Horrible service horrible work ! Sent workers on the weekend/Sunday to obviously do an "off the…read morerecord" job and destroyed my plaster ! Used all my husbands power tools, stole my buckets after they used them. Wiped their feet on my dogs turf. Went to lunch, came back drunk and yelled in my face about "safety, contracts & satisfaction". I stated that I didn't ask for decorative tile cutouts on the steps and they cut out 2"x2" diamonds and placed them in the center of the stairs with a cut out turtle. And then yelled at me that it was ART!! I didn't ask for art. I asked for a clean, modern pool! But of course it was advised to the 7th guy I talked to prior to him! These people should not be doing business AT ALL!!!! The whole 10mins Of yelling from this guy who was trying to fight my husband and I was recorded on my security footage !!! My 2 children were my home at the time & witnessed the whole thing!

Dear Kimberly: sorry it took you two years to finally train Dylan and improve on your…read more"certifications"....and we know that Dylan was a new hire with little to no training. Justin finally did take accountability for how poorly and unprofessionally my pool was managed, but that was before he gave me a $4000 quote and then ended service when he became extremely annoyed when I asked for break down of the costs. They boost that their pool guys are so well trained, but after a new pool guy was assigned to my pool the problems began. I was paying for full service $160+ for everything. First he didn't vacuum my pool and told my tenant that he didn't. He didn't vacuum the pool multiple times, I had to call the owner and then he would be sent out again. Then he didn't put the seal for the filter back on so it was sucking in air for hours before I noticed. Then he put twice as much shock in the pool as he was suppose to, based on records and the owner tried to back pedal and say he wrote the wrong amount. This all happened within two months. My pool was then cloudy from mismanagement of chemicals, the water was only a couple years old, as I had drained the pool 3 years prior. Justin told me that no filter was able to filter out the dirt. I was told I needed to change the water and asked if I also wanted a quote for a new pump and filter. I told him a quote would be great but I was in no position to spend over $4000, at which point Justin cancelled my service. The lack of professionalism, and laziness from this company was astounding. I have since SUCCESSFULLY cleaned and maintained my pool since then and I wish I could say any idiot can do it but as you can see thats CLEARLY NOT the case.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo! We hired PPP to chip out our existing pool, repair cracks, replaster, replace the ladder, install…read morean auto-leveler, and replace the pool light--basically a brand new pool. The quote was on par with other companies, and our pool guy had recommended PPP so it seemed like a no brainer. It took a really long time for the work to be completed, and there were nonstop additional costs all along the way. The gentleman who did the quote botched it, and at one point we had 4 gentlemen from PPP come out (including the gentleman who gave the quote) to our house to discuss all of the additional costs. They bickered amongst themselves and told the gentleman who gave the quote that he did a poor job, and then they walked him around the yard to give him pointers of where he should be looking for future quotes. It was awkward and unprofessional, and in the end we agreed to split the cost. After that, communications became extremely curt, all of the work seemed to be done much more sloppily, and we are still waiting for them to come back to fix the ladder that they installed incorrectly. When friends ask me who did our pool, I tell them "Pima Pool Plastering, but I do not suggest you use them".

I immediately reached out to Noah and sent him photos he said he would send out his guys to replace those travertine tiles and nothing but crickets. I've been beyond patient. It's now been 2 years and they've been through two service managers and I resend them the photos they say they will get back to me to schedule their guy and I never hear from them. I am so disappointed in this experience. We have stayed with them for their very expensive weekly service because we are loyal people, but I'm beyond frustrated with our experience. I really feel like once the build was done they don't care. I've reached out to them so many times and nothing but crickets. This is not how you should treat people who have remained loyal to you and over paid on your weekly service. The last service guy that was here said that the reason why our pool was so dirty (so we paid an extra $15 for each vacuuming) is because half of our built-in cleaning system isn't working. Our regular service guy never alerted us of this and now we're having trouble with the entire cleaning system, and this pool is only 3 years old. Noah, you said that you would happily replace all of the travertine tiles that your pool guy broke. I don't appreciate being treated like this after we spent $160,000 with you. If you want to finally fix this like you said you would reach out to my husband because I'm done working with you.
