I've been here a handful of times. So far the bagels are always fresh, huge and tasty. I've tried the olive and then the scallion cream cheese. Small batches in deli counter so you know it's on the fresh side. Sandwich was to die for! The place is cute with a nice dining area and a very extended breakfast and lunch menu. Small but not busy parking lot makes it easy in and out to go. Love this place and for NJ bagels I vote Hell Yesssss! I'm a Ny'er and this place gets my approval for sure ! These bagels are huge, but they are slightly sweet, a little dense and only have toppings on the top. The store itself had groceries and a lot of prepared food. Almost everyone there was waiting on a sandwich while I got 2 dozen bagels. It was Saturday at 10:30 and some were warm, but not all. Not a ton of raisins in the raisin bagels. Ordered breakfast today, March 20, and was extremely disappointed. The Italian sausage was so burnt and overcooked that I couldn't even bite into it. Gave to my dog, and she was having trouble chewing it. My rye toast was burnt, I bit into some uncooked home fries, and i just couldn't finish it. It was the worst breakfast ever, and I paid over $30 for this mess. I would have been better off going to McDonald's and actually enjoying my food. I decided to check out the new breakfast spot in town today b cause I had a few extra minutes until work. There was one person ahead of me. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. And walked to the counter to wait and pay. Almost 10 minutes went by, 3 more people entered the door, and my bagel was nowhere in sight. I asked the woman at the counter where my bagel was, she walked over, checked, walked back, and told me "it's coming right out." I looked over at the counter area and there the guys taking and making the orders were so confused and talking to each other. I don't think they know what their jobs are. They were fucking up the order and information is getting lost. It takes less than 30 seconds to make a bagel with a spread. How do you fuck that up? I walked out. I went to my trusted place across the street. Bagel Mania. They know how to multi-task and get shit done while having excellent customer service. read more

This is a pretty big place... Stand alone store with many tables off to the right this time. Located on a corner that's pretty easy to find. Actually passed this location a few weeks ago. My order was a BEC on everything bagel for me. Also a cinnamon raisin with veggie cream cheese for her. Plus buy 6 bagels and get one free ( a baker's half dozen). That's pretty standard in most shops these days. For what it's worth, some reviews recently have been pretty harsh. I don't get it. :( Service was good. Seems like they do a fairly significant amount of orders over the phone. Two or three were picked up while I was waiting. They have a large menu for breakfast/lunch both hot and cold items. Open till 10:00 at night, which adds to the convenience if you live & or work in the area. My total with a coffee was just under $20. #3 bagel shop in the area. read more

Apparently the place opened not long ago. The space was a pharmacy forever. It's a nice size area with stuff to grab and coffee to the left and seating to the right. The cashier and ordering area is straight ahead, but the menus are to the left. I got a pork roll, egg & cheese on an everything bagel. Also, got a large coffee to go. The price was a little high. Over $8, not terrible, but not a bargain. I'll start with the good, the coffee was great. The sandwich was ok, honestly the egg was fresh, the cheese was fine and the pork roll was delicious. The only problem was the bagel. It was a low quality bagel, something I'd get from a street cart in NYC. It was big, barely had toppings and didn't taste all that fresh. Went into the Bagel Factory for the first time today. New building, grand opening week. From the start I'll say parking can be an issue, but we lucked out with a spot. We entered and went straight for the order line. I didn't know there was table service, I thought it was order and just go sit. There's no hostess stand or signage designating such. I ordered two bagel sandwiches, for the most part they were made correctly, even though I asked for salt, pepper, ketchup and my sandwiches were unseasoned and no ketchup to be found. Bagels were fresh though. There was pile up at the register from people waiting for orders, picking up orders, paying for orders. So we got on line while we waited for the sandwiches to be made. I ordered a hot latte and paid. Sandwiches showed up pretty timely, the latte took a while and I ended up getting an iced frap if that's what you can call it. This is their first week open and I'll give them a chance to figure things out a bit better. Theres a few setups I don't understand and they've spread themselves pretty thin when it comes to the menu. For example there's a self serve coffee station but offer fraps and lattes. There's table service, but only one person managing the area and racing around. Someone ordered a coffee from table service and the waiter went to the self serve coffee station to make it. Doesn't make much sense to me. I plan on returning and trying out the mobile ordering, but as it stands I hope they get their act together. read more

IF I COULD GIVE BAGEL FACTORY CAFE 10 STARS I WOULD! So I've been meaning to write a review of Bagel Factory Cafe for a couple of weeks now. I discovered this bagel shop on my Uber Eats app, when I was looking for something to order as a late breakfast. I work from home and it's easier for me to order from Uber Eats because sometimes I don't know when I'll be able to take a meal break. I have to say I honestly was blown away by the freshness and deliciousness of my first order! I ordered a toasted everything bagel, with lox, cream cheese, red onion and avocado. It was awesome!!! I became hooked on that bagel combo and now I get it once a week. The bagel was soft and full of flavor, the cream cheese and lox were fresh and delicious, and you get plenty of both! They don't skimp at all on the cream cheese and lox. A lot of places would. The red onion and avocado were also very fresh and tasty. I can't accurately describe how delicious it was, but I'm seriously hooked now, and having such a delicious, satisfying breakfast really gets my day off to a good start! Every order has been perfect! I also sometimes get the scrambled egg, toast, home fries and corned beef hash platter which is also always fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly!! Sometimes I add a few blueberry muffins or banana nut muffins to my order and I've never been disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend Bagel Factory Cafe for your breakfast, brunch, lunch, anytime meals. I was jonesing for egg salad and decided to give this place a try. Parking is a little dicey with few spots and a tight parking lot. I walked in and it was unclear how and where you order. None of three people at the register were helpful. I wait about five minutes for someone to finally look at me and ask if I had been helped. I ordered egg salad on an everything bagel. The order was made up fairly quickly but then no one knew how to ring it up and I ended up paying almost $10! There was no clear pricing but $10 seems ridiculous. The egg salad was nothing to write about - maybe a tad soupy as it just fell out of the sandwich. The everything bagel was definitely not on my list of best. It was too heavy on sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Doubt I'll be back for breakfast anytime soon. read more
