Horrible service horrible work ! Sent workers on the weekend/Sunday to obviously do an "off the…read morerecord" job and destroyed my plaster ! Used all my husbands power tools, stole my buckets after they used them. Wiped their feet on my dogs turf. Went to lunch, came back drunk and yelled in my face about "safety, contracts & satisfaction". I stated that I didn't ask for decorative tile cutouts on the steps and they cut out 2"x2" diamonds and placed them in the center of the stairs with a cut out turtle. And then yelled at me that it was ART!! I didn't ask for art. I asked for a clean, modern pool! But of course it was advised to the 7th guy I talked to prior to him! These people should not be doing business AT ALL!!!! The whole 10mins Of yelling from this guy who was trying to fight my husband and I was recorded on my security footage !!! My 2 children were my home at the time & witnessed the whole thing!

Justin finally did take accountability for how poorly and unprofessionally my pool was managed, but that was before he gave me a $4000 quote and then ended service when he became extremely annoyed when I asked for break down of the costs. They boost that their pool guys are so well trained, but after a new pool guy was assigned to my pool the problems began. I was paying for full service $160+ for everything. First he didn't vacuum my pool and told my tenant that he didn't. He didn't vacuum the pool multiple times, I had to call the owner and then he would be sent out again. Then he didn't put the seal for the filter back on so it was sucking in air for hours before I noticed. Then he put twice as much shock in the pool as he was suppose to, based on records and the owner tried to back pedal and say he wrote the wrong amount. This all happened within two months. My pool was then cloudy from mismanagement of chemicals, the water was only a couple years old, as I had drained the pool 3 years prior. Justin told me that no filter was able to filter out the dirt. I was told I needed to change the water and asked if I also wanted a quote for a new pump and filter. I told him a quote would be great but I was in no position to spend over $4000, at which point Justin cancelled my service. The lack of professionalism, and laziness from this company was astounding. I have since SUCCESSFULLY cleaned and maintained my pool since then and I wish I could say any idiot can do it but as you can see thats CLEARLY NOT the case.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! We hired PPP to chip out our existing pool, repair cracks, replaster, replace the ladder, install…read morean auto-leveler, and replace the pool light--basically a brand new pool. The quote was on par with other companies, and our pool guy had recommended PPP so it seemed like a no brainer. It took a really long time for the work to be completed, and there were nonstop additional costs all along the way. The gentleman who did the quote botched it, and at one point we had 4 gentlemen from PPP come out (including the gentleman who gave the quote) to our house to discuss all of the additional costs. They bickered amongst themselves and told the gentleman who gave the quote that he did a poor job, and then they walked him around the yard to give him pointers of where he should be looking for future quotes. It was awkward and unprofessional, and in the end we agreed to split the cost. After that, communications became extremely curt, all of the work seemed to be done much more sloppily, and we are still waiting for them to come back to fix the ladder that they installed incorrectly. When friends ask me who did our pool, I tell them "Pima Pool Plastering, but I do not suggest you use them".

Update number 2 and it will be brief…read more After posting my first update (and, if we're being an honest, a public post on Facebook in which I tagged Valley Oasis and mentioned a potential lawsuit), I was contacted by Noah through Facebook Messenger, and my husband received a phone call. Noah came by, looked at the pool, and a couple months later all of the issues were fixed. The hole under the waterfall was patched, the Venturi nozzle was replaced, and the damage to the decking was repaired and the entire surface coated in a grey cool-decking type material. My water bill has been cut in half (amazing how much water can quietly leak from a pool). Why only three stars? Because it shouldn't have taken that long to get someone's attention. If you go with this company, keep on it and stand firm.

Not sure what happened with Dustin. Initially, he was responsive to issues and questions. Then, he…read morebecame unresponsive and when he did there was some attitude. After a while, Dustin would make comments to make it sound like he was doing me a favor for doing his job or he would get very defensive. Makes me think there is something else going on with him that is affecting his job and temperament. Dustin was never able to get the pool level restored to the correct level, that was typically an inch or two too low. Dustin claimed he wanted it low for "skimming purposes", but the intake jets should not be gurgling when the pump turned on. He never could get the Leaf filter to remain secure that regularly opened-up dumping debris in the pool. The hose pieces for pool cleaner would regularly separate as well. I asked several times to find a way to secure the components better, and the only laughable attempt that I saw was using electrical tape. Other issues required several follow-up texts and calls. At some point Roger, was not doing a good job skimming once a week, in which I had to follow up after him. I do not mind skimming the pool the other six days, but please do a good job with the one scheduled day to clean the pool and spa. Apparently, Roger is moving on, so maybe he was phoning it in... Technician Ricki was excellent. He did a great job with the new heater installation, which is the only reason why a rated 3 stars instead of 2 stars.
