The service was prompt and done right. My husband had 2 sports coats taken in and pants hemmed. Everything was completed in a timely manner as read more

I dropped off my suit pants to be hemmed prior to traveling internationally for a wedding. While the prices were cheap and the hemming seems to be good quality, they weren't ready by the time they were promised. I had to pick them up 2 days after the original pickup date, which was the day before I flew out. Be careful if you use Sew Fresh for a time sensitive service! read more

Vince did an incredible job altering my wedding dress. It needed a lot done: letting out the waist, altering the sleeves, taking length off the bottom, adding a bustle, and adding cups to the bust area. He's efficient and quick to the point in conversation. He got everything done in less than a month and the total cost was only $350. I'm short and usually need pants and dresses tailored, so I'll definitely go back to Sew Fresh after this awesome experience. read more

Their advertising says they provide attentive personalized service...well, that definitely was not the case. Who ever was at the front desk was too busy to help me. I said to him that I could come back when he had to time to listen and understand my alteration needs. He then stopped working/sewing and turned to me, half irritated that was there and then seemed like he was willing to listen to me explain the alterations I needed...and very quickly we went back to work. I can see many have had a great experience here so obviously this is a rare occurrence but I need someone who has time, meaning at least 4 minutes, to understand what's needed and give a solid helpful recommendation. I had some pants I wanted tailored. I'll find another alteration shop...there was absolutely nothing fresh or attentive about this place or their customer service. read more

Needed a zipper replaced on a favorite Polartec sweater. The gentleman who did the repair did a fantastic job, good as new. Price was reasonable. I'm so glad I got that done. Now I have an old but still good ski jacket with a malfunctioning zipper and plan to take that one to him too. Recently I've been shopping for a replacement for a different jacket whose zipper keeps splitting open and have learned to look for one with a YKK zipper. While taking the pictures for this review I see that he used a YKK zipper and it is indeed way better than the old one. I'll definitely ask for one of those for the jacket I'm taking to him. read more

This was by far the worst service I have ever received. I was over charged, ignored, and the owner tried to trick my wife into paying an extra $150 until I went back and spoke to him face to face. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I have recently moved to Longmont and I've been looking for a great tailor. I was very fortunate to have been referred to Sew Fresh Studio in Niwot! The service was friendly, affordable, and completed in a timely manner. The finished products are stunning. I had several pairs of pants and jeans that needed to be hemmed and taken in at the waist. Excellent work! Thank you so much. read more

Before I had found Sew Fresh I had gone to a couple other places and I really didn't connect with any of the other women and designers like I did with Nora and Jade. While other designers tried to change my vision, the girls at Sew Fresh completely embraced my vision with enthusiasm. Not only did they embrace it but they couldn't of done a better job on my dress. My dress was everything I had dreamed of! They recommended me to the most amazing fabric store in Denver where I picked out all of my lace and then they custom made my dress and it fit like a glove. I got so many compliments at my wedding and it made me feel like a princess! The thing I cherished the most about Sew Fresh and the employees is that it felt like home and like it was my own mother working on my dress and helping me through the process! I drove an hour to get there each time and I would drive 2 if I had to. read more

I have had many clothing alterations done perfectly here over the past several years and recently a curtain fabricated for the door of my truck camper, also done to perfection. Great workmanship and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this business! read more

Got a wedding guest dress tailored here. They knew exactly what to do for the best fit and I'll be taking all of my garments here from now on! read more

I needed yards and yards of chiffon serged for table runners for my son's wedding. We were short on time and I don't have the machine or skill to do it myself. I picked up 12 perfectly hemmed table runners today and considering the incredible amount of labor, thread, and time it took to do this job, I felt the cost was super reasonable. I will definitely take any tailoring or sewing tasks to Sew Fresh! read more

I had a simple alteration to a couple of hats I needed and sew fresh provided quick, reasonable and friendly service. I felt like I was dealing with a good neighbor. read more

I got my Merino wool jacket elbows repaired here. I wear it every day and the elbows were wearing thin. I brought in some scraps of material and Vince sketched out the shape of the patches he would use, described the stitch, what work would be done and gave me an estimate that was close to the actual price. I now take other things there as well! read more

