Full loaded not your mama nachos
    Anastasia H.

Came for the nachos, tried the sausage and Mac too! Had a hankering for some loaded nachos and they did not disappoint- smoked queso, brisket, beans, pico, sour cream and your choice of bbq sauces on the side by the drinks. Their lemonade kicks! And I am not normally a lemonade girl but my kids are. Sausage link made me pause to savor.

Had been to the old location and wasn't that impressed. Came tonight (Friday, August 8, 2025) with a friend about 5:15pm. When we pulled in the parking lot (which was fairly full) my friend asked a customer leaving how good it was. He says he comes frequently and it's good. Also advised us to try the brisket beans and the cream corn. Well I am very happy that I did!!! We walked in and there was stock stacked up against a wall but it was not bad just added to the decor which was old Texas with cow skins on the wall and checkered table clothes. We went up to the counter and were greeted warmly. She was very patient as we decided on what to have. My friend got the 1lb ribs plate with coleslaw and sweet potato casserole. I got the brisket (1/4 pound) with the cream corn and beans. We also ordered two beverages. They gave us our cups and a beeper. We were told when the beeper went off our food would be brought to us. We went and got our drinks and there was a nice variety. I had a tropical punch and my friend had a lemonade (the punch was tasty). While we were getting our drinks a server handed us napkins, straws and utensils. When the beeper went off she brought our food and asked if we wanted BBQ sauce (spicy or regular) we chose regular cause we are whimpy. The ribs were meaty and delicious. The meat didn't fall off the bone, but pretty close. The brisket was tender and the smoke ring was very visible. We both did like the ribs better, but would get the brisket again. The sides... yummylicious!!!!!! The sweet potatoes casserole was sweet without being cloying and had pecans. The coleslaw was wet which I like and just the right about of sweet. The brisket beans had a smoky flavor w/bits of meat and the cream corn was seasoned well. And all portion sizes were generous. I am not disappointed at all about this meal (which also came with 2 slices of white bread, dill pickle chips and pickled onions) and so glad I gave them another chance. Well worth it! (We did take home leftovers).

First time trying this barbecue place. My sister got the idea off tiktok..Not a huge fan. The music was great, customer service was great they put on the foot ball game per a customers request! As far as the food i defiantly could pass.. the texas tater and sides was excellent and so we're the d-bombs, everything thing else not so much. The three meet plate was okay but the meat was dry and lacked flavor. The pulled pork sandwich lacked flavor as well.

Missed out on their D-bombs, alas we got there in the late afternoon and they were short some sides. Pro tip: show up before dinner time for the complete menu. What we were able to order is the sampler plate. It was plenty of meat, enough for the five of us. We also ordered a pint each of potato salad and Mac and cheese each. The meats were delicious. The brisket was marbled and moist. The chicken was tasty and portioned generously. The pulled pork had flavor. The sampler plate was worth it for a hungry group of four. We also enjoyed the cheesecake and banana pudding. The pudding was loaded with fresh banana slices, vanilla wafers and wafer crumble, and whipped cream. I was also pleased with their drink station. Not everybody carries Kool-Aid, but it is appreciated. Plenty of parking out front. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. It was pretty easy to see what they had and order what you wanted. Nice BBQ place if you're in the area...if we have another game at Holy Name, we will pre game meal here.

1.The chicken sandwich toasted with potato salad was very good, the chicken is very moist and the BBQ sauce is light but full of flavor. 2.The employees that work here are nice and helpful and the service was great. 3. The dessert I had was excellent banana pudding, one of the best.. 4. Decorations are like old country style restaurant.

Decided to try this place out after seeing it pop up numerous times on my TikTok FYP....the restaurant itself was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The food itself was really good as well. I had a potato with chopped brisket which was great. I tried the mac and cheese as well but it was lacking a little flavor. I'd be back for the brisket and to try out some other menu items at some point.

This is an adorable restaurant! The Service is wonderful and the restaurant was clean during my visit. The marbled brisket was so delicious. I'm giving 4 stars because the sides were lacking flavor. I ordered mac and cheese and there wasn't much cheese. other than that, I wouldn't mind coming back for more brisket, yum!

I just moved into the area and saw the bbq place driving by. I was excited to try and finally did! Everything was SOOOO GOOOD! I'm excited to go back to try everything else on the menu! I had the Turkey plate with Mac n cheese and green beans. I got a side of the sweet potato casserole. Keep in mind they do sell out if sides, I went close to closing. The service was excellent, it's clean inside and I got my order quick! Definitely will be a return customer!

Outside! They have great outdoor seating and stage for live music Saturday nights.

