Picked up Bagels this morning. Was a little disappointed because I have ordered before and always used the 'Order Ahead' option. However, I noticed the feature has been turned off in the Clover App for several weeks now, and I figured since it was midday Saturday, it would be safe. Wrong. The place wasn't busy, but many people were waiting and it took a looong time, even tho I only ordered a plain bagel with light cream cheese and a coffee. Several people that came after me got their food before, and what normally takes 3-4 min, took almost 12. Plus my order had to be remade because the lady prepping it accidentally toasted the bagel. I wrote it off as an off day, but came back on Sunday and had a similar experience. Needless to say, I'll keep coming here because the facility is super clean and I love their food, I just hope they get it together and reopen the Order Ahead option! read more

I live only 5-6 miles from this location and used to go out of my way to come here instead of the ones closer to me because the food was usually better. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Lately, the wait times have been excessive -- well over 30 minutes -- and today's order was absolutely unacceptable. My egg and cheese wrap arrived as a complete mess. Instead of an actual wrap, I received aluminum foil, a separate container with eggs and cheese dumped inside, and maybe seven pieces of home fries sprinkled on top like an afterthought. The rest of the order wasn't any better. The bagels looked like they had been dropped on the floor before being wrapped. The presentation was careless, the food looked terrible, and it was honestly disgusting. I paid $16 for delivery plus rush service so my family wouldn't get cold food, and this was hands down the worst order I've received from here -- and sadly, not the first time I've regretted coming back. Something has clearly changed here, and it's not for the better. I won't be returning, and I suggest looking for a different spot. read more

Quality has gone downhill since opening. Used to love this place. Egg sandwiches now have a plasticky, odd tasting cheese and eggs are a liquid not freshly cracked. The outside of the sandwiches are often greasy, implying a messy workspace. The bagels themselves have tasted like cleaning product or some odd flavoring the last several times I've picked up bagels. Orders are often backed up and take a while to come out (20+ minutes for a single breakfast sandwich). It seems like the workers are overwhelmed. Stopped by Bagel Bazaar for the first time today after hearing glowing reviews from everyone in town since this shop used to be owned by someone else and now was under new ownership. I was told it was now so much better. Upon approaching the shop they had a small board outside advertising the breakfast and lunch specials for the day. The shop itself was very clean and well organized. I was greeted by one of the employees as I looked over the bagel selection. I wanted to get a sweet bagel and a regular bagel so I went with a French Toast and an Everything bagel. Some of the selections were out but that's my fault obviously because they were closing and I know to get there earlier next time. I paid for my order and had a chat with the ladies working at the counter, Sophia and Amanda. They were so very nice and friendly. I was telling them how my friends told me I had to get over there because the bagels were delicious. They said since they were closing would I like some extra bagels to take home and then preceded to give me six extra bagels. That was so very nice of them. Then I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Randy, what a nice guy! We had a nice little chat also. I really wanted a Pumpkin French Toast bagel because that's what I initially asked for but they were sold out. He had one set aside to give to someone else and he actually took it out of the bag and gave it to me. We said our goodbyes and I drove home to try these bagels. After telling my husband the short story about how nice everyone at the bagel shop was he was already slicing a bagel and putting it in the toaster...lol I figured we should both eat the same kind of bagel to compare opinions, so we both had the Cheddar Habanero toasted with cream cheese. This bagel was delicious. After toasting the outside was perfectly crispy and the inside soft and chewy just like it should be and the flavor was great, the cheddar was rich and just the right amount of heat on the habanero. I can't wait to try the French Toast bagels later. Obviously I will definitely be returning here to try more things but I need to get there early so I can have my pick next time. I actually am writing this review before I even eat the sandwich I just picked up because of the complete shock. Literally just paid 11bucks for a turkey and cheese sanwich on a roll that had ONE extra thin sliced piece of cheese with about 4 equally thin slices of turkey. Without a doubt, one of the best bagel places I have had in a while! Just ordered from their today, had myself the turkey bacon egg white and cheese (they forgot my avocado, but I imagine because it is such a consistently busy place which is not the end of the world) on a pumpkin French toast bagel. It was amazing! Along with my pumpkin pie iced coffee - my day was set. Second time going there, and looking forward to the next time! Delicious breakfast good. Huge selection of sweet and savory bagels! I had T.E.C.S.P.K (Taylor ham, egg and cheese, salt pepper ketchup) on a jalapeño bagel and it was perfect. The heat on this bagel was just right! Food is ok. The service is absolutely terrible at the location in Middlesex. They don't seem to have a good system. Not quite sure why a bagel shop needs music loudly pumping at 8am, where they can't hear what you are saying. Every single time I have ordered in the store for one simple bagel sandwich, I have been standing waiting for 20 minutes while every person who ordered after me received their food. Unless you are ordering online I would say to skip this bagel shop unless you have no place to be and can wait 20-30 minutes for literally just egg and cheese on a bagel. read more

I have been here a few times since they have opened and each time the food and service has gone down slightly each time. This last time I decided to write a review because enough is enough. I ordered a TBEC which is a turkey,bacon,egg and cheese on a bagel. The sandwich comes with no cheese so I had to give it right back to them. As per the picture you can see the amount of turkey bacon on this sandwich is a rip off!!! I didn't say anything because I already sent it back for not having cheese and I didn't want to send it back again. I mean charge more if you have to, but to serve a sandwich like this with this minimal amount of meat on in is absurd. Also where are the fresh eggs? When I went to the counter to get my replacement sandwich, I saw the cook grab a big bucket of yellow liquid, which had no top on it, and spoon out some onto the grill. I realized that this was the "eggs" they were using! How gross! Where are the freshly cracked eggs and not this egg yolk mess you use, and with no top on it! It was just sitting out! This may not mean anything ...however...I now notice there is a manager working there now who used to work at this bagel shop prior to it being bagel bazar and the quality and quantity of what you got was always sub par. He is back and as you can see, I got a sliver of turkey bacon on my sandwich and egg yolk from a bucket. Go figure.... read more
