Everything was amazing, but let's focus on the lamb skewers for a second. I have never liked lamb, and this was the first time I've ever genuinely enjoyed the flavor of lamb without that strong gaminess. The texture was also amazing. You can already tell the beef skewers are going to be good, but somehow I actually liked the lamb more than the beef... which I never thought I would say! The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which is a little long for fast-casual when they aren't busy. We ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, the special salmon BLT, a side of lobster bisque, and fries. The salmon grilled cheese was completely inedible. Neither of us could eat it; we took one bite each and threw it away. It had way too much special sauce, making it unbearable. The fries were okay, and it was nice that they have a house dipping sauce. The lobster roll was decent and had a good amount of meat. I wish it had been a bit more buttery, but it was still okay. The lobster bisque was really good and easily my favorite item. My only minor complaint is that it lacked a splash of sherry on top, but it was still delicious overall. As someone who has spent many years on the New England coast, I know a good lobster roll. This is an okay spot to get your fix, but it ultimately gets 3 stars because that salmon grilled cheese was just that bad.

I had tried a seafood boil from here a while back, and the sauce wasn't as good as what I've had from a local competitor. However, my boyfriend insisted that we give it another try, so we ended up ordering the Kickin Combo #1, along with a dozen raw oysters and an order of fried oysters and fries. The raw oysters came out first. I didn't want any, so they were for my boyfriend. Immediately after trying the first one, he wasn't happy with it. He said it tasted fishy but decided to give another one a try, thinking maybe the first was just a bad one. Unfortunately, the second wasn't any better, so he sent them back. Next came the fried food, which is never a miss. I absolutely love the fried oysters here. Then the seafood boil arrived, and at first glance, it looked promising. The seafood appeared large and fresh. I grabbed a shrimp first, sucked the head, and immediately noticed a strong fishy taste. I then dipped the shrimp into the sauce, but the sauce was watery and lacked flavor. I tried a few of the other items in the boil, including a mussel, but the texture was extremely chewy. Between my boyfriend and me, we ate a total of about ten or less things from the boil before deciding we were done. Unfortunately, it was not good whatsoever, and I was extremely disappointed. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and the manager offered to reheat it. I explained that the temperature wasn't the issue but the fishy taste and the texture of the seafood. He then said there wasn't anything else he could do besides take 20% off the bill. While I appreciated the discount, it was still disappointing given how much of the meal we were unable to eat. The service itself was good, and the ambiance was chill, especially since we went during dinner. Ok so this is a chain restaurant but it use to be really nice!! Surprisingly there was no wait which is a change from the past. Unfortunately it appeared that was because we were seated at the only tables no one wanted, between the extra loud party next table over and the left behind drink spilled on our table the atmosphere was a little tainted. The waiter was nice but service was SLOW!!!! We ordered Peruvian corn cake that took forever to come out and when it did it was nothing you would want to eat. The cakes were flat and rubbery and between the rock of butter provided and some sort of spiced salsa it came with it still did not get better. My bahamarita was delicious of course but my date ventured to try the pain killer off the drink menu FAIL!!! First one was just water and liquor and the second one just liquor none of the flavor that the description prepared us for. Now an hour later out Entrees come out , YES an hour later. We ask if we are gonna be able to order desert and guess what everything has taken so long that it is now to late to order desert so sorry :( but Finally I have the key west shrimp and grits.... Delicious!!!!! And my date orders Paella and that is good as well. Both came out hot and were as good as promised. Last change is they no longer pack up your dinner for you at the end and they no longer write that cute message on your container... I think my bahama breeze days are over :( read more

My wife and I have been fans of Bahama Breeze for years now. I love going to Bahama Breeze for birthdays and date night. My go to drink is the Margarita Flight, because it includes 3 different margaritas. They are presented in a cool way and each drink has a description about what flavor the drink is. When I first ordered this drink, I was not expecting to receive three separate drinks. Although they are not full size drinks, they carry a good bit of liquor. They are about half the size of a full drink, meaning you get a full drink and a half. By the middle of the second drink, I was already feeling the margaritas! If you order this trio, you will not be disappointed. For my meal, I always order the cilantro lime chicken. The cilantro lime sauce is delicious. The mash potatoes has corn in it along with cheese. They use to include plantain chips which paired perfectly with the mash potatoes, however, they no longer include them. You can always ask to see if they have some, but to my luck, they are always out. So now I order a side of actual plantains and they pair amazingly with the cilantro lime sauce. My wife love to order the Churrasco Steak. I won't lie, it's also amazing! I love the vibe at Bahama Breeze. It always makes me feel like I'm on an island somewhere! read more

