We were given a 10 minute wait after meeting with the Hostess. There was alot of activity around the bar and lots of drinks coming out of the bar well....always a good sign! When our time was up, we were quickly escorted to our table. We were each given a menu and a drink menu. Lots to choose from on both menus (see the pic below) I ordered the chicken sandwich with caramelized onions and my son ordered a Chicken Pot Pie. He had a beer and we both had water with a lemon. The food came rather quickly. I was immediately taken back when the caramelized onion was not on my sandwich. I was going to ask the waittress to fix it but it was far to busy and it was not a big deal. Of course, I would have enjoyed the onion but "no big deal". My son's Chicken Pot Pie was a good size and was thrilled with it. We both ate everything on our plates. Our waitress checked in with us a few times to refill, which was nice and came to take the plates away after we were finished. We did not get any dessert. To be honest, we did not see a lot of dessert plates coming to other tables, either. I have become addicted to their kale and grain bowls. Considering I was not a kale person prior to my first trip to b.good, I am a true testament that even if you typically don't like the healthy alternatives, you will love this place. All of the ingredients are locally sourced, including the beef they use for the burgers. Yep, if you aren't into all that green healthy stuff, you can get an amazing burger, and it will be the healthiest fast food burger you can get. They also have salads and tasty sides, including fries (regular and sweet potato) and sauteed veggies. To wash down all this amazing food, they blend up some great healthy smoothies. If you have some kids in tow, no worries, they also have kids' meals that will appeal to the younger generation, and since the ingredients are locally sourced, you don't have to worry about what they are eating. No, I am not being paid for writing this review, but since I have been there every day this week for lunch, I thought I should let everyone know how great the food is and how wonderful the employees are. If you are unfamiliar with their menu, the staff are more than willing to answer any questions and give you all the time you need to make your lunch/dinner decision. When I first ate at a B.Good in Boston, it was a delight and I raved about it for weeks. I was therefore thrilled when this one opened on Ft Eddy Rd in Concord, just 15 minutes from my office! The vegetarian options are excellent. They base the kale bowls and salads on a shredded, lightly cooked kale that is perfect in flavor, color and texture. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, very patient with our questions. I like the fact that most ingredients are sourced locally. I don't mind paying extra for a place that treats its employees well and uses local goods, but the prices are quite reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. At first when I started eatng the food I thought to myself"huh , I'm really hungry and could eat literally anything including grass, gasoline, poison and other inedible substances." After having to endure the soggy pieces of cardboard which they call sweet potato fries I have decided that I would literally rather eat dirt. Being a broke college kid 20 bucks for a burger fries and a milkshake is a fairly high price. Rather then go here do yourself a favor and spend 20 dollars on rope to uang yourself. Of course, if you don't have the means to do that, you can also have an Uber or Lyft at your disposal. As for me, though, I had a friend drive me from Boston Logan International Airport to my hotel in Manchester, but we made a pitstop here to grab dinner in Bedford, New Hampshire. So it worked out though, friend bonding time, and I get a free ride to my hotel. The footlong was made fresh to order and was definitely the highlight of my travel day. They even gave us extra napkins when we told them we were messy. Lol. This is a take out only sandwich shop within a small shopping center. Parking here is never easy but we really wanted to try these sandwiches. I grew up in Maine so the Portland Maine Italian sandwiches were a big part of my life. I love Greek olives, American cheese and crusty Italian bread which to me really make the sandwich pop. Here, though, they use provolone cheese and the bland black olives and very soft Italian bread. So if not comparing it to the Italian I know and really love it isn't bad at all. I ordered the ham sandwich with the veggies, opting for oil to make it more Maine ish. It did remind me of a Maine sandwich, but lacked briny olives and the flavor from the cheese. It honestly could have used more pickles too. The bread was to soft for me but I have to say I still enjoyed the sandwich and I definitely would go back again. I apologize for the picture as I had already taken a bite and we were eating them in the car.

I'm very perplexed at the poor reviews for this place…read more I'd argue that it's actually better than Jersey Mike's. A lot less salt in your sandwich. And the bread is much better. Overall, the staff is great and the interior was spacious with comfortable seating. The prices are actually good, not great... But the small is actually a pretty substantial sandwich. I'm not sure why Manchester and Bedford Yelp users don't take photos. I'm here to change that, and I would encourage people to realize that Google reviews are very easy to fake and manipulate. Yelp reviews are much harder.

A few months ago, I came into this Jersey Mike's to order a kids meal and asked if I could…read moresubstitute the bottled water for a fountain drink in a kids cup, which every other Jersey Mike's I've been to has done without any issue. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I "didn't know what I was talking about," and insisted they had never done that before. The interaction was so unpleasant that I avoided this location for the next 3-4 months and drove to another Jersey Mike's instead. I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn't been mistaken all along. On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise. I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make. She completely turned my opinion of this location around.
