Soft opening! The service was extremely slow but hoping it gets better since they just opened. The interior is super cute - high ceilings and open space. The food was yummy! I loved my skillet. The coffee had a raspberry taste I didn't like though. Great addition to the neighborhood. Lots of parking on the street and by the train station.

Delicious brunch. So glad I stopped in. Yum!!!

Tucked into a prominent corner at Broadway and Westwood Avenue, Rosangelly's Café Restaurant & BakeHouse feels less like a new opening and more like an instant local institution. Set inside a thoughtfully transformed former bank, the space retains a sense of structure and history while being reimagined into something warm and inviting--a true "gastro-cornerstone" at one of Westwood's most visible intersections. Where transactions once took place, guests now gather over coffee, conversation, and carefully crafted plates. The menu leans into elevated comfort with a clear attention to detail. The Skillet is a standout--two eggs any style layered over crispy potatoes and thick-cut bacon glazed with a subtle passion fruit syrup, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh thyme. It's a dish that balances savory depth with just a hint of brightness, served alongside buttered sourdough that rounds out the plate beautifully. The pesto grilled chicken panini follows suit--simple in concept, but executed with precision, its fresh mozzarella and herbaceous pesto carried by bread baked fresh in-house. Equally impressive are the bakery offerings. Rows of freshly made, artisanal baked goods--presented in their most honest, "naked" form--highlight the kitchen's commitment to craftsmanship. There's no need for excess; the quality speaks for itself with every bite. What truly elevates Rosangelly's is its sense of identity. From its specialty coffee program, rooted in Latin American tradition, to the warmth of its hospitality, the experience feels intentional without being overworked. It's the kind of place that invites you to linger--whether for a quick espresso or a slow, unhurried brunch. A standout addition to Bergen County's dining scene--and one that feels built to last.

The food was good but was very disappointing that we waited over an hour for our food because our server forgot to put in our order.

Farmhouse Cafe & Eatery 301 Center Ave…read more Westwood, NJ 07675 Frozen Mint Lemonade Farmhouse Panko Chicken Club The interior of this restaurant has a rural atmosphere with exposed metal beams, vintage metal signs, and various farm equipment. I decided to explore a couple of the popular menu items. Frozen Lemonade: This thick, slushy signature beverage was quite refreshing. It was blended with crushed ice. This was an excellent drink and was satisfied, until I realized something; I ordered a frozen mint lemonade, not a frozen lemonade. Although my server unintentionally confused the drinks, it was still decent. I got caught up in this tasty beverage I by the time I realized it was the incorrect beverage I had already finished it! Farmhouse Panko Chicken Club: Named after the cafe, this crispy chicken sandwich was topped with avocado, bacon, and cheddar. The toppings blended perfectly, especially when served on ciabatta bread. This sandwich was really tasty, but it was very pricey for its size. French fries or a house salad is included with the sandwich. On a positive note, I was allowed to substitute kale for the romaine. The balsamic dressing mixed perfectly with the salad. I was told that cucumber and tomatoes would be included with the sandwich. However, the salad only included tomatoes. The food was overall decent, but there were inconsistencies in the lunch order. This kind of surprised me because the location was not crowded. Since multiple mistakes were made, I cannot promise there will be a future visit. #farmhousecafe #farmhousecafeandeatery #farmhousepankochickenclub

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great option year-round. The menu is extensive, so there's something for just about everyone. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I do wish they offered a few more GF options. That said, I really appreciate that they have gluten-free bread and wraps. My go-to order is the grilled chicken pesto wrap on a gluten-free wrap, and during the colder months, I love pairing a meal with one of their soups. I just wish there were more gluten-free side options besides a salad. They also have a nice selection of non-caffeinated iced teas, which is always a bonus when you're looking for something different to drink. Service can be on the slower side, especially during busy lunch or dinner hours, so it's best not to come if you're in a rush. The restaurant has a few TVs that are usually showing sports, giving it a relaxed neighborhood feel, and the bathrooms have consistently been clean whenever I've visited. If you pay with cash, you'll avoid the credit card service fee. One thing to know before you go: parking in downtown Westwood can be a bit of a headache. Pay attention to the parking signs and meters. Although, I would love to see the farmhouse expand their gluten-free menu, it is a reliable local spot with good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and enough variety to keep us coming back.

All the staff were sweet and attentive. The owner was wonderful. I can tell he definitely put time and sweat into his restaurant. Fresh ingredients. Love the eggs sausage traditional breakfast. Potatoes were seasoned well. I wish they have Egg Benedict on the menu tho. Pancakes were fluffy. Big portion. Love the apple crisp. Sweet warm apples with the crumbs on top is such a great combination. Lemon bar and brownie were good. Def a great restaurant at the neighborhood!

It has two handles on the side, making it easier to use. It can be made of wood or plastic. Located across from the train station, we decided on a celebratory meal at this popular spot for brunch/lunch in Westwood. A reservation was made for a party of 7 via Yelp. Upon arrival inside this cozy interior featuring retro decorations filled with rolling pins from ages past with several tables, we were greeted by the staff and checked in at The Rolling Pin Cafe. We were directed next door to their annex building, where it was warm and homey but with more seating. We were once more greeted by the staff and managed to get a table by the window. Their menu contains classic comfort foods for breakfast and lunch with specials rotating weekly. My partner, our friends, and I decided on the Pin Platter, Chicken Salad Sandwich, NJ Sloppy Joe Sandwich, Pesto Turkey Sandwich, Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Strawberries, Avocado Toast Platter, and 1/2 Smoked Turkey Sandwich with Mac & Cheese. The sandwiches accompanied their house-made sweet potato salad. Everything continues to be made on-site, so it's remained fresh and has that genuine homemade taste with wonderful flavors, which is hard to find these days. Portions were generous, and the price was reasonable. The owner, Jeff, is such a nice guy who sent over some complimentary desserts to sample: lemon bars, cheesecakes, brownies, and apple cobbler with vanilla & chocolate ice cream. The server Johanna was friendly and accommodating. This place never disappoints...

This building has been around since 1700s and was formerly a general store and tavern. All of the menu items are freshly prepared in house using organic ingredients directly from the farm. These are a couple of the lunch menu items I explored: Homemade Hibiscus Iced Tea: This herbal beverage has a reddish color; its appearance is different from an original iced tea. The drink was very refreshing with a slightly tart taste. Farm Burger: This ounce angus patty includes lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and a secret sauce. I also added yellow American cheese for a $1 up charge. I cannot identify the ingredients of the secret sauce, hence the name. It was really tasty and I requested a small extra cup on the side for dipping. For the most part, this was a tasty burger. Next time, I will request to have the patty cooked medium well because I feel a well done burger compromises its flavor. This cafe also serves as a farmers market; they sell grocery items such as homemade honey and farm fresh eggs. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend dining in so you can take in the country atmosphere. #farmcafe #abramdemareehomesteadfarm #farmburger #hibiscusicedtea #closternj
