I mean, it's really all in the name... You got to meat you got your brew I mean really well can go wrong there unless they're serving bud light and Bar S. Wanted to come here on our last trip but of course we came too late and they were closing up this time around. We made a point of getting there and it didn't hurt that it was Happy Hour. I don't wanna miss lead you we skip the Bangerz because after I saw that they serve donut fries by the baking sheet I realized what my true calling was. Grab a sour and Cider both were absolutely amazing and actually couple weeks after found that same sour and was very excited because we didn't actually get the name of it. We could just see the figure or logo on the screen and never got around to asking. Man, those fries were big... Absolutely massive I mean we both ate our self sick and still had some leftover and I'm not a shy eater. Went with the blue cheese, even though normally I am not a huge blue cheese fan unless it's dipping a wing in it. Absolutely amazing here nothing but good things to say definitely a must try. We loved our meal here so much that we came here two days in a row! The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain their whole menu upon our initial arrival. They have a nice selection of local beers that will pair well with whatever you order. Love that they give you a little bread + chimichurri app while you're waiting for your order to come out bc that chimichurri is to die for! I wish we hadn't been visiting from out of town so I could buy a whole container of that to take home. Anyways, onto what we ordered - I'm not quite as adventurous as my husband... who ordered the Venison one day, and Duck the next. I didn't quite like either of his as much as my regular brat, but definitely interesting to try! I got the brat with caramelized onions and chimichurri mayo. If you like chimichurri, I'd recommend getting that instead and the chimi mayo is more creamy/mayo-y than chimi :P Their sauerkraut is also yummy and they ask if you want it heated up! I tried the Bangers & Mash on our second trip and brought it with me to the airport. So so good and still really yummy at room temp. Ok, folks, what we have here in Bangers & Brews is one of the most spectacular restaurants I've ever eaten at in my entire life. Right off the bat, the whole concept had me on my heels--different types sausages, mashed potatoes, and fries with lots of different sauce options. My brain was in a pretzel looking at the menu. But make no mistake the food was absolutely breathtaking. The sausages were delicious, the Gorgonzola fries were to die for, and the chimichurri sauce made love to my taste buds. This has to be the best chimichurri sauce in the galaxy. The restaurant was cozy, clean, unique, and overall an amazing vibe. It would be a great place to come eat, hang, and drink beer. Finally, a woman named Lily took my order and helped me out. She was so polite, taking the time to walk me through the whole menu. Passing through Bend and saw this place on Google Maps. Great menu with many options and the Chicago Dog looked great so ordered the special. Very good quality dog and sides. Asked one of the workers about the wild game options and he recommended the Duck sausage. It was fantastic. Decent prices, good Dogs/brats, and they carried a nice dark beer. This place was recommended to us by locals. The food was fantastic, the sausage has so much flavor. The veggies were fresh. The fries were perfect. Service was awesome. They explained the options and brought the food to our table. The restaurant is small but nice. They lose a star because they had all the doors open and no AC. Nothing at all to complain about at Bangers and Brews! I'm not even a big meat eater or beer drinker and I had a great time here. Their selection of sausages/bangers is fantastic. There are even veggie options which apparently are quite good. My husband and I were camping at East Lake and really hadn't eaten a decent meal for like 23 hours. Starved is an understatement. One of the owners came by and remarked that I wouldn't be able to finish my black pepper/garlic sausage over mac and cheese. Very few people apparently do, and I'm 5'3" and 108 lbs. I told him not to underestimate me and proceeded to polish the whole thing off. A handful of diced onions and maybe one diced tomato piece remained. The mac was extremely creamy and cheesy, detected a bit of cheddar bite in there. Loved my sausage dipped in the chimichurri sauce. (Highly recommended unless you plan on seducing someone later in the evening.) My hubby got the spicy Italian with stoneground mustard, caramelized onions and cheddar cheese plus the skinny fries. Another winner! Service here is the friendliest ever. The gentleman taking the orders up front is extremely welcoming and patiently describes the whole process of ordering. Drinks are given to you immediately, and food comes out quickly. For two absolutely ravenous campers, Bangers and Brews was heaven-sent! I recommend it no matter how hungry you are! read more

