Bagel Dock.. oh how I love you. On Valentines Day, on the way out they handed me a complimentary heart-shaped bagel! It was so unexpected and so darn sweet. I saved it for later in the day as I had just finished dining in for breakfast, and it was still delicious hours later. For breakfast I had the eggs, home fries & toast, which comes with a small coffee. I love that their coffee is both super fresh and quite strong. Their over-easy eggs are cooked with absolute precision. The yoke was perfect and the edges of the whites were done just right. The home-fries had such the right amount of crisp, without any hint of being burnt. And don't get me started on the super even butter spread on the toast.. what technique! At under $12, it's an easy win to start the day. For mornings where I'm feeling too lazy to cook, it's Bagel Dock for me, every single time! read more

Very odd layout but I'm thinking the best for the space they have for take-out orders, seating, and a plate lunch menu. (I wanted to be there for that menu - it looked amazing!) This was my one visit to a bagel shop on my 4-day trip to Long Island. Cousin said it was the best. Very quaint. Polite and pleasant employees. Customers at tables and waiting in line for to go. Was planning on an everything bagel with cream cheese. Then I saw the olive cream cheese. $5+ dollars? Maybe that's for a combo with a bagel & that cream cheese. I ordered it and paid. Nope. $5.25 + tax for a bagel with cream cheese with olives in it. It should have been a bagel for two. I never thought I'd say this, but it was just too much cream cheese. Maybe I could have paid $3.25 for a reasonable amount of cream cheese with olives? Southerner version vs Long Island version? I don't know the answer to this, but I scraped off a lot of the cream cheese, in spite of it being very tasty. I've been coached that on my next trip, I'm to ask for a "smear," and skip the additives. read more

After dealing with a few bagel places in the area that I was not pleased with, I stumbled across bagel dock. I do work nights and get off early in the morning so bagel dock actually works really well for me on some occasions. They have a parking lot in the back which is super convenient @ and inside they have a few tables welcoming you to sit down and eat your breakfast, drink your coffee & even watch a little tv. I called in my order and by the time I got there, my order was ready, bagged up and sitting on the counter. I double checked my order just to be sure that there was no mistakes as I said, I had a few issues with other restaurants in the area and Bagel dock did not disappoint. Since the first time I visited and had a great experience, I have now become a regular and I suggest if you are in the area to support this business, they are great. I did try the French toast it was good however I do wish that it was a little thicker. I'm going to be trying other menu items to see what works best for me. For now the fresh bagels are everything. We tried this place out on a visit to Long Island. Great local spot for a cheap, filling and tasty breakfast. You get two eggs, a breakfast meat, home fries and a bagel for $8.99. It was such a great value we ended up going there two days in a row. read more

Never a complaint from Bagel Dock. Usually only a place I hit up on the way to captain Lou boats. But today, Frankie wanted a bagel with extra cream cheese, and this is the only place that spreads it on thick to his liking. The little one got his toasted muffin with butter, and lox, onion and cream cheese for me. Couldn't get in the truck, so saw they offer delivery from the apps. Perfect. They had everything we wanted, order was delicious, accurate, and speedy. We may have found a new Sunday routine. read more

