinks during our dinner, the Sugar Plum Fairy, Memere 75, Avion en papier. My favorite was definitely the Avion en papier which had a slightly sweet, slightly bitter, citrusy taste. They had a pre fixe menu for Valentine's Day which unfortunately did not have the steak tartare i was interested in trying. But for $88, you get 3 courses: an appetizer, entree, and dessert. For our appetizers, we got the TARTARE DE THON (tuna tartare) and COCKTAIL DE CREVETTES GEANTES (shirmp cocktail). Between the two, i preferred the tuna tartare. The shrimp cocktail was good, but the only thing really special about it was the massive size of the shrimp and the freshly grated horseradish in the cocktail sauce. For our entrees, we got the CASSOULET DE CANARD and FILET MIGNON. The extremely tender duck leg confit was served with pancetta, white beans, toulouse sausage, and foie gras breadcrumb. It was rich, savory, fatty, and filling. All great words to describe food. The duck leg confit reminded me a little bit of a smoked turkey leg with the red coloring and shreddable texture. The filet mignon was served with pomme purée, wild mushrooms, and a bordelaise sauce. The filet was cooked medium rare as requested, but a bit under salted. The pomme purée aka mashed potatoes tasted like it was 50% butter so it was obviously delicious. Dessert was good, but my least favorite part of the meal. We got the TAHITIAN VANILLA CRÈME BRÛLÉE and the VALRHONA CHOCOLAT POT AU CRÈME. Both were very sweet. The brûlée crust did not shatter well, but it otherwise had a nice creamy texture. The chocolate pot was covered in flaky feuilletine which gave a nice contrast to the creamy chocolate, but my wife found the brandied cherries overpowering. The cherries made me think of German chocolate cake. Service was excellent. Staff was quick to refill water and checked on us constantly. Pace of the meal was relaxed and I'd even say they were slow to bring us the check since we had been dining for over 2 hours. My wife wants me to bring her back for their bottomless brunch on a Sunday so I will eventually be back.

My writings took me elsewhere in between then and now but I close the year with a score for "The Hill." The hills were rolling with endless space for me and my constituents to graze. We stretched out for a late lunch / early dinner (depending what type of guy / gal / etc you are). Not sure what led us down this path, but it was obviously the less traveled. We ate solo. The attention of the staff was, as you could expect, grand... yet still a tad slow on the food. Questionable, but I didn't ask the question. Questions need answers, and if you want to stop questions you stuff someone's mouth. They stuff your mouth alright. The calamari is not only tasty, but plentiful. A plate overfilling with calama you wonder what lovely inland jersey pond they rescued this quantity from. We got a side of fries to share, same story, but carb based. Clearly no potato famine in the near future. We finished off our finishings with a steak, some rigatoni and the duck. I always order best so I can't fully judge the other dishes. Clearly, I ordered the duck - Man of class and integrity. The steak was apparently a 4.5/5. The pasta was apparently a 3.5/5. But the Duck was a 5/5. Beautifully cooked, wonderfully presented and just filling enough. So - for me - I had a five star midday experience. But everyday is a 5/5 for me. I'm happy. I'm charming. I'm brilliant. Linguini B is undoubtedly ready to run up The Hill again in the near future. Knees high, head down, on the balls of my feet... ready for whatever comes my way.
