My husband and I genuinely could not get over how good the biscuit was.....perfectly flaky, buttery. They also have an option covered in an espresso glaze, and it's just ridiculously good. I'm still thinking about it. Coffee was really solid (always matters), and the space itself is super cute and cozy. They also made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter, and she was absolutely obsessed -- such a sweet touch and totally made her day. Westwood is a must. We'll absolutely be back.

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the staff and seated soon after. The menu had a wide variety of items from paninis, salads, and omelettes, to things like burgers and New York strip steaks. The drink selection is also nice with lattes, coffee, matcha, chai, all at a reasonable price. Overall, anyone eating here would be able to find something they like. For drinks we got the coconut cake matcha, and carrot cake matcha. The coconut cake matcha had a very nice coconut flavor with cream that was not too sweet and it tasted exactly like a coconut cake. It's good if you like coconut. The carrot cake matcha tasted like a spiced carrot cake and was the flavors were very balanced. Both were very enjoyable! What we ended up ordering was the Croffle Flight (Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, Cannoli, Fresh Berries & Cream), chicken and waffles, the Tatum's Table Burger, and the Green Goddess Salad with steak. This was my first time having a croffle which is a mix between a waffle and a croissant. Each one was very delicious and presented beautifully. My favorite thing about them was the texture and consistency since they were pillowy soft on the inside but still had a little bounce/crunch to it. On top of that, the chicken and waffles far exceeded my expectations when i bit into it and it had huge flavor! The Sweet Bourbon-Brown Sugar Maple Syrup and Honey Butter used complemented it so well. The burger was also very good and you can tell very fresh ingredients were used. It was delicious and what I noticed about it was that when eating it, nothing was greasy or oily. It was very clean and the only moisture was from the patty's juiciness and the fresh vegetables used. This is a contrast to other burgers I've had that were oily and I felt great after eating this one. Lastly, we got the green goddess salad with steak. As you can see in the picture, the portion was very generous and the ingredients were all fresh. It was delicious and is great for anyone who likes tangy herb dressings. To conclude, I must say that Tatum's Table is a destination worth visiting. The entire time I was there, I was well taken care of by the friendly staff who made me feel at home. The menu had a lot of effort put into it and the food clearly shows. I will be visiting again soon.

That said, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely worth the visit. Our meal took a little while to arrive, but everything came out fresh and delicious. The corned beef hash was cooked perfectly and topped with beautifully poached eggs. My husband ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it. To finish our breakfast, we shared the pancake flight, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Despite the air freshener issue, the quality of the food will definitely bring us back. At this point we didn't just get breakfast, we got a show! But let me tell you about these Banana Foster pancakes because THAT is what brought me back. Homemade caramel sauce, freshly sliced bananas, and fluffy pancakes. Not banana flavor. Not banana extract. ACTUAL BANANAS. The bacon was good, the home fries were good, the coffee was good... honestly, everything coming across that counter looked good. I was even peeking at other people's plates like because somebody had what looked like a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and that cross-section looked CRAZY. I almost ordered one, but I knew I was already doing too much. What also impressed me was how clean and organized everything was. Food was properly stored, labeled and dated, and you could literally watch things being freshly prepared. Their specials seem to be based on what's fresh, in season and what they've made that morning, which makes the experience even better. Fast-forward to our second visit, most recently. Mind you, we're not locals. I'm coming from NYC, so imagine my surprise when THEY REMEMBERED US! That's the kind of hospitality I love about smaller-town establishments. When we paid, on our way out, I asked if they were prepared to sell the soup "to go". Yes they are ready with a 12 oz container with a lid. I was also told they would have two soups available each day. So today, 10/4/26, I had hubby pick me up a portion of one of today's specials which was potato soup as a "to go" for my lunch while he was picking up our "to go" breakfasts. Yum! My mom always made a variety of soup when I was a kid and then I made many kinds, for years, for my family of four. Now as an empty nester I am thrilled to find "homemade" soup at the Rise and Shine! As yummy as anything I and my mom cooked but I don't have to do the shopping, cooking and cleanup! The potato soup came with a small bag of oyster crackers which happens to be my favorite soup cracker because it doesn't change the flavor of the soup but does give it an immediate fresh crunch which I enjoy. The potato soup was thick, creamy and filled with chunks of potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces. There was also a handful of shredded, yellow cheddar cheese and crumpled, crispy bacon thrown into the middle of it which when stirred; then swirled throughout making the soup that much more filling and tasty!
