    Andrew at Window VanGo was absolutely amazing to work with. He stuck with us during my back and forth decision making and indecisiveness. He even came in on his day off to help us look again at the show room and weigh our options. My husband also raves about Michael the installer and how he was efficient and detail oriented. We had ordered some do the fancier blinds which meant they all had to be synchronized and hooked up to the app. The install went seamless. Andrew stopped in to verify the job was going well. This is our second house we have used Window VanGo for and have only had good experiences. Our shades turned out beautiful!

Carrie the consultant came out to our home on a weekend, as we requested, and we actually ordered shades from her that very day. She had a good selection of samples to choose from and had good insight to offer in guiding our choices. She was professional and friendly. We appreciated that she took the time to give us different price quotes on varied scenarios. We went with our gut and decided to proceed with Stoneside after our meeting with Carrie even though this was the first contractor that came to the house. I proceeded to cancel the appointment for quotes I had previously made with other shades company representatives in the following weeks. We went with our gut feeling even though the decision for shades for the entire house was a HUGE purchase. In the following days, we noticed and error made by Carrie and saw that she had left out a quote for one window. It was unfortunate that we had to go a little higher in price for the added cost than we initially thought for the project. However, she was quick to bill us for the left out window and didn't cause any delays in the timeline. I was a teeny upset by this but not enough to scrap the entire project. Jeremiah, the installer, promptly came out to the house in the following days for measurements and provided us with temporary shades so I wouldn't have to duck and roll out of the sightline from the neighbors every time I got out of the shower. He was also very professional and friendly! Jeremiah is a cool guy. The shades were ready days before the promised date and Jeremiah came out to the house for the install. Everything looked great except the one bedroom shade had a fascia like the rest of the house instead of the cassette we wanted! I contacted Carrie right away and she fixed the problem on the spot by speaking to the production manager at the factory. She even went and arranged for our kitchen ecosilk shades to be turned around so that I would see the satin sheen side from the inside! I was looking at the wrong side during the sample consultation, apparently, but Carrie fixed it so that I would get the shiny side of the fabric that I liked better! Jeremiah proceeded to take down the kitchen shades and the one from the bedroom after I spoke to Carrie. He was careful to clean up after install of every window. He took down the shades that were to be taken back to the production factory without any gruff or even a look of displeasure even though he had just put them up. Like I said before, Jeremiah is a chill guy. Later that week, I got contacted by Jeremiah who told me that the kitchen shades and bedroom shade were ready! Everything looks fantastic and the fabrics Carrie helped us choose lets in so much natural light while giving us the privacy we desperately needed from surrounding neighbors. Carrie has since contacted personally to follow up to make sure we are completely happy. She's a very well put together lady who provides excellent service. I love supporting local businesses, especially when they provide quality products coupled with good customer service. I don't foresee having problems with our shades but I fee pretty confident that Stoneside will be there to take care of any issues, should they arise.     I have used this company for nearly all the window coverings in my house, over a period of 30+…read moreyears, when then they started in Boulder. They have always done stellar work and carry high quality products. Unfortunately one of our Hunter Douglas shades of the mid 90s had a failed cord due to its extended use in a bedroom. When I called to see if it could be restrung, I learned the sad news that they cannot, due to federal safety laws regarding the child strangulation prevention measures of current manufacture. A good thing for children of course, but a complication for homeowners. We went out to their facility and worked with one of their designers and chose a shade similar enough in color and style to fit in our home. We ordered the product and waited about 4 weeks until it arrived. We picked it up and planning to install it ourselves, having done so for some of the older ones in the past. As it turned out, the method of install is so different now, the tools required and the shape of the brackets now also different, we were unable to do it. I called the designer and asked if we could have an installer after all. She contacted installation and got me the contact to set it up. Today the installer got here, a true professional, on time and with tools in hand, had it done in under 20 minutes. Nothing like having the skills and the tools and the height to do it with ease. We felt very fortunate and the price to do this was very reasonable. I will continue to use Innovative Openings for all of our window coverings. One more note, if you do have an older Hunter Douglas window shade product in your home with any small plastic fasteners or pull tabs for the old cord system that have cracked with age or high altitude sun exposure like ours, those parts can be ordered directly from Hunter Douglas online. It is simple to replace most of these parts. The parts are free and I was only charged a minimal shipping fee. I was able to get about 7 pieces. I was able to match colors for past products up to nearly 20 years old. I did those replacements myself. I even switched one to the same color but a different shape to better match the older blinds in the adjacent room. It's the internal cord system on the older blinds that they can no longer re-string. If you want to prevent replacing, be very gentle on them as they age.

He got the job done quickly and left the house spotless. The four shades he installed added to the 9 shades of various types and sizes that Innovative Openings installed as part of our recent remodel. I've been very pleased with my experiences with Innovative Openings during the last 40 years.

First trip to fix a stuck blind and the fix lasted less than a week. When he put the blind back up he did not put on the end caps and was reluctant to take the blind down to put them on and do the job right. Second trip out he was visibly frustrated trying to get the blind down and did everything he could to not remove it to figure out what clutch was needed. He had trouble contacting the company to order the part so instead of doing it later and getting the part he just left and gave me the quote above. He did leave $50 on my counter for the failed repair, still was charged $50 for the trip. The least professional repair person I have ever had.

We had received a…read morefree estimate through Georgia who was a very nice lady talking us into doing a deal that would end that night if we didn't sign on the dotted line. We ended up not going through them because we found a much better deal with a better product. We canceled the order before 24 hrs even though they said we had 48 hrs to cancel. They still charged us the full amount. The credit card company has been working with us and after a full month of many calls and many headaches, 3 day Blinds finally reimbursed us. Just don't want someone else to go through what we did.

Every time they come they're missing a piece and they waste an entire day of my time I had to take off of work. I called the warehouse two different times to make sure that they had the proper pieces in the box for when they come out today. And they did not. Their installers only get paid if they finish a job, so they have wasted the time of two different crews of installers who came out here and were not able to do their jobs because of their ineptitude. This place is overpriced and does not perform. And whatever you do do not get the concierge service, it's way more hassle than it's worth and they don't get back to you anyway.
