I have been coming to this bagel shop for decades and the quality has definitely shifted down in the last few years to the point where it's very hit or miss. I ordered an egg bagel with lox spread. I receive a plain regular bagel with lox spread that is 98% regular white cream cheese with a few minuscule specks of lox in it. If I wanted a plain bagel with plain cream cheese I could have gone to dunkin. The lox is now prepackaged, so I just might as well get it from the grocery and the last time I had the whitefish it was very salty and not the same. The bagels themselves are good in texture, but i would skip on the spreads and just buy your own at the store. if my bagel was made incorrectly on a slow Monday morning, I don't know what would happen had it been a weekend. Very disappointing

Tommy's Bagel is a small old fashioned bagel store. They have a very large variety of bagels that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bailey's are delicious as well. Both bagels and bialys remind me of NY. The best. A large variety to fill your sandwich, from all fishes to deli meats and egg salad. Been going here for 13 years. Very rarely a disappointment.

Tell the guy lightly toast my bagels this is what I got

Worst customer service. Walked in and seemed like the guy was disturbed that we were trying to order. Told the older guy to light toast my bagels twice to make sure and still have black burnt bagels. Bad attitude and no smile.

    Bagels for the win!

Decided to try this place after my go to (Eli's) sadly closed & got taken over by Bagel Nook. (Hate…read morewhen instagramableness beats quality & authenticity in the business game.) Well anyway I tried this place because it was close by & seemed to be a classic deli, which I trusted for bagels. The bagels are pretty good: large, they don't skimp on the cream cheese, & they're a great price!! They also have a few pastries, sandwiches, soup, snacks, & a variety of drinks. I def want to try a sandwich from them one day. There's always customers inside & the 2 people who work the counter (I think they might be the owners?) are genuinely kind & I always see them making conversation with their patrons. Love when a business tries to build a community. There's also a cute seating area outside. The only thing is that they seem to run out of bagels quickly, even on weekdays. I've been there twice now around noon & they didn't have a regular everything bagel (which is fine I just go for a whole wheat everything) but that's something to note... Make sure you get there early, sorry to all the not morning people! I think this will be my new go-to bagel spot, even though I'll miss my Jewish bagels New York bagels will fill the whole in my heart.

My favorite was the original-- it's a mix of a bread roll and a plain bagel. I've literally never had anything like that before. I can't wait to come back to try more of the fresh options.

This is definitely a popular spot, so be prepared for a potential wait. That said, we put our name on the waitlist for two on a Saturday during brunch and were seated in under five minutes! Also if you DO have to wait, there are a ton of shops in the area that you can browse. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server recommended several dishes to us, which I really appreciated. The price point is also extremely fair for the amount of food you get, especially considering how good the food is. The portions are generous, and everything we had was phenomenal. Highly recommend the s'mores iced latte, any of the skillets, and the toast sampler. I will absolutely be coming back!

While they are known for their giant stacks of pancakes and coffee flights, I was really only craving something savory and more lunchy to go with my latte (which was delicious) so I ended up, at my waitresses suggestion, getting the Mediterranean bowl. It was one of the healthy options (a section of the menu) but was absolutely delicious!! It came with a green sauce that I could have had by the bottle, was massive and hit the spot. Come with friends and get a little bit of everything, maybe even a table pancake, so you can make your way through more of the menu. They were swamped on a random weekday afternoon, so I can't even imagine how busy they must get on the weekends.

Mind you there is a Panera/Dunkin Donuts right within a short walk of this place so you would think they would try a little harder. For one when I was there they didn't accept credit cards. In this day and age the local place that only takes cash is practically disappearing. Most people would rather go somewhere else if they don't have cash and again this is easy given there are such places in close proximity. The other thing is the prices are not even that competitive with a place like Panera/Dunkin Donuts. You would think you could go here and get things for less since they are the local place. Not the case. If you were to compare everything one for one it would come out much closer than you would expect. Also you kind of get the feeling that you're bothering them when you're in there which doesn't really help. In my opinion I would go elsewhere than this place. There are tons of different places in the area that will give you a much more welcome feeling when you are in them.
