He got here and started the work and said he needed to go to the store to get a new circuit breaker. Right there I thought that was weird. If you are an electrician, I would think you would have electrical stuff with you when you go do your service. But, he came back with nothing and finished the job. Then he said that for the extra time he spent going to the store he had to charge us an extra $100 above the quote. That is wrong. He did nothing extra and waisted his own time.
