For our entrees, we ordered the filet with blue cheese crumbles along with the Cowboy Ribeye. Both steaks were well-cooked....as ordered! The filet was medium rare and the ribeye was medium. The seasoning on both steaks was perfect. The right combination of salt and pepper such that both steaks disappeared. Really good tasting beef. What you hope for in a steak house. We had a side of mushrooms with our steaks. Will said that a half order would be plenty and he was right. We ordered a bottle of St Supery Eli (a red blend) and it was great with beef.
