My alarm was acting up (not calling out). I called Bay Alarm to fix it. They set up a service appointment very quickly, and sent Dave and Tony. Dave and Tony thoroughly investigated, and kept me in the loop the whole time. They fixed it quickly. They were an absolute delight to work with. Thank you Bay Alarm! read more

Tried to discuss our billing, got the total runaround telling me that I was lucky some businesses paid over $2,000.00. I have two separate accounts (Why I do not know) my small building is $200.00 more than the larger one. Very poor Customer service! read more

David & Gabe just left our commercial office after servicing our alarm system and resolving the issue. Both were so friendly, professional, efficient and resolved the battery issue in a matter of minutes. Great service, 2 great techs and a job well done. I have nothing but great things to say about Bay Alarm Service whom we have been using for 10+ years. I recommend Bay Alarm highly as well as David & Gabe. Thank you both, for a job well done!! read more

Great service. Tech David was super helpful, timely, and polite. We've had service with Bay for almost 10 years in a commercial building.

My company has used Bay Alarm for YEARS and they are top notch and I give them a true thumbs up. If you are looking for a residential or commercial alarm company, I highly suggest you give them a call! read more

Bay Alarm bought our local alarm company, Bond, several years ago. Their service is ineffective and unprofessional. In this latest instance, we asked to upgrade our alarm to include enhanced measures in a back room. After speaking to a team member in their out of state office, we agreed to add an additional door sensor, a device for it to communicate to the exisiting panel, and an additional motion detector. The service tech showed up in the time window and did not bring or complete any of those upgrades. He re-completed a repair from February that failed and charged another $130. The escalation team in California apologized and offered another visit for which we would have to pay another service fee. Use a more professional local company that values local customers. read more

I work at an assisted living residence as a caregiver for some very special people. We recently had a problem with the 30 year old smoke detector that was in a apartment. David Madden was our technician, he was very nice to the resident. He patiently explained that he was there to service the alarm. After diagnosing the unit he decided to update and replace the alarm. He was very efficient and very polite to the lady of the house. We would welcome him back anytime . Thank you and thank you David Madden. Sincerely grateful, Nancy Duran at Lifestreams in north phx. read more

I ordered this alarm set 4 years ago for my father who was failing in health . I can not recommend the alarm. When we received it - the technology looked like it was archaic 20 years behind - we had problems with it working - we had to send Back the unit they sent another unit it did not work properly either. It was extremely frustrating and time consuming to try to resolve the issues eventually I cancelled and contacted the company by phone and explained the displeasure. I sent back the equipment to the company canceling. My father passed away within a year. Fast forward 3 or 4 and out of the blue I start getting text alerts from a collection agency for an unresolved $85 balance on my dead father's account. REALLY - Really - what horrible service and harassment. Run don't walk away from this company - the reviews they claim to be must be bogus. I have yet to find away to leave a legitimate review on their Bay Alarm website. don't believe the reviews read more

I love this company, they could not have done a better job. Our sales rep Dustin never tried to upsell me and I walked away feeling like he was a friend and tried to save me money while protecting my business as best they could. He came back with the installer and walked through the installation to make sure I got exactly what I wanted the first time. Mike and Travis did the installation and did an outstanding job. Everything was clean and perfect. I kept checking on them like a soccer mom and they are always helpful and answered every question. Mike went through everything with me and explained it well and answered every question I had. All of these guys are absolutely first-class guys. You guys should really let Mike spin the damn wheel read more

We recently moved seven entities from our retiring vendor to Bay Alarms. We chose Bay Alarms over 4 other companies because they listened to our needs from the very start. Tom Donahue was the initial point of contact and set the tone immediately. He was punctual, thorough, and anticipated possible struggles before they happened. Scheduling through Tamarie was successful too. Everyone was where they were supposed to be, and when they were supposed to be there. Our technician, Ken, was the best of the best. Reprogramming turned out to be more difficult than anticipated but Ken was not deterred. Ken spent the extra time, did the extra research, never gave up, and made sure that all of our buildings worked on the APP. Thanks so much to the Bay Alarm Team in Phoenix, Arizona! read more

I was apprehensive when Bonds Alarm sold to Bay Alarm, but it has been nothing but awesome. I get such wonderful service. Super nice employees. Attentive and helpful. I am a customer for life read more

Great company to work with! JR and Jeremy did an amazing job installing our fire alarm system at our family inn. JR always kept us updated with the project. Tamarie was also very helpful in getting everything organized and keeping things on track! It took three weeks to complete the job and it was done seamlessly! read more

I had Bay Alarm update and replace my 8 year old home alarm system. The price quoted by their account rep.,Nicholette, was considerably lower for a complete system replacement and upgrade by hundreds of dollars over adds I've seen by other major companies. The installer, Ken, showed up on time and did a very professional job of the install. He explained everything to us and cleaned up before leaving. I reccomend these people highly for your security needs. read more

David was on time and very professional. He explained everything as he did it. Thank you

