I'm a neighbor and this is my favorite diner in town. The folks here are always inviting and down to earth. The food is quick and delicious (I always just get a maxed out omelette). The price is fair. I love being able to walk here for a hearty breakfast.

Spotted this place while jogging around the neighborhood. For some reason, New Jersey reminds me of diners and I imagine the inside of them to be like Junction Deli. I stopped by at around noon on a Friday and you could see hard work all around the spot. From the cooks, to the servers, to the blue collar hard working Americans having lunch, this place has a grit about it. The staff is warm and greets you with a smile. They serve breakfast food all day which is always a plus in my book. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and they were even kind enough to hook me up with egg whites at no extra charge. We also got the cheesesteak and the macaroni salad. Everything was delicious and they do not skimp on the portions. The food is made to order and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend JD for a casual meal while in NJ.

I come here for the Pork roll, egg and cheese on Hard roll. Tony never let's you down. Certainly enough to fill your belly. I'll try some other breakfast items one day, but this Pork roll sandwich is one of the best. This place is always on my list when I drop into town.

Every time we stopped for ice cream at Blizzard Island in Middlesex we'd look at Junction Deli Grill next door and say "Oh! We'll have try that place one day soon." It has a very high rating on www.yelp.com. Well today we finally made it for lunch. The food is very good and inexpensive. We noticed that there seems to be a lot of regulars on a first name basis with the owner, Tony. I think we will become regulars. We already have met Tony and his daughter, Nicole. Eleanor had the Hamburger Deluxe, while I chose the Texas Weiner with fries.

This is a true diner with a short order cook behind the counter whipping up the daily specials plus traditional fare like burgers, fries, etc. From the outside you might not recognize it as an actual place to sit down and eat, but in addition to stools at the counter they have a number of tables. It is not at all fancy, it's a diner. The owner/cook and staff are all friendly whether you're one of their regulars or someone popping their head in for the first time. Breakfast and sandwiches are great. There's parking in front and back.

Delicious breakfast on a relaxing Friday. Ordered an egg omelette with bacon plus sausages, two eggs and hash with toasts.

NJ Deli on a budget- Just Subs Greenbrook Rt22 Eastbound…read more This deli moved locations 100 yards off rt 22 to directly behind their old location. Clean restaurant, unless you look closely behind the displays and one will notice continual tertiary cleanings that don't really quite do the job. Friendly staff, laid back to the point of long lines forming at lunchtime - as opposed to a usually well staffed Jersey Mikes. Food: bread is dry, dry, dry! And tasteless - bad bread being a cardinal sin in a NJ Deli. Much preferred is a local, real Italian deli, for better bread. Second rate Dietz & Watson cold cuts served as opposed to much more desirable Boars Head. Cold cuts thin, can barely taste amongst the dry bread and LTO/ dressings. The oil they use is not only cheap but offensively BAD Final assessment: While their quality is low, they hiked a ham and cheese sandwich up to $8.15! I say raise your level of deli expectation and spend the money on a real deli and skip the Just Subs Chain. There are plenty of Italian delis around. Lunch experience here completely devoid of taste - just fills the stomach.

Just Subs - it's all in the name. 90-95% of their business is just subs. All the time, repetitive…read more I ordered 1/2 sub and requested mayo. That's it. No other deviations. It's my lunch break from work, my time. I chose to eat food from Just Subs. Been there many times. This is the second time the mayo was excluded. There was only a whisper of dressing, so I had to choke down the driest sub, in order to get some hunger relief. I tipped as well - I always do. It's sad
