I was trying to sort out some clothing from my ex girlfriend and I, there was a sweater that was questioned. I had a bunch of dry cleaning bags that I wanted to recycle, I was told that they wouldn't take them because it might contaminate there flow. What the fuck ever. Dry clean bags are dry cleaning bags, get over it dude. The bottom line, it wasn't a welcoming environment, I felt like it was a pain in everybody's ass. I won't be going back. They provide NO copies of the consignment contract for sellers which I thought was very strange and unprofessional. How hard is it to print the agreement in duplicate?! After I left, I sat in my car, feeling uneasy and read these Yelp reviews. My instincts said, "Back out NOW". So I went in, took my clothes and got my fee back. The woman running the store at the time (Red hair) needs some serious customer service training. She doesn't smile, is not at all welcoming and seemed indignant that I questioned company policies.
