The installation required some additional work, as it was a retrofit into my existing outdoor kitchen area. The installation team went above and beyond. They were concerned that the existing countertop might not be strong enough to support the larger grill, so they reinforced it to ensure everything would be safe and secure. They also had to cut away part of the existing tile and stucco to make everything fit properly, which they did with great care and attention to detail. Zach has also been extremely helpful in making sure the overall finish looks great. I'm currently waiting on a filler piece to complete the final touches, but I'm already very pleased with how everything has turned out. Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.
