Good drinks horrible server I've come here many times and usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are great. However today I went sat outside and the waitress was horrible, and to be clear I starting using yelp to leave positive reviews but the servers attitude and tone p!ssed me off so much. Asked I could switch to an open table next to to due to how close and crowded that sat me next to someone else and she rolled her eyes and was like idk. Umm I'm sorry you are in the business so service, u can go ask the host and figure it out. She also asked so rudely "what u want" never introduced herself. Was not open to answering a question about the menu. Never checked with us. Idc if it busy or not, as someone who has also worked in service industry she was crap. In a job where tips make a difference in take home pay, some kindness would be appreciated. Doesn't matter how good the food and drinks are. Service to me is what keeps me returning to a place. read more

Prob my fave spot in gp right now! I visited three times in about a month - twice for happy hour (which is definitely the move) and once for after-dinner drinks. I've tried: + Watermelon & rhubarb spritz - excellent + Guava and sage sour - excellent + Oysters - perfect, get these on HH + House martini with gin - perfect + Mezcal gimlet - my bf had this one and loved it + Americano bianco - great Vibes are great if you can sit outside on a gorgeous day. I've never had an issue walking in as long as you time it right. Will have to return and try more of the food soon! read more

Been here quite a few times and now just getting to the reviews now. First of all, do not sleep on the food here; it's just as good as the drinks here! i will say this is a bar that honors campari and so if you're not a fan you may not like many of their cocktails but there will be something on the menu for you. The Croquettes are amazing and probably the best bite here imo. They melt in your mouth and are so beautifully savory and packed with flavor, I could eat a million of these. The focaccia and whipped ricotta was tasty, too. But when I come here I always want to get the croquettes. The drinks were pretty good too, I had the watermelon spritz over the summer as well as the recent pear highball seasonal drink which I really thought was quite delicious. I'm warming up to campari thanks to this place and their well-crafted, not overly complicated but tasty drinks. read more

I've been here a few times, and each time has been great. The one caveat is that it can get crowded, especially on a Friday or Saturday night and finding a seat can be difficult. The service has always been good, and the drinks lovely. The ambiance is dimly lit and perfect for a date if going during the evening, but I've also been by during the late afternoon, and it's nice and quiet and perfect for a friend catch up or date. Would definitely recommend coming here if in the area and looking for a chill bar. read more

His adoring smile and charming demeanor made our time at the bar enjoyable. The happy hour oysters were fresh and delicious. After multiple visits I can safely say that this is my new favorite cocktail bar! The drinks are absolutely delicious. I've loved every drink I've tried from the menu. Highlights are the Americano Bianco, Appletini, and any of the Spritz. The staff are very friendly and service is fast. Whoa. This was place is a whole vibe. Came Here randomly on a Sunday and it was a bit busy but we were able to be seated quickly. Great service that was attentive. Get the bread and butter! Their butter is freshly Made in house. Everything was fresh baked. The drinks are marvelous. Small for $17 but packs a punch: ordered the apple martini and the espresso martini. Both are a must!! Bonus points for the incredible playlist which featured MF Doom and Mariah Carey. Overall, this spot won't miss, has everything you need! Looking forward to visiting again! read more

Love this bar! Excellent service with a chill and classic vibe. The espresso martinis and polomas were great. The oysters were my personal favorite cause they were super fresh! I tried to ask to see if I could get a table vs sitting at the bar (I was unaware that there were reservations, and saw a couple get up from a table so figured I'd ask her if it was available. Beautiful bar to get a drink in Greenpoint. Bartenders put immense care into ensuring your drink comes out perfectly. If you've been to Northern Italy or in Spain, you get cocktails on par with some of the greatest aperitivi bars abroad. It is the only bar in NYC I've run into with such an interesting take on "vermut" as well, just like in Barcelona! This one even replaces the orange slice with an orange foam; very cool! As an aside, a shockingly good pour of Guinness. Easily the best in Greenpoint, which has always struggled to provide locals with a bar to get a creamy pour of the black stuff. read more

This was a trendy bar tucked away in Greenpoint. I came with a group of 6 on a Wednesday at 10pm and it was still packed, so I'd definitely make a reservation. The table they seated my group was a bit awkward, it was like one big curved booth so you could only really talk to the people right next to you. I'm not sure it was a good place for a group catch up, but it seemed perfect for a date night. The prices were typical of New York, with cocktails being around $16. The beer was expensive even for New York though. I got the cider, which came in a tiny wine glass (maybe a quarter of a pint) and it was still $9. Delicious food & drinks worthy of a date night, solo evening at the bar or group catch up. We sampled a few different drinks: the americano Classico, house vermouth, house martini, and appletini. The house vermouth was incredible, so good we got a second. As for the food, we started with some olives (amazing), the croquette (not bad), the pamboli (delicious!), and the artichoke (very tasty sauce). After that we shared the Caesar salad and the burger -- I must say the burger, while all parts were prepared perfectly, reminded me of a sloppy joe in terms of the flavor profile, which isn't a fave of mine but anyone who is will love this! On the other hand, the Caesar salad was I N C R E D I B L E. I could've had two of them (and not because of its size, it was just that good). Drinks are good, and the staff were nice. In terms of crowd, its got a "used to live in the east 20's and then moved to north Brooklyn" vibe. Food is expensive for what it is. Charcuterie plate were a few slices of meat on a plate, and then another plate with 3 small pieces of toasted bread.
