First time here. The service was friendly and helpful. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and an egg, lightly toasted. Unfortunately, parts of the bagel tasted burnt, and I couldn't really find any jalapeños on it. I'm not sure if I even got the right one. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I had a hankering for a breakfast sandwich and it was approaching noon, so decided to try a local bagel cafe. Bagelicious is tucked into a corner of Bayberry plaza, and does not disappoint. Owner and staff friendly and welcoming. All American on Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel made fresh to order with a very short wait time. I also ordered a sugar cookie for a co worker. The best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time, two scrambled eggs, double cheese, double bacon. The bagel itself was amazing! They do offer many homemade cream cheese flavor, and toppings as well! I did want to try the bagelicious sauce, next time! Sandwiches are large and pre cut in half making them easy to share. Cozy, clean , breakfast/lunch cafe ambience, flavored coffee's and tea available. I've been in Liverpool many years and wonder how I've missed this hidden little gem of a cafe for over a decade! They definitely are making the world better, one bite at a time!

This is a great family owned business. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The inside is nice and clean with some tables to stay and sit if you choose to eat there. The food is simple but delicious. Made to order. They have many cream cheese options and fresh bagels. I love the italian sandwich which comes with cream cheese, egg, cheese, and pepper relish. I like to add bacon to mine. Fair pricing for what you get and it really tastes good.

Western Egg Sandwich

Not the greatest. Drove from the valley of Syracuse to this establishment. Clean interior, friendly staff. I chose the western on an everything bagel. I wasn't aware of how this sandwich is prepared. The onions, peppers, and ham are chopped up into mini pieces and mixed into the egg. I thought it would've been separate and layered. Taste was decent. I just expected a bit more. I did add some hot sauce to the sandwich for more flavor. To add, the muffins were amazing!

Gross disgusting burnt bagel. Terrible service . Place is old and dirty. The food is very bad. Also very expensive. 11 for coffee and bagel. Bagel with no taste too

This has quickly become one of my go-to breakfast spots. Very clean inside and the staff are always friendly. The bagels are the softer type without the crunch on the outside, so if you love NYC bagels you might not love these. I find them delicious; they're always very fresh and soft inside and there are so many varieties to choose from. Favorites so far are the egg bagel and cheddar bagel. Have tried a few of the breakfast sandwiches (The Bagelicious, Salt City Bagel, Italian Egg Sandwich) and all have been top notch in both flavor and presentation. My only minor complaint is that they go a little light on the bacon.

I ordered a bagel, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel. It was really delicious. Sizable egg portion. My only complaint is that there was barely any cheese on the sandwich. Would have held everything together better. The pumpkin spice cappuccino was good but the home fries were the best. The peppers and onions were a great addition!

On the left The Megalicious and on the right The Bagelicious Breakfast Sandwich - recommend the jalapeño cheddar bagel!

Not bagels. More like a toasted ciabatta. Nice customer service. If you feel like a NY style bagel you will be dissatisfied.

Place is the only one around with fresh bagels. Wish they had more available as favorites go fast in the morning.

They were also so kind to give me a complimentary glass of prosecco to celebrate my birthday. Wednesdays are $2 off all cider and wines so my friends enjoyed that deal as well. The Wedge changes their menu on a weekly basis so I was excited to see what was on this weeks menu so naturally we had to get multiple dishes to share in order to try as much as possible. We ordered two pasta dishes, truffle fries for the table, and brussel sprouts to share family style and we didn't leave a crumb behind! All the dishes were more unique than a typical pasta dish you may find elsewhere which was extra fun and soo delicious! The brussels were so soft and topped with so much flavor. I would love to come again to try their brunch menu and continue coming throughout the year to try many new items as their menu rotates. I really wanted to try their mac and cheese so I am determined to come back at the right time for that one!

Cocktails were imaginative with a wide variety. Personally tried to Ceasar Salad Martini for something different and the Berry the Hatchett for my favorite kinda of of cocktail. Spicy! Loved both. Ceasar Salad Martini truly tasted like a light ceasar salad. All the food was fantastic, shrimp bisque, poached pear salad, steak with fabulous mashed potatoes, and one of the best lava cakes I've ever had and a shockingly good combo of Basque cheesecake and blood orange. And not to mention their cheese platter to start the night! Staff was friendly. Inside is cute and cozy, feels like an upscale Cafe with adorable artwork. Great place for a special occasion or just a catch up date night. Cannot wait to go back.

