My husband goes here every Sunday to get fresh bagels. If you go before 8 am some of the bagels are just coming out of the oven. Delicious inexpensive meals if you eat in the resteraunt. Free coffee refills. I wish they would bring back their apple cinnamon cream cheese. There was one lady who knew our bagel order when he walked in. 5 years we have been going here. Bagelicious is such a great local breakfast place. Their bagels are ALWAYS fresh, and they mix their own cream cheese flavors. They also offer a variety of other breakfast options, such as sandwiches and platters (bacon, eggs, etc.) They also make some fantastic stuffed French toast - I order mine with their homemade cinnamon raisin bread. The staff there is friendly and always gets my order right - if you're lucky, Rich (the owner) will be there working. Any morning you can find some neighborhood folks there talking sports, politics, or whatever else is news. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the cream cheese they pile on the bagels. The only thing I don't like there are the homefries because they cook them with ketchup, and I don't like ketchup. But I can always rely on them for a satisfying breakfast served with a smile. read more

These are the best bagels I've ever had in town! I had the pumpernickel bagel with chive bacon cream cheese, and my boyfriend had the French toast bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. They make all of their own cream cheeses. Service was slow when we arrived, but the woman was making everyone's orders at once and did a wonderful job handling so much simultaneously. Both employees present were very kind and made sure the customers were satisfied. Their bagels are soft on the inside and when toasted, have a nice crisp to their exterior. This place is my favorite!! The staff is always super friendly and make you feel so welcome. Not to mention the food is so fresh and tastes SO good. This is my go to place for a breakfast sandwich and turkey club for lunch! They also started serving Kubal coffee which is a great addition! I usually stop somewhere in NY on my drive from Boston to Cleveland. This was one of the better breakfast places I've stopped at in the Liverpool area. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. They had a wonderful selection, great customer service and reasonable prices. I thought the atmosphere was really nice for a breakfast place as well. I'm definitely keeping this place in mind for the next time I do this trek. read more

Awful service. Ordered 1 bagel with cream cheese and 1 bagel egg sandwich to go. Waited 27 minutes without any acknowledgement or apology. 4 separate parties came in after us and were served before us, including 1 table of 5 men who all ordered full bagel, egg & meat meals. Once we did receive our food, the plain bagel was barely toasted and more of a fluffy dough ball, smeared with a thin layer of cream cheese. For a business where the kitchen is open, you can see everyone running frantically and rushing, not to mention they are not the most joyous people in food service. I've waitressed for 7 years and loved caring for my customers, and I definitely understand a morning breakfast rush. This place is not worth it, better off going to Wegmans. read more

Today, not particularly busy, six people behind the counter. I ordered an Italian bagel sandwich with sausage to go. After I waited 25 minutes, and they got less busy, I asked about my sandwich. I was told they were making it next. THEN I was told that my sandwich wasn't late, they were making them in the order they were received and that they were really busy and hadn't caught up yet. They made my sandwich in two minutes. When I got home, there was no sausage. Passive aggressive much? I used to frequent this place; ownership has changed and service has declined. Whenever I go back downstate especially to a small crowded bagel place (because everything is crowded and rushed down there), I never get the kind, friendly service I get at most places up in Syracuse. Your comments and attitude are the reason NYC people have the reputation of being rude and obnoxious outside of the NYC area. If you don't like the bagels, go someplace else. But don't bad mouth the restaurant. For everyone else, the atmosphere at the restaurant is small town comfortable with regulars who love the place. The food is varied, not just bagels. Like a mini diner it's open for breakfast and lunch. Portions are generous. Everything is cooked to order. The coffee is good and smooth. The owners support many communities events and nonprofit organizations. And try the honey walnut cream cheese! It's great! read more

Went to their full service spot today for breakfast. 1st impression, clean and friendly. A good start.the waitress greeted me right at the door and sat me. She was there with coffee right away. Coffee was good. Nothing special but good. Took my order promptly. Ordered eggs over easy with sausage, ham, everything bagel and home fries. I was surprised the home fries were extra but was fine with it. Got a little worried as people kept coming in, and their were only 2 servers, but my order came out right away and coffee refills were offered without missing a beat. Now to the food. Eggs came out perfect. Sausage was a patty, and only came with one but was tasty. Ham was nice and grilled. The stars were the everything bagel which was old school NY style and the home fries were delicious. Next time I will ask to have them crispier and then they will be through the roof good. I believe this may be my first review on Yelp but I want to make sure consumers are aware of this establishment. I visited Bagelicious earlier today (it is now noon) and wanted to try one of the bagels that it's name proudly boasts. The selection varied however was very slim. Odd due to the time of day it was. So after waiting in line for about 10 mins, I simply ordered a pastry. Although my order was simple, the cashier did not know exactly what was in the pastry display and asked the owner. He first gave her the wrong description for the pastry, then after she had already pulled it out and started to cash me out, corrected himself. (Would have been terrible if I was allergic!) The experience while being here for those 15 mins was dreadful. I felt a tense attitude coming from the employees and it seemed I had bothered them for that pastry. I can probably get friendlier service from Wegmans. Do not think I will be returning. read more
