If only there was a way to give this dirty place a negative star. I walk in and sit down at a table to scour the very large menu to decide what to eat. I don't know if he was just a cook or the owner, but this old white man starts shouting at me (mind you, I'm not in any line to place an order). I politely tell him that I needed just one more second to make up my mind. When the time comes for me to order, he rolls his eyes, and I ask him for three Taylor ham, egg and cheeses. Before I could even finish the sentence, he's asking me what kind of bread I want them on, but like an aggressive asshole who thinks I've never walked into a shitty bagel shop before. When my order is complete, he tosses the sandwiches on the counter and tells the young woman to ring "these fuckers" up. He completely fails to tell the young lady what she's supposed to ring me up for. She actually asks me what it was that I ordered. Based on looking at other reviews, I've come to the conclusion that, unfortunately, this man might actually be the owner. I feel so horribly sad for the nice people who have to work under him. I've been to this place twice in 8 years. The first time I ordered a pastrami breakfast sandwich. I thought the sandwich would be cheaper. The charged me the price of a large regular sandwich. Then the sandwich was real oily when I try to eat it. I had the wash my hands. So I never went back. A year later I give it another try. I order a sandwich with fries. They said they don't sell fries even though it's on the menu. So I asked was it cheaper without.They said no same price. So I walked out. Well I tried. I wish them luck. read more

Wish I could give this place a 0. Very rude cook no mask wile preparing food. When I asked if he was gone ware a mask the lady told him in Spanish that I didn't want him to handle my food because of him not wearing a mask he relied in Spanish then that f**** can cook his own food. I've been going here since I was in high school. This place has gone so far down hill lately. The staff always gives you that warm fuzzy feeling that you are intruding upon their day with your business. I love being cut in line by their friends who get served first. But not as much as I love an eye roll when I ask for a "little bit" of creamer. Which, surprise surprise, they put half the container of it in there. The sweet gentleman behind the counter couldn't even wait for me to get my whole order out before he ran to make my first item and then acted irritated I needed something else. How dare I. Food's alright, not worth the frustration for sure. Now I know I'm better off with Super Duper or Edison Sub Shop. MUCH better service at both places. read more

Yum!! I just had the best bagel ever here!! Soft, lightly chewy bagel, toasted to perfection, with chunky everything seasoning (on both sides) with a flavorful veggie cream cheese. Very nice friendly staff! My husband enjoyed a wonderful egg and sausage bagel. Can't wait to try this place again soon next time we are in town. They also serve a full breakfast and lunch menu that looked wonderful as well. Stop in and give this place a try! read more

When you walk in to a deli/restaurant you should feel like they want you there, not like a nuisance. 6am-3pm are the hours. At 1:30 I came in to get a hot sandwich and was told that the grill is closed, really!?. It takes an hour and a half to clean your grill? No effort to please a customer that lives a block away. If you enjoy your sanity, then never go here! They yell at the customers, get the orders wrong, give your food to the wrong person, and seriously don't care. They gave my order to the wrong person. When I said 'hey that was my order' they said no it was his. I insisted that it was mine, because I watched it being made, and they finally realized that I was right. Also surprised to see that there was only two people working there on a Monday morning breakfast rush hour. I live in the area and always support local business. Used to love the chicken salad here but the last time I ordered it, it was loaded with fat pieces. Thought I would give it another try. Today, at 1:45 I showed up to order for my family (was going to order six bagel sandwiches) and was told the grill was closed. 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing! This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened when trying to order here - sometimes 2 hours before closing. The staff is the rudest, most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. When I asked for the name of the owner, one of the guys started laughing and said "Jaaaaayyyy". I repeated "Jay?" and he stayed quiet. I insisted on a name and I got "James." When I asked when he would be in to contact, I got more laughing and was told he owns 4 stores, so I'll never reach him. I asked who the manager of this store is and he snapped, "we don't have a manager." I will never spend another penny in this kind of establishment. Clearly the staff and management doesn't care about good business, and staff like that I DEFINITELY don't want handling my food. read more

Being a bagel fanatic, this has and always will be my absolute favorite bagel place. I go out of my way just to get one and have never been disappointed. Staff are so friendly and I always make sure I tip them ( especially since I'm in the restaurant business... ). I have my top 3 bagel places, and this will always remain number 1. They make the bagels at their other location on rt 27 and if you're lucky enough to get their at the right time, you will get one straight from the oven. NOTHING BEATS THAT! Definitely try their chive cream cheese ( homemade, of course! ). Not only do they have the best bagels and home fries, try their tuna. Overall, just a great place. read more

Exactly what you'd expect. The bagels were fresh and good. The coffee was warm. The prices are very reasonable and they are quick.

MUST MUST GO PLACE they have 3 location and this one is one of my favorite as their are plenty of parking and seating at location so i go on weekend to enjoy my tuscany panini with macroni salad and pickle on side the place looks clean and services are as good as other location and very organized in terms of taking order and delivered food only bed part is they dont deliver food on weekends i must recommend and one of the best food chain operation in our neighborhood read more