The server seemed fairly new and couldn't remember if I wanted lemon or lime in my water. She brought my sister the wrong drink after she discouraged her from ordering it. My brother in law got a Diet Coke instead of a Coke Zero. The nacho appetizer was pretty good. We didn't order our entrees until the appetizers were completely gone causing us to have to wait longer for our food to come. Now the whole reason why we went was for me to try the shrimp and grits (my favorite dish right now) which were terrible! It had a funny taste and I sent them back after about two bites. I'm not a picky eater usually so that was definitely a red flag. I never got to order another dish although she did take the shrimp and grits off the ticket. Another server promised my sister a pineapple pin and never showed back up to our table. The drinks were watered down and the server told us she had to go outside to get more soda water! Outside?! Really? She brought my husband's Coke refill in the same glass with the same straw TWICE before we had to ask for a new glass. Needless to say we will not be going back there again. Good thing we had a gift certificate to help cover the cost! Lol read more

I was in town for business and decided to stop by Bahamas Breeze for some food and drinks, oh boy was that a grave mistake! It was Saturday around 4 PM so I decided to go to the bar, after sitting there for over 5 minutes being ignored, I walked to the other side of the bar to pick up a menu that was laying there, then u came back to my seat. 5 more minutes of being walked by and ignored passed by before the bartender a woman named Devonna graced me with her presence, I ordered drinks and told her I needed a minute to decide, much later the drinks arrive and at this point I had lost my appetite, 40 minutes go by and she checks ONCE on me and that's when u ask for the bill, 5 minutes pass and she finally brings it, I wish I had paid cash, because It took Devonna TWENTY MINUTES to get the check back for me to sign. I cannot express the disappointment and close to anger I felt for this "bartender" the worst DISSERVICE I have had in my life, please do us all a favor and fire that woman. First and foremost, I want to commend the beautiful decor, both inside and out, which truly evokes Caribbean vibes. Having dined at this location two years ago, I was eager to return to celebrate my anniversary weekend. I am pleased to report that the service remains exceptional. Our waiter was attentive and provided great recommendations for beverages, which we thoroughly enjoyed. While we had heard that the restaurant is renowned for its drink offerings, I must note that the food did not align with my expectations of authentic Caribbean cuisine. Coming from Miami, it was apparent that the menu has been Americanized. Overall, despite the differences in the cuisine, we had a delightful experience, thanks to the excellent service, refreshing drinks, and vibrant music. Thank you for a wonderful evening. read more

I recently took my family to Bahama Breeze to celebrate my mom's birthday. The ambiance was great, with vibrant colors and lively music that really took us back to the Bahamas. It's a good spot for big crowds, with plenty of seating available. The place was busy and packed, so expect a bit of a wait. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired--it definitely needs more flavor. On the bright side, the drinks were top-notch. Hats off to her!

Miss Lyric took a while to come get our drinks order which is fine & understandable; another young lady was kind enough to grab our drinks for her but what isn't fine is not even acknowledging us even though the hostess told her we were about to get seated there. Once she came over the table, she slammed the buckets. Because she already had a bad attitude, she didn't hear us order French fries with out appetizers, which we did because after we put in our full order, we had a child with us and emphasized how we didn't want anything for the child bc she'd be eating off those fries so we absolutely did order those fries. Anyway, once we got our appetizer (wings) i asked if the fries were coming out and she rudely said NO MAAM, YOU DID NOT ORDER THEM. Okay, no problem but what's the need to do all that when you can just suggest to put the order in kindly? I'd have apologized myself and ordered some fries but Instead we said nvm and she walked away without saying anything else nor suggesting a solution. We all have bad days but that ain't none of my concerns nor fault, treat people how you want to be treated. Unfortunately bc a 18% tip charge was already added to our bill, she did not care to treat us in a proper manner. We got rubbed the wrong way and felt very unwelcome that we didn't even feel like ordering refills to give her any other troubles since it seemed like we were lol. The food which is NOT her fault was very bland and mid. Had we had been given a better run down of the menu and or had a server with a better attitude, we wouldn't have had to pay over $300 for 5 adults; she could've easily made things easier and cheaper for us in my opinion. Money is not an issue for us but unfortunately the service made our visit extremely unpleasant and will not be returning to this location. No matter who you are or how bad your day may be going, just be kind and treat people the way you like to be treated. I'm the first person to stand up for good servers bc my sister is 1 (my dad is THE best tipper too) but people like her do not make it easy for me to defend. We did not want to tip her any more than the already charged tip on the bill and we felt so bad but extra tips are earned... Anyway, very poor service overall. Maybe other locations aren't like this but what a disappointment.

We also enjoyed the meal of crab legs, shrimp, potatoes and corn. The restaurant was clean and our waitress was helpful with some suggestions. The food came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. Then on top of that, they only had one waitress working the entire floor, so the service was slow a little bit but she made sure to check up on everyone and get everybody's food. I also ordered a drink that I didn't realize was an alcoholic beverage because you wouldn't know because all they have is alcoholic drinks on the back of the menu and no regular beverages. Instead of explaining it calmly, the situation kinda turned awkward and uncomfortable for me. After that, they just gave me some water and didn't give me any other suggestions. Moral of this story is DON'T COME HERE ‼they'll overcharge you and the service is trash The seafood was ok but honestly it wasn't worth the price. Juicy Crab is cheaper, better seasoned, and way more consistent. After this visit, I won't be coming back.
