My requirements are simple: 1…read more Let me know when you are coming so I can put the dogs inside, 2. do a good job on servicing the pool and 3. close the gates carefully when you leave. No problem with 3. but 2. not so good: I was supposed to pay an extra $75 for "Green to Clean" treatment to deal with algae. The algae remained so the problem was now my pool pump and sand filter, fixable for only $2000. No thanks. But the real problem was 1. The whole experience was only a month and a half long. First month, OK, pool guy here on Thursday in the afternoon. Second month, time changes. OK, I will work with that. Final week: Appointment on Thursday, no show on Thursday. Appointment on Friday. No show on Friday. Appointment on Saturday. No show on Saturday, Text to ask if Sunday was OK, Yes, but what time? Three texts and phone calls later, no time ever suggested. At 5:48 PM Sunday, text, "I'm here to clean your pool". Yeah, well, the dogs were in the yard and I was having dinner with a friend. NOT OK. I called and texted repeatedly Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Finally I got a text on Thursday that they would be there that afternoon. Nope. Then Dave, the pool guy, called and started shouting at me accusing me of making things hard for them (!). I told him the service was no longer required and told him to have a bill sent to me, thanked him and hung up. HE CALLED ME BACK, STILL HOLLERING AT ME! Then I get a text copy of the bill and demands for immediate payment. I thought I was hiring a pool service company, not a theatrical one. Avoid!

Dear Kimberly: sorry it took you two years to finally train Dylan and improve on your…read more"certifications"....and we know that Dylan was a new hire with little to no training. Justin finally did take accountability for how poorly and unprofessionally my pool was managed, but that was before he gave me a $4000 quote and then ended service when he became extremely annoyed when I asked for break down of the costs. They boost that their pool guys are so well trained, but after a new pool guy was assigned to my pool the problems began. I was paying for full service $160+ for everything. First he didn't vacuum my pool and told my tenant that he didn't. He didn't vacuum the pool multiple times, I had to call the owner and then he would be sent out again. Then he didn't put the seal for the filter back on so it was sucking in air for hours before I noticed. Then he put twice as much shock in the pool as he was suppose to, based on records and the owner tried to back pedal and say he wrote the wrong amount. This all happened within two months. My pool was then cloudy from mismanagement of chemicals, the water was only a couple years old, as I had drained the pool 3 years prior. Justin told me that no filter was able to filter out the dirt. I was told I needed to change the water and asked if I also wanted a quote for a new pump and filter. I told him a quote would be great but I was in no position to spend over $4000, at which point Justin cancelled my service. The lack of professionalism, and laziness from this company was astounding. I have since SUCCESSFULLY cleaned and maintained my pool since then and I wish I could say any idiot can do it but as you can see thats CLEARLY NOT the case.

Love ASP! Our pool has never been cleaner & clearer! Thanks to Max for doing such great work!read more

After getting bids from five companies, we chose Nava because it offered competitive pricing and warranty, and had the best online reviews. Emails were answered in minutes (even on the weekend), the crews were considerate and efficient, and they cleaned up perfectly after each stage of the process. Literally an hour after we signed the contract they were here to set up the pump to empty the pool. The next morning, a crew of 14 arrived with jackhammers to scrape off the old plaster and tile. It's a loud and messy job, but there wasn't a speck of plaster on the ground when they left 3 hours later. Next, they sent us to their tile supplier (Superior Tile), which had top-of-the line choices and excellent customer service. A day later, the tile was up, and after a brief rain delay the crew returned to do the plastering. Their workmanship was outstanding. Once the pool was filled, the head of the company, Jorge Nava, came by personally to inspect the work and make sure everything was done perfectly. We can't say enough good things about Nava Pool Plaster. Hire them! You won't be disappointed.

Blotches all over, the pool plaster was supposed to be blue and the jacuzzi was gray. Blotches and crusty blotches were appearing all over the pool. They tried to tell me that time would fix the problem. I did not believe that. They sent a specialist over to chemically repair the damage, now they are saying it was a curtesy. It was not, it was due to the horrible job they did. They broke the jets in the jacuzzi when they removed them put them back on. I tried the jacuzzi and they were broke. The will not fix the jets. They refuse to believe me. Customer service is horrible. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
