Scott came out to inspect the issue, gave us a quote, and came back in an agreed upon date and on time. He was quick to help us fix it, and even repaired other things we uncovered with the bed. We can sleep soundly now thanks to him! Would use again in a heart beat!

My wife and I bought large 4 post bed whose headboard was so big that it couldn't actually fit up the small, awkward staircase in our hold home. I called Scott and he was at my place the next week to assess and problem solve with me. Ultimately he landed on a solution that minimized damage and maintained the bed's structural integrity. His stain blending and finishing work when reassembling the bed was above and beyond. You can't even tell where he made the original cut! My wife and I now have an amazing bed thanks to Scott and his ingenuity. From being highly knowledgable about all kinds of furniture to his selection of wood, glue, and other materials, he really knows his stuff! His communication is excellent throughout the 2-3 week project and always showed up promptly on time. I'd highly recommend him for any furniture repair or restoration needs.

I can't believe I'm the first to review this business! Put simply, I had an incredible service…read moreexperience and could not have been happier with the results of my project. I asked them to take a super wonky motorcycle seat from a cruiser and turn it into a cafe style seat. With the shape of the original pan this was a taller order than one might think, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park with just a couple examples of the style I was looking for. It could not have turned out any better than it did. Quality work and killer style. The seat was also built and returned in a matter of days. I would go in there with any sort of upholstery project.

At high elevation, the sun is strong and our summer to winter temperatures vary greatly in this climate. Seats do no last long. There are a few places in Denver, one known for fancy stitchery of a very different sort of bike. We were looking for someone who could do the simplicity of our original seat style and not far from Boulder. Boulder no longer has any repair and replacement options for motorcycles. I called a few places I found on Yelp and Google. I found this close and easy to access option with 5 star Yelp reviews and thought we would go talk to them. We did that a few weeks ago and they measured the seat and decided on some simple textured black marine grade covering. It's what the bike originally had on it when we got it new. They ordered the material, gave us the price it would cost to have it done and it seemed totally appropriate to us so we approved it. The work was done in their shop, even though they were in the process of moving the entire establishment to a location about 6 blocks away. Total time was a few weeks, as promised. We could see that they also do furniture and vintage cars as well. Michael and David were so friendly and helpful and true to their word. They are still in need of a new sign out front, so check the directions well to find the parking lot on the west side of Main St, between a restaurant and a used car lot. Note the new address when Yelp posts the change I submitted. It is 1120 Main St. And definitely call first before going out to see about your project.

They were clean and in reasonably good condition but I wanted an updated look. The process from start to finish took more than 5 months. A few thoughts on my recent experience: The Good: A great webpage with testimonials about craftsmanship, quality and cautions about mask wearing to protect everyone's health. They offer a great selection of fabrics and a helpful zoom meeting consultation followed by fabric samples. The Bad: Despite a promise not to have client furniture for more than 4 weeks and careful pickups and deliveries; they kept my chairs from late May until early August and Mike interacted with us without a mask. Later he called to let us know he tested Covid positive. After we finally got our chairs and cushions, we saw the following defects: i.e. The Ugly. (1) Velcro straps were sewn too far into the center of the cushion to wrap around the upright posts of the chairs; (2) The Zipper was not concealed by a material flap like our old cushions and contrasted with, rather than matched, the color of the upholstery material making it very prominent; (3) The material was frayed near the edge on two cushions; (4) The new foam inserts were not cut properly to fully fill out the cushions; (5) Our original cushions were not returned. Wanting to limit our interactions with Mike; we wrote asking the shop to fix only the first, functional problem, deciding we could fix or ignore the cosmetic flaws. To her credit, Heather seemed genuinely surprised by the poor workmanship and promised to reposition the Velcro straps. When we returned the cushions for repair, I immediately regretted paying earlier, in full, by check. Mike began to argue that they could not fix this obvious defect. He also stated that he could not return our old cushions because they had been destroyed. While I retreated to the car before I exploded, my husband patiently pointed out to him how the Velcro tabs could be relocated. He relented and several weeks later we finally got our new cushions. They look .... O.K. I really wish I had not relied on the snazzy website pix and testimonials and chosen an upholsterer I knew.
