Our daughter who is an architect, drew up a design for us and Sal's designer perfected our vision. Sal was always willing to give to give us his professional suggestions in areas we were not sure about. Everything from beginning to end went very smooth. His crew was very professional, efficient and always communicated with us. Sal's crew also landscaped our backyard with concrete designs and artificial turf. Understanding his frustration, I went outside to explain the crawly robot part was on order and I was unable to skim over the weekend because I broke my elbow. He threw a violent tantrum accusing me of hosing off my pool deck into the pool to make his job harder. He literally listened to nothing I said, my broken arm dangling.....looking back it's kind of hilarious how much of an epic ass he was being. The worst part is he just stopped showing up without any notice. After a couple weeks and regaining enough strength to maintain it myself, I hired a new service. Suuuuuper professional and cheaper - E-konomy Pool Service. It's a much more quality experience without having to live in fear that you'll have a bare knuckle exchange over 8-10 mesquite twigs floating.