Sew fresh studio offers remarkable customer service. I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be let out and then let back in and then let back out again. They fitted the dress perfectly so I was both comfortable and secure. Both jade and vince worked very hard to make sure everything fit right and that i felt confident and beautiful in my dress. They wouldn't stop until i was 100% happy. You can't beat customer service like that. I highly recommend getting your tailoring and alterations done at sew fresh! read more

I ended up bringing my choir dress here to be hemmed. It has two layers and Vince did a wonderful job at matching those layers to my height. The studio is fresh and clean and I felt very comfortable there. The only downside for me with the cost at the end. Normally I see dress hem go for about $60, but this one ended up costing me $105. I wish I would have known about this beforehand with some possible details of pricing on their website. However, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the quality on the hem is very high. read more

Did a nice job altering my wedding gown along with a last minute bridesmaid dress alteration. The man we worked with accommodated all our requests, and was very cheerful. I wish there was more clarity of pricing and there was an online tracking system. Everything was done on scraps of paper and phone calls. This place is a little old school but they do great work! read more

I bought my dress on consignment and thought it fit great. When I brought it to Nora, she made it fit magnificently. It truly made me feel amazing and I knew my dress choice and my choice to have it fitted by Nora was the correct decision. She did a very thorough job and the pricing was quite fair (I think she actually did more work than I was charged for as the initial quote was under-estimated). The dress fit perfectly all night (no falling down, no gaping, etc). Thanks Nora and team for your hard work! read more

If you need anything, take it here. I took my wedding dress here after a lady in Loveland ruined it and said the rest couldn't be fixed, and he fixed it! It was the perfect dress and everything I wanted. He knew how to make stuff work. I cannot say enough good things about his work or talent. My dress had mesh netting to hold lace shoulder pieces and he made it to lay flat (which is what the lady in Loveland told me couldn't be done). He will fix everything and also make sure the integrity is solid. Do not get ripped off or take it anywhere to get ANYTHING done!! Sew Fresh is it!! Honestly cannot say enough positive things! read more

Had my wedding dress altered here and he created custom sleeves. The dress is EXACTLY how I pictured and he made it so beautiful! I'd post a picture, but I haven't had the wedding yet! Will post a picture after the wedding! read more

Nora and her staff helped me make the wedding dress I bought into a custom piece of wonderful! They were so great. They listened to what I wanted my dress to end up looking like and they did their magic. I will use them for everything now! read more

I had a great experience at Sew Fresh and would recommend it to anyone needing alterations! I had a bridesmaid dress that really didn't fit right, and Nora was able to make it so it fit great and I felt comfortable. She spent extra time on it making sure it was right in every way and it definitely shows in the finished dress! Not to mention Nora is just a sweetheart, making it a really fun experience! read more

I needed to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed about an inch. He was going to charge me $129 -- almost the full amount of the dress. I took the dress back, paying $35 for his time (about 30 minutes on two separate occasions to pin the dress). Can't believe he was going to charge that much. GET AN ESTIMATE, EARLY. He will not volunteer the information. Awful, awful experience. read more

I could not have been more thrilled with the phenomenal work Nora and her team did on my wedding dress! She was truly a lifesaver! Nora's attention to details and creativity in solving some design issues on my dress was so impressive. Nora truly went above and beyond what I was hoping for. My dress felt and looked as if it were custom made, and I could not have been happier! I would highly recommend them if you want to take some stress out of the wedding planning, and know your in good hands. read more

I am HIGHLY recommending Sew Fresh Studio. I am a guy and have wanted to learn to sew for years. I finally signed up for the basic learn how to use a sewing machine class. It was awesome! Nora is great. She has so much patience and teaches in a fun way. Three classes and a new sewing machine later (bought from Sew Fresh), I have solid basic skills to take on future projects. I will continue to sign up for more classes with Nora. read more

I brought two hoodies into Sew Fresh Studio that i had busted the zippers on. Vince helped me figure which color and material of zipper I should use. He was very helpful. He told me he would call me when he was finished in 2 weeks, and he actually called me 10 days later to say it was all done. Both hoodies look even better than they did when they were new! I tried out their sewing class, and it inspired me to get a sewing machine, I'd like to be able to repair my camping equipment when a strap rips or something. read more
