Called today around 11am to place a order. Male who was taking my order was rude. Seemed like he didn't want to help me. I wanted to order 9 meals, he kept asking me to repeat. This is the first place I've gotten a meal prep plan. I've ordered from them twice now. I'd say it's nice that they're local and that they have some Asian meal variety. I'm used to making my own meal preps but sometimes you just don't have time or want something different and B Nutritious really offers that. I weight lift and so I'm always looking for meal preps with high protein count and low carb. I wish the meals were a little more customizable. Here are some of the meals I've tried. Ground Turkey 3/5: This on is decently high in protein. Ground turkey cooked with bell peppers, and onions. I go this served with sweet potatoes and broccoli. I thought this one was alright, as someone who uses ground turkey to make quite a few meal preps I think this one fell short in the flavor department. It's something I could have made at home to be honest. Grilled Chicken 3/5: Same feelings as the ground turkey I don't think this was anything special. I ordered it because it was white meat and it's the same quality as something I could make at home. I was hoping they would add a little something to it to make it special. I got this served on steamed vegetables and broccoli. Kung Pao Chicken 4/5: This is where it get's good. This was delicious. Something along the lines of Panda Express but less greasy. I wish there were more options of what the sides could be for this. I believe it's just either white rice or brown rice. I think I wanted either vegetables or sweet potato. I don't believe you could substitute this one. But the flavor was there. I enjoyed this dish. Peanut Chicken 4/5: I love this one! Delicious, if you're not allergic. It will be one of the dishes I order again. I ordered this with just breast meat and this was good. Steak 3/5: It was alright. This one you have to pay extra for. Was it worth it? It was alright, again something I could make at home. But I suppose if you don't have time to cook this is a tasty, healthy, option. I would recommend B Nutrition if you're looking for meal prep. Or if you're looking for guilt free panda express. Their pricing is a little high but for meal prep it's about right $8-12/ meal. You could probably save more by just making your own but sometimes time is money and you just don't have the time. I would rather pay a little more and invest in my body when I don't have time to cook. Be on the look out for coupons, get on their mailing list. read more

What I've been looking for!! A healthy place to eat at and won't feel guilty about later. Your meal prep without preparing. I was just driving by and noticed the name on the store. It looked so familiar to me. Then I realized I've seen this on Instagram! They opened a store!!! And it's so close by my place. Score! The gals working were very nice and friendly, instructing me on how to make my order. There's a mini clip board with the menu, you'll just mark your choice of Carb, Protein, and Fiber. This is so perfect for me. I usually prepare my daily meals once for the rest of the week so I can focus on my fitness goals. Towards the end of the week, my last few meals aren't as fresh. So to be able to come here and have a hot healthy "cleaning eating" meal, I'm satistfied. You would think healthy foods are boring, plain and bland. But my fish was so well seasoned and not too salty at all. It actually had a bit of a citrus flavor to it. Perfectly cooked and crispy on the edges. The yams, omg! So sweet and soft. The aparagus are steamed to a nice crunch. The perfect well balanced meal for a health "freak." And they have this coffee in a can that is 50 calories! It's so good. This coffee lover is happyyyyyy! I love how you can still eat healthy foods without sacrificing the quality or taste!! I've come in once and I will definitely be a regular customer. The ambience is very clean, hip, and welcoming. Everything is pretty straightforward with the menu. SERVICE: Even though this is a to-go type place (order & pay, then sit and eat or take out), service is still top notch. Everyone there is really friendly and approachable. If you have any questions or changes, they are more than willing to try to accommodate if you need it! PINEAPPLE SHRIMP FRIED RICE: I ordered it with brown rice because I felt like it. Hands down, the best brown rice version of fried rice. If you blindfolded me, I wouldn't even tell it's brown rice. Such a healthy option with egg whites and no added fat or oil-perfect for carb-lovers like myself without the guilt!! The portion size doesn't look big, but it's quite the amount as you're eating. You can totally share it was someone or save some for later and just be as content. It's sprinkled with the healthy FlavorGod seasoning. SPECIAL SAUCE: Brian's special sauce is amazing. I am all about the spicy and this is it. I wanted to steal the bottle home because I think it's better than Sriracha (but I guess that'd be illegal :/ ). It definitely has some sort of Sriracha and honey mustard mix in it, but just throw that thing on everything you order. It's LOW IN CALORIES. It's amazing, I swear by it. Let's face it, sometimes healthy food isn't the saltiest or greasiest, that's why it's healthy. If you want overly salted food, then go elsewhere. Someone mentioned that the brown rice was hard. Well, that's just the texture of brown rice. If you want fried white rice, go to your local Chinese restaurant or heck, even Panda Express. I really like this place. It's convenient and it's prepackaged. I don't have to think about the calories because for the most part, the portions are good when you're trying to eat healthy. Their entrees to some people may be a little bland however, their spicy house sauce is their saving grace for that. =P Haha Each meal is $10-15 which is pretty reasonable for the portion! You can make your own meal or choose from one of their favorite entrees. Each meal comes with a protein, veggies and carbs. I personally like to make my own meal. The salmon, groud beef or turkey, and steak are a good meat option. I usually get sweet potatoes or brown rice as my carb. It's a great portion size and you won't end up feeling bloated after your meal. I usually order online to save time since their food is made to order, but if you order at the restaurant it's not too long of a wait! They also do meal preps. read more

My Order: ------------------ Orange chicken (chicken breast is a little more) White Rice Broccoli (they actually didn't ask what kind of veggie I wanted so I'm guessing if you don't specify they will just give you broccoli) The price: $10.17 Then I decided to order a PB Chocolate protein shake The price: $5.95 The Wait: ------------------ The food is definitely made to order, you do have to wait a little longer than other places but that's because it's fresh food. I believe my order took about 15 mins for my order to be cooked, I was a little short on time because I went right before work. So if you are short on time, you might want to either order online for pick up or maybe go somewhere else. The Taste: ------------------ When I got the food, I was expecting orange chicken like at a Chinese food restaurant. But instead, you get grilled chicken (I believe) with some sauce. It is a little sweet, but if you prefer a little extra kick then I do recommend their hot sauce. It definitely gives it that extra kick that I like. The rice was also very good, it was definitely cooked and moist. The broccoli was just steam broccoli so again, if you need to add a little flavor add their hot sauce. The protein shake, tasted like any other protein shake you would get. Mine did come with bananas but the banana was a little over powering. I also did get a few dry protein bubbles in my shake. But it's not the end of the world. Would I order another protein shake? Probably not, I would just stick to the food. The food was basic no flavor I got a teriyaki bowl with white rice and broccoli and a mango tango smoothie. It's way overpriced basically a flavorless overpriced waba grill. One of my go-to spots. I think I eat here at least 1-2 a week. Their salmon & jasmine rice always cooked to perfection. House noodles are my second favorite though I have gotten them slightly overcooked and mushy. Sometimes the asparagus stalks could be cut a little bit more just cause they are chewy sometimes. I feel like the workers here need a bit more training. I had ordered for pick up on doordash about 20 minutes ago, and when we got there we were so excited but we stood there waiting for about 15 minutes and NO ONE was at the registers and the cooks in the back were just staring at my brother and I, not taking any action. I had rang the bell TWICE and my brother had to speak up for me and ask them to help us and it took someone 15 minutes to tell us that someone will be with us. Like we COULD have been just told that. Yes, it is indeed healthy, but it's so simple to the point that anyone with some basic cooking skills can easily make at home. Some of the food is so bland.