Good amount of tables with chairs inside. Tables and chairs on their deck for summer eating outside. FREE PARKING on the premises there is so much room I have seen even a large school bus parked comfortably. The town workers service this establishment so don't come during lunch time only if you're looking for a seat. You may or may not find one. I came early for breakfast. $9.22 WAS A STEEP CLIMB for an EXPENSIVE BREAKFAST SANDWICH which was a lot of money for a little HYPE. I mean it was just a medium coffee on an everything bagel with eggs and bacon with ketchup. I noticed they don't give out a receipt of purchase, which makes me wonder about tax time? I don't think they offer any patron bathrooms but don't quote me on that, I didn't ask. I gave this establishment 4 stars only because of the price, and no receipt from the register. This business has signs on every flat surface saying "No Outside Food or Drink." There are four of them on the front door alone, including two that FACE INWARD, just in case you brought something in and missed all the other signs, but need reminding not to do it again. One over the register, one on the drink fridge, etc. Is this really such a crisis? Are they losing that much business to all these people who make food at home and then are compelled to go eat it at Bagel Dick...er, Dock. There's too much negativity in the world. When asked what kind of bagel I wanted my lox on, I asked for a bialy. Had I known a bialy is about $3 more than a bagel, id have gotten a regular bagel. On top of this, it's the worst bialy I've ever had and though he did pile the cream cheese on abundantly, the lox are pretty slim for $17 and change. As the only black person with my family walking into bagel dock this morning I was extremely offended and annoyed, I was in a long line and when we, me my fiance and my daughter got up to the front to order the lady which qas caucasian completely ignored us....she was on the phone for a long period of time and was telling other people to hold on the other line, she did that about 3 times while taking an order over the phone which was a very hefty order; while we were still waiting on her to assist us, she answered the other calls and took there order as well. I looked up at my fiance in shock! After she took all the orders on the phone she walked away and told us to give her a minute as she proceeded over to where they made the sandwiches where she took three bagels in her hand, she then came back to the front where we were still standing waiting to place our orders and still she turned away and went to take down another 3 to 4 bagels where she began slicing them up and preparing them for other people. While she did that the two other male and female workers of whom seemed to be hispanic went around us and decided to begin taking all the other people's orders behind us, I'm sure by now you must know I was a little angered and very disturbed by this, even a little disappointed because I don't really go out to eat bagel and I chose bagel dock to visit this morning. Even after a lady told them they skipped us they totally ignored it. I was going to say " we would still like to place an order" but after what I saw I was completely is disarray so I decided to walk away while the lady was still cutting up bagels and ignoring us, and my family walked out behind me. When we went in the car my fiance decided to go back in to ask the gentlman what happened why they skipped us and he replied " that the lady who was taking the calls and who was supposed to take our orders told him we ordered already which was a complete lie. Nice little find. It's like a deli / luncheonette! My Greek salad was authentic very good. Husbands burger and fries delicious. They have some really good French fries! One thing I do have to say the chicken noodle soup, there is some kind of seasoning that just doesn't belong. Threw the whole Soup off but that's a simple fix, I will Make sure I tell them Next time I'm in. Next time I'm Coming back for breakfast omelettes though Seemed like you can order eggs all day! This place is great! It's a deli with seating. The water bagels are always fresh and taste awesome. They offer different flavors of cream cheese as well. If you don't like cream cheese, no biggie, they have eggs, bacon, sausage, lox, and a whole lot of other options. I went in because an old friend told me how much she loved the place. I order 2 bacon egg and cheese and I told the men who took my order if he can add lettuce as well. When the lady rang me up I asked her if the man who took my order and made it had put lettuce. She said no he didn't because I didn't ask but I was 100% sure I did but told her then it might have been my mistake for not saying loud enough. The men who took and made my order passes by me and ask in such rude way " you asked for lettuce? You didn't tell me anything" and walks away with a nasty face. I was trying to apologize but he obviously didn't care. He seriously took my order really fast. No wonder he didn't "hear". I will not be buying from here again. I stumbled into this eatery at 4 am bleeding from a bullet wound to the kidney. I was gasping for air and I needed medical attention immediately, however I was taken aback from a sweet and enticing aroma filling my nostrils. I gazed up from my puddle of blood and piss to see a lovely fat bottomed spanish women offering me official Bagel Dock Bagels. Their golden crust was delicious to taste and melted into my mouth. The greek salad had three gyros inside of it, enough for the whole family!!! And the orange juice.... Good Lord! Either way, this is his brother because he died from blood loss in that bagel dock but he told me that this was the place to be in New Hampshire if you wanted a delicious meal at a poor price! read more

I have been a customer of this establishment in Freeport for some time now. The food is always very fresh and the service is always good. It can get very crowded at times, but the line usually moves quickly. The bagels are excellent. I like the everything bagels with lox spread. Sometimes get get an onion bagel with bacon. They give me a generous portion of bacon and the prices are very reasonable. There is plenty of seating, so it is a good place to stop by for breakfast, or lunch. However, I usually get my food to take out. There is a private parking lot, so finding a place to park my car is never an issue. read more

I went there for my early morning breakfast and coffee . I asked them for a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon . The sand which seemed rushed and I understand that they have a time that they have to make the food in but take a little more time with peoples food .