Phenomenal BBQ! Everything was super fresh and tasty. Shared the platter for $26.99 which had 5 cuts a meat. Lots of great sides including Mac &cheese, green beans, brisket beans, potato salad. Beer and seltzers available. Next time we stop by I want to try the baked potato or pan of nachos. A must try!

We came here for our son's 14th birthday. He had been here once before and wanted to come back. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my meal here! The staff was amazing, sweet, attentive, and took great care of us the entire time. They even came and sung happy birthday to him without us asking and he LOVED it!!! I had the brisket and pulled pork with macaroni and the brisket beans. SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!! I can't wait to come back! Great music on the TV, crazy cute setup inside, the vibe was very down home and local and I love that so much!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

For a starter we shared the cornbread with another couple and it was plenty for 4 people. If you are from out of town and looking for some Texas-shaped vittles or just want something substantial to stretch your meal I recommend it! Very tasty and filling. For my main I had the scallops with creamed corn risotto. It was a dainty portion but the flavors were nice. My husband had the short rib tagliatelle which he loved. It was very rich and filling. We had the buttermilk pie again for dessert and this time it tasted sweeter than I remembered. It was good but we couldn't finish it. Idk if it was my tastebuds or if it was different. Checked Yelp for dinner suggestions so Doc drove us to the paid lot next to where all the Cinderella lit up carriages drawn by horses were lined up. It seemed the boats going up and down the River portion of the Walk were busier. While we were walking I had my eyes open for a table with a view. We stopped at Four Brothers. The receptionist went over suggestions on the menu on her outdoor podium. Cornbread in the shape of Texas, shareable items like Dino ribs for $82, plus Pork Shank and ice tea completed our order. Everyone was very friendly. We had an exceptional view and we had more than enough food that we had to ask for take out boxes. My favorite was the Mac & cheese though I'm usually not a fan. This dish used cork screw shaped pasta and it was moist and not stuck together. I had to share a photo of it with Sweetie who is in Tokyo right now. Doc liked the pimento for the cornbread. As it was almost 9 pm we decided to pass on the boat ride but just walk on the other side with shops and more eateries. We're back on the road again tomorrow to Arizona.

Boudros was highly recommended by friends, and was the first restaurant on our list to dine in during our recent visit. We arrived at the restaurant on a Thursday around 7:45 pm and were told by a young Hostess that no walk-ins were allowed until after 9 pm. We decided to modify our itinerary and instead had dinner at a different restaurant on the riverwalk, and made a reservation for Boudros online for the following evening. When we arrived the following evening for our reservation at 7.30 pm, we were escorted to a small table in the bar that was next to the entrance to a small room. The area was noisy with a lot of foot traffic. We asked for a table in a quieter room and were moved to a room in the back of the restaurant where it was easier to have a conversation. A few minutes later our waiter, Stephen, approached the table. We asked him for drink recommendations and among others he recommended the "Prickly Pear Margarita". I ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita, and we also ordered the tableside Guacamole. The restaurant was busy, but there were several empty tables in our dining area. After about 15 to 20 minutes, the waiter brought our drinks. The Prickly Pear Margarita I received was not even close to the description on the menu. The ice was melted and it tasted like Fruit Punch with alcohol in a martini glass. A few minutes later, Stephen approached our table with the Guacamole cart. There were pieces of onions and cilantro all over the dirty table cloth on the cart. He prepared the Guacamole in front of us and it looked very unappealing. We watched as he added an excessive amount of diced onions and cilantro. Being a connoisseur of Guacamole, and making my own for most of my life, it was obvious that Stephen had not been trained well in how to make Guacamole. After he mixed the sliced avocados, the diced onions and cilantro, he wiped the edge of the stone tray with a dirty cloth. The onions and cilantro over powered the taste of the avocado. Later that evening, Stephen brought a very fancy drink for a customer sitting next to us. The drink looked like frozen lime juice with line of frozen strawberry and a nice scoop of frozen lime juice on top. I asked Stephen for the name of that drink, and he replied that it was the same drink that I had ordered. I asked why it looked so different and he muttered something about it being the end of the batch and then said "I'm not the Bartender". He blamed the Bartender for making the terrible drink, and made no effort to correct the problem. Later Stephen returned with our dinner, and as he approached our table, he ordered my wife to "move your glass!" Needless to say she was quite taken aback at his abrupt manner with no please or thank-you. In all the staff did not have a very good demeanor and were very sullen and grumpy. Even asking for directions to the bathroom barely elicited a glance and the needed information. Maybe the staff was overworked because of the number of visitors for the Fiesta, but the terrible, over-priced food, did not make up for the unhappy staff, and we do not plan to return.
