Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.

The star of the show was the arrabiata pasta made with vodka sauce and Calabrian chilis. The pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and was well sauced, truly delicious. The ambiance is nice, and the service was fine. They checked on us frequently but not entirely friendly, maybe our waitress was having a bad day. They also have an outdoor patio area with red Adirondack chairs, makes for nice photos. The inside is medium sized. There's the main floor bar area, and then tables are on 2nd floor loft. Some eclectic outdoors/hunting lodge type of items on the walls. Doing good business on a weekend afternoon. They have a pretty big selection of brews, with about half a dozen year around beers, and a lot more seasonal varieties. You can get a 4x4oz tasting flight which I got. Beer was pretty decent. Even the IPA wasn't overly hoppy. The food menu is classic American pub fare. I got the MAP burger which is burger with two smashed patties. Good sized burger with decent buns. I got fries for the side, and they filled the plate with fries. The fries were okay, but there's a lot of it. Overall, food was decent, and the view is great.

We enjoyed talking to them and learning about the area and the history of the brewery. They explained that they had been in business for about 24 years. The restaurant was poppin' - almost every table was taken, but we were offered bar seating and we gladly accepted. After purusing through the menu I decided that we should try a variety of items including a side of Brussels sprouts, Bowl of Bison Chili, and a Fig and Arugula Pizza. Service was quick and we got all our items in a pretty timely manner. The pizza had a really great crust the dough had a nice bounce to it. I think for me they were a tad overly generous with the balsamic vinegar glaze which made the pizza quite salty. I would definitely order a pizza again but perhaps the Margherita or the Carnivore. The bison chili was a good standard bowl and the brussel sprouts while crispy was also very salty - I think it was definitely over dressed, but maybe since the majority of patrons were drinkin the salty foods would pair well. Seems like a fun place to hang out, but for me I'd probably pick anything that doesn't have glaze or soy sauce.

I love a good cocktail and the restaurant we had eaten at before coming here had none so we knew we had to have "dessert" here. We came in to a sign that said seat yourself. We did, at a cozy little spot near the front door. The table has real candlelight, all of the tables do, so there's this beautiful ambiance of dancing light that envelopes this larger than it looks from the outside wine bar. Just a few seconds after sitting, someone was at our table with waters and the menu. Talk about fast and efficient service. When our actual server arrived, she was super friendly and hospitable. She made it feel like we were regulars and I loved that. And the cocktails? Superb. Absolutely incredible, every single one of them. And that coconut lime rickey? I understand why people rave about it. Perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I also want to point out how quick the cocktails came out to us. The chicken breast was big and juicy with a crunchy coating but I think the oil was a bit too hot as it had a very slightly burned taste. I'd think about going back and ordering something else.

It seems like this beer is one of their flagship beers and it's a good one at that! Flavors to find and have a good time with are hoppy, citrusy and floral.
