I picked an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was good, doughy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I thought the cream cheese had the perfect amount of heat. The egg sandwich that my partner ordered was underwhelming. The girls behind the counter looked miserable and didn't bother to ask how he wanted the eggs cooked. When it was ready, it looked like something slapped together by a college kid (because it was). I'd stop back for a bagel but definitely not for any of their sandwiches.

The first time, I noticed it but chose not to say anything. This past weekend, another customer spoke up after being charged for more bagels than he actually ordered and received. The gentleman handling the situation was extremely rude, and when it was proven they were wrong, he simply threw the money back onto the counter. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Please continue making your bagels the way you do because they're excellent, but customer service and professionalism matter too. There are plenty of bagel shops around, and people want to feel respected when they walk into a business.

Hubs chose olive oil rosemary bagel and liked this a lot but I thought the rosemary bagel was ok. My bagel was better. LOL. We both thought everything on top of the bagel was nice and fresh. Service was pretty friendly. We got here about 30 minutes before closing and they didn't mind. When we stepped in, this place looked like a nice suburban fast casual bagel shop, which is usually an immediate sign the bagels will essentially be a roll with a hole in it.