I haven't had Bangers & Mash for a long long time, so I decided to give it a try here. The gravy with caramelized onion and the bangers are perfect match, I ordered 2 bangers, it is more than enough food for me. My friend ordered Wild Boar sausage with Spicy Peppers and Sauerkraut toppings. The Spicy Peppers are pretty spicy, so if you can only take mild spicy that may not be for you. He can't taste too much of the bangers afterwards lol. Anyway, he likes his hot dog. We also ordered sweet potato fries, I like the little addition of salt on top of it, makes the taste even better. The staff is so incredibly nice and the food is amazing. We had a party of 3 with one person being a senior citizen and the employees were so accommodating. They were a bit full when we arrived so we had to sit on their picnic benches outside, which was fine since we were under a heater but once a table cleared up, they came to tell us so we can switch. We were fine but definitely appreciated coming out to tell us since it was indeed warmer inside. They also brought out a free basket of their chimichurri bread? I would drink their chimichurri sauce, it was so flavorful! And so incredibly thoughtful of them to bring it out for us. Everything we ordered was amazing. My favorite was their Gorgonzola bacon fries. It was enough to feed 3-4 people and super tasty. I wish their sausages were a bit bigger but they had tremendous flavor. When we were finished, they were quick to offer us to-go bags since I had quite a few boxes and they even threw in some sauces for us once I told them how much I loved them. They immediately came up to explain the menu and system when we walked in saying this was our first time, and were very patient as we struggled to decide. The menu is pretty massive given you can make your own combinations of sausage + toppings + sauce, and there are other things in the menu too. Lots of great sausage options (both classic and unique flavors/meats) plus some rotating choices. They of course also have a solid selection of brews. They've got a small covered patio with heaters and blankets available for customers which was so sweet. They have everyone a bit of bun with their chimichuri sauce to start. Visiting Bend and we had to visit its most popular restaurant, and oh boy did it not disappoint. When you first walk in, you're greeted by a super friendly cashier who doesn't hesitate to explain the whole menu if it's your first time there. They have outdoor patio seating and indoor seating now. We got 2 trays of fries, one chili cheese fries and one bacon/Gorgonzola fries, for 5 people, and it was hella food. Both were sooooo good. I suggest trying both. I got a brat with sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and spicy mustard which was soooo good. The bun was a good ratio for the size of the sausage and it was also perfectly toasted. The sausage was also great quality. My whole party very much enjoyed everything they got. Server/cashier was nice and friendly. We were super excited about our orders. But bummed it was mediocre-ish. Our son wanted to try the rattlesnake/rabbit sausage. When he got it, it was so heavily seasoned with black pepper it was too spicy and over powered by that flavor to enjoy the sausage. I wish that would have been in the sausage description so we could have avoided it. My mom got the tomato and onion "salad". It was fine minced onions and tomatoes with a tiny bit of dressing on it. It was awful, it seemed like something that would be used as a topping on a sausage in small doses. I have no idea why that was labeled and sold as a salad. The pretzel was the winner for the evening, it was fantastic with a great cheese sauce, we loved it! read more

No cake for them, instead we had their mason jar desserts. Daren brought all his 1/4!sheet pans. Daren and his staff have so much integrity too. Timing was way off and day-of planner was never going to get it done. Darren and his staff to the rescue. B&B is a solid 4.8. First visit here and it was great to figure out what combination of items to order. So many choices! The brats and sausage choices are fantastic. Our family party of 6 all chose different combinations of sausages and everyone loved their food. We ordered the traditional banger brats, the chicken basil sausage, venison/rabbit/bacon/cranberry sausage, pheasant/mushroom/Swiss cheese sausage. There are also many side and topping choices. Everyone had something different. The side that was not a favorite was the mac and cheese. My hubby just didn't like the overpowering taste of mustard that seasoned it. I had the chicken mango sausage plain with no bun and they put my toppings (cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and garlic aioli) on my salad - very tasty n fresh!
