That got my attention. At that time, I had a wonderful salad with chicken tenders that was superb. This time, we came in during the craftsman fair in Concord, and after looking at the stalls for most of the day, we were ravenously hungry. I had a chicken breast sandwich which was a truly beautiful piece of chicken breast, with caramelized onions and all the trimmings. I also had a salad on the side. My other half, had a juicy, tantalizing burger with some of the best fries I have ever had. Yet another one of our guests had the chicken tenders, light and tender and crispy which was extremely tasty. I can understand some of the previous comments about having to wait to order. The manager, who attends the cash register in ordering, he's doing 14 things at the same time. She is extremely busy especially in peak periods. However, she is quite efficient. As in most places, vibes also has a staffing shortage problem and that should in no way diminish the quality of the food as well as their amazing service to the community. Overall, we had a really good time. Great food, nice ambience, and we sat by the window and people watched during a beautiful day and a busy time at the Concord craftsman fair.

I had recently been wondering how the Gas Lighter was holding up, and decided to take my wife there for lunch today. Boy, what a pleasant surprise! My wife is a second generation Greek American, and we both know Greek home cooking. We started by splitting a bowl of their Avgolemono Soup (chicken rice lemon); the absolute best we have ever had! We both ordered the Lamb Gyro, and it was delicious! The Tsadziki sauce was wonderful...loaded with garlic, and the Gyro serving was very generous. The French Fries were also good, crisp, but not greasy at all. My wife had Onion Rings with her Gyro... home made, lightly breaded, and very tasty. The desserts were next. They offered Baklava, Greek Rice Pudding, and Galatobouriko (a very special treat, made with crispy phyllo dough, and a firm custard, with a syrup). I had the Rice Pudding. My wife had the Galatobouriko. Both were delicious! The Owner/Chef, Soula, is very friendly, and the restaurant was very comfortable, clean, and inviting. Very nice staff! Our Mother's Day late lunch at Tandy's Pub & Grille was unforgettable and I am so grateful we wandered in. The chicken & lemongrass dumplings were genuinely one of the best appetizers I have ever had in my life - perfectly balanced, deeply flavorful, comforting and bright all at once. Every bite felt intentional. The rest of the meal was equally flawless. My Chicken Caprese sandwich and my husband's Club sandwich were excellent, but the dumpling appetizer just stole the show for me. My mouth waters writing this and remembering! We sat outside on the patio on a beautiful spring Sunday, listening to the nearby fountain and the happy sounds of families celebrating together. It was the kind of atmosphere that reminds you how special simple moments can be when everything comes together just right. What truly elevated the experience from excellent to exceptional was the service. Greg (and another gentleman whose name I did not catch) made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed from start to finish - warm, attentive, welcoming, and effortlessly professional without ever feeling intrusive.
