Fantastic custom salad with good chicken and homemade ranch dressing. Friendly folks, fast service, and super fresh. What's not to like?

I had over 2 hours left before my flight boarded and I was starving. Nothing at the airport really appealed to me. There was no line at B Smooth, so I decided to eat here. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. It came out to be about $10. It was a very basic salad and the lettuce wasn't the freshest. Yum! The best ranch I have ever eaten on a salad. Every time I fly out of O'Hare, I stop in and get a salad. After a few times, the employees knew I would ask for extra ranch. Yummy! read more

My review is solely based on the salad side of the business. I do understand this is airport food and part of a food court. The salad was ok. The lettuce was cool and the veggies were suitable, but not great. However, when I order a chicken salad it's a turnoff when they take the chicken out of a plastic bag an dump it on the salad. The guys are very friendly here. Reggie was inter active and asked if I wanted to try/sample things. I had a tummy ache so I wanted probiotic. I got the probiotic fat-free yogurt, banana and strawberry smoothie. It is very sweet (because of the natural strawberries) yet delicious! They do sell the probiotic non fat yogurt by itself, if solely interested in that. Hopefully this is enough to heal my gut. It is a very small place so everyone is personable, or kind of have to be. I will definitely return. I have yet to try their salads but I heard they are also delicious. They also have diary free options. Burrito Beach and B smooth are my two favorite vegetarian, diary free, and quick spots here in ORD. read more

Decent plant-based smoothie options for an airport. Really disappointed they won't allow you to provide a reusable cup to use. I provided a reusable 16oz cup for my 16oz smoothie order and they insisted that they had to use a disposable cup. :( read more

Not a lot of options compared to other smoothie places. I'd love to see an option to take some of the greens they have for salads and incorporate them in with the fruit for a richer smoothie. But what's important about this is that Dallas is the nicest airport employee I've ever met and I've traveled all over. He was validating, honest, helpful, and brought light to my day. Took all these orders and took forever to make it. Stupid process. Salads are okay - not happy with service

I got a vegan smoothie and it was worth every penny. I wasn't looking for healthy, so when I saw the gentleman mixing the non-dairy soft serve vanilla ice cream with pineapple and strawberries, I started salivating (mentally). After one sip, I told my wife this was the best dessert smoothie I've ever had outside my home. HORRIBLE! not only were our drinks bad...really bad...the kid behind counter whining bout opening then not once but twice he drops f bombs that were proceeded with the word mutha...yep that actual happened..he was rude and disrespectful...there were several ladies standing waiting plus a couple kids.. so when I said horrible it was a legit comment...avoid this place at all costs...7$ for what appears to b sour apple juice and chopped ice...worse thing was top popped off while I was throwing away and made terrible mess (it was full) and I felt horrible I couldn't find any resources to clean up my mess! Why am I reviewing another O'Hare restaurant, you ask? Well, I've been here nearly 10 hours and am pretty bored. Plus, I hope my feedback will help another weary traveler. This place rocks! Best food I've had all day from a place that's about 10 square feet. The salads are reasonably priced ($7.19 without meat), and the toppings are sublime. Garbanzo beans, edamame, kale, beets, eggs, spinach, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives...and the list goes on. Organic quinoa can be added for a nominal charge. A fresh, healthy meal in an airport full of fried foods and pizza was exactly what I needed to power through my international flight that will hopefully finally leave in the next hour. read more

Delicious, convenient, and affordable option while waiting on your delayed flight. Pinneapples are from a Dole can and are NOT fresh. They are connected with the burrito restaurant next door. Yo Dallas is amazing he stayed even tho they were closing to make me a smooothie cause the yogurt machine had been down and I really appreciate that cause i had dreaming about this vegan shake all day!!! The pros: a pretty decent salad bar at a reasonable price. Fresh lettuce, good topping options, most everything crisp and tasty. The cons: the service was the epitome of disengagement. Now, I'm realistic, I don't expect amazing service or anything, but this was pretty awful. They blatantly criticized the customer ahead of me for being a cheap skate, the anger that I would not know that I should pay before they made my salad was palpable, and I second guessed my decision to eat here after I saw how awful the attitudes were and how little I trusted that there was concern for my safety, let alone enjoyment. The glare I got when I asked for a fork was freezing! Someone needs to give these guys a raise or some encouragement or a boost of engagement somehow. Better than decent food, but scared to return lest I make the counter workers days even worse for being there. read more

I recently flew out of O'Hare and needed some food. I am recently gluten free and have been finding out the hard way that airports do not have g-free freindly food. I found my self at b-smooth for a smoothie and freshly made salad. I was pleasantly surprised buy the quality and taste. I saw them put real fresh fruit into the blender. This is something that is hard to find at regular smoothie places! Next time I go through or go to Chicago, I will definitely stop in to get a smoothie! read more

Got a peachy keen for my girlfriend without banana. They put banana in and didn't blend it so you couldn't drink it through the strawberries. Went back to ask for a remade one and the staff was rude and complained to each other about it right in front of me. She then left the banana correctly out, but no peach in the peachy keen. Fruit smoothie was all ice and no fruit. No flavor. The staff was helpful but the drink was the worst fruit smoothie I have ever had.

Watch the employees making your smoothie. Of course being in an airport they'll abuse the fact that you're in a rush to give you whatever they feel like making. Ordered an all fruit smoothie and ended up with some milky concoction that they felt like putting together because I had to run. It's not what I ordered and I can't drink it or return it or get a refund. I've been to much better places in airports. I suppose they're still up and running because people are looking for a fresh option. management hasn't bothered to fix anything because most likely they'll never see these customers ever again. The woman who made my salad was miserable. She should try something outside the customer service realm. The salad was mediocre and the smoothie bland. Thumbs down. The service here was so disappointing. The man making my salad acted like I was completely inconveniencing him by bringing him by business. I almost walked away half way through him making my salad. It doesn't take much effort to smile and simply be kind to your customers. Really put a damper on the experience, it is enough to make me never come back to get food/smoothies there. read more