Walking through the restaurant was nice as the space was very large and the decor indoor was cozy and whimsical. Our server was nice throughout the meal. However, I did get a water glass that had marks on it that looked like someone just drank out of it and a crumb on the rim. I asked them if they could get me a clean cup and they ended up bringing the same one as the same mark and crumb were still there. For food, our table ordered a few items to share. We got: -CAULIFLOWER WINGS: The chutney/salsa on top of the fried cauliflower was nice and gave the item a little sour kick. However, the cauliflower itself was not cooked fully so not as soft as I wanted it to be. -SYRACUSE POUTINE: The appearance of the poutine was not the best. However, the gravy it came with was very flavorful and tasty. The potatoes themselves were not fried and were in wedge form but went well with the gravy. The small globs of melted cheese on top were a nice complement. -CAJUN SLIDERS: The slider compliments/sauce went well together but the sliders themselves had grill marks on it which gave a bitter bite to those parts of the slider. Additionally, the fried shrimp inside of the slider still had the tail on and so it was a bit of a surprise to bite into a full tail while eating a slider. All in all, a cute spot to see people but food had some hit or miss components.

The flavor went through all the meat, and the lettuce and tomato were not drowned out. The sub roll was delicious! I could only eat half- it was a full meal. The Rueben was thinly sliced pastrami that was grilled before assembly. The bread was not greasy and the sandwich was not too salty. I could eat it with my hands and could taste the sauerkraut, cheese and dressing without them overwhelming the whole flavor profile. The fries were tasty and a good portion size. The menu is so extensive that I will have to visit often. I definitely recommend stopping in. Great service, nice staff, good atmosphere!

When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted by a man at the counter and mentioned it was our first time visiting. His response was about as uninterested as it gets. Instead of offering a menu or any guidance, he simply pointed off to the side and told us to order when we were ready. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The space itself was small, with a few tables, drink coolers, baked goods, and smoothie options. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. After exactly 40 minutes, I finally asked about the status, especially after watching another couple come in after us, order, and leave with their food before we received ours. I understand that takeout and delivery orders are part of the business, but in-house customers should not be completely overlooked. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to acknowledge the delay. It genuinely felt like we didn't matter as customers. And for what? Two sandwiches--a roast beef and a turkey. Having worked in restaurants myself, I can confidently say that should not take 40 minutes under normal circumstances. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. We will not be returning. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

Even though the restaurant only had two large parties and wasn't particularly busy, we still waited 35 minutes to be seated. That alone didn't make sense, but things only went downhill from there. It was my daughter's birthday, and we were hoping for a fun brunch. Our server started off friendly, but that changed quickly. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time--a chai tea for me, a specialty alcoholic milkshake for my daughter, and no drink for her boyfriend, plus three entrées and a poutine. The drinks took 50 minutes to arrive. The food took over an hour and a half. During all this, the server seemed to avoid our table entirely. When my daughter's boyfriend finally managed to get her attention--very politely, even mentioning that he himself is a server--he simply asked if she had an estimate on our food. She stood there with her hand on her hip and told us the kitchen was backed up, with "three orders ahead of yours," as if that explained everything. We then asked if the poutine, our appetizer, was at least ready. She said they had to make fresh potatoes for it but that she would "rush it." Eventually, she came back with the poutine, plopped it down on the table, and walked away without a single word. No "here you go," no "do you need anything," and--most importantly--no plates. I ended up getting up and asking the hostess for plates so we could actually eat the appetizer. For a place that markets itself as a "fancy diner" with "Instagram-worthy" dishes, the service and execution were nowhere near acceptable. If you're going to lean into trendy presentation and premium pricing, you need the staff to support it. Hire more people. Train them. Do something--because this was unacceptable from start to finish. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. **EDIT** I would like to include the fact of the over priced, over salted, food items don't seem to cover the cost to upgrade your cracked booths so that people's bums are hurt from sitting on them. Needs to be updated and correct staffing issues so that food will be "adequate" for the price. Go anywhere on Westcott than here.