I want to give them a few more stars. Just because the people in Phoenix are very nice. And the repair department in Phoenix is great as well. But the monitoring is horrible. Again today they call late after alarm was activated. This time thirteen minutes late! So I call in to speak to a supervisor to find out why? She kept interrupting me while I was explaining. And it was very obvious she was in a hurry to get off the phone. And didn't care about my concerns. This isn't the first time our company has had issues with the call center. read more

Ten months later and they have only gotten worse, so I guess I'm going to have find a new monitoring service. Apparently they still haven't gotten their computer system figured out yet since the data in one system doesn't always match what others have. You'd think they'd have a master system with everything feeding off of it. For example one of my rentals is on an 'Avenue' and in the billing system it does, but in the Emergency contact system it's listed as 'Street'. When the renter set off the alarm accidentally the cops couldn't find the address. I called in and had it fixed, but my property manager did the same thing when it happened, so I have no confidence it'll stick. Two weeks ago I accidentally tripped my own alarm and cleared it within seconds. Got a call from them - good - but I never talked to an agent. Instead I got seven minutes on hold with music and Bay Alarm ads. Look elsewhere. I am. read more

Over the past year, our alarm system has issued several false warnings on an intermittent basis. Typically this would wake us up around 2am. We contacted Bay Alarm and they had a representative onsite the next morning and he resolved the issue. To avoid future false alarms (and lack of sleep), Bay Alarm worked with us on an alarm system replacement that would meet our budget. The installation took the better part of a day (due to the size of our home and number of entry points). A current alarm system was installed and that has resolved our false alarms completely. This gave us a bonus of having several new features that we are now using. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Bay Alarm and their representatives. These guys know their stuff. read more

Had a trouble signal over the weekend. Called and had appointment Monday. Tony L fixed problem in 5 minutes. What a great employee. He was on time and pleasant. This was the first service call needed since Bay Alarm took over for Bonds and I was very impressed with their service. Highly recommend them read more

My alarms were going on and off and Darren came to check it out. He informed me that it was my smoke detectors and not my alarm system. He even waited at the property for a while just so he can hear the alarms but of course they never went off. Awesome guy and was a great help! read more

I had this alarm system in California and was excited when we moved here that we could continue to have the same service here in Scottsdale. We finally moved into a new house and just had our system installed. John was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. He listened to call my questions and concerns that I had with the placement of alarm. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was happy! I thank him for his great service! read more

David was a great tech. Immediately identified the issue and solved the problem. Very personable and professional.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! First time dealing with them since the acquisition and I can't give them enough kudos! My Tech was David Madden and he was awesome!! To make a long story short, due to some issue with UpLink; my entire system crashed. I spoke with Mr. Madden the evening of Jan 26th, he explained the situation and assured me that service would return soon and that he would stay in contact, to make sure I was happy. To my surprise, I received a call Monday morning informing me that David would be coming by the next day. David arrived, well within the window provided and assured me he would be in and out and service would be back. Regardless to say, that was not the case, as the system had sustained more damage than assumed. He was professional, courteous and xplained the issues and once again assured me he would fix it and he did just that! Everything except the UpLink Remote System was up and he promised to stay in contact until that was fixed as well. read more

Just got set up with Bay Alarm am very happy with my choice. It started with their salesman Walt, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and knew what system would work best for my property. As a first time homebuyer it definitely helped having someone like him show me what works best. Then John came to do the install, he even brought a toy for my dog to play with! He left my house cleaner then when he arrived. John to was very pleasant to be around and had the install completed very quickly. Very great experience!!! read more

I have had a very positive relationship with Bay Alarm Company for years. Jonathan is always ready to assist with any of my alarm needs. Yesterday I had the great opportunity to have two wonderful installers work diligently to get our home security system installed. Drake and Jeremy went the extra mile to get the internet working so the system could be installed. Never complaining that the service to get the internet running was not their normal part of installation. The job was completed quickly and efficiently to my specifications. I highly recommend Bay Alarm for all of your alarm needs. read more

I was super happy with Bonds Alarm. Decided to make the transition to Bay after acquisition. Moved into new house that required new smoke alarms, had Bay fix that for $700... It worked sporadically at best. After a year of failed repair attempts, then absolute ghosting from Bay I still don't have an operational system. What a waste of time and money. Steer clear! read more

I have been a customer of Bay Alarm Company (formally Bonds Alarm) since March of 1986. Obviously, I've been with them so long because they are the best provider of security systems in Arizona. If service is needed, they are available when you need them. I lost the ability to walk in June of this year due to Necrotizing Fasciitis. I now am bound to a wheelchair. I could not set my security system because it took me too long to leave the house, with the wheelchair, the alarm would "go off" and I would have to go back in the house to reset it. I had this great system and could not use it when I went out. When the Branch Manager, Tom Donahue, learned about this he sent his Senior Technician, David Madden, over to my house to resolve the problem. David was here about 30 minutes "setting me up". I now have a "Remote" that I can arm/disarm the system with. Finally I can secure my property properly when I have to go out. It is so easy. I push the "ARM" button to turn it on and the "DISARM" button to turn it off. It even has a "MEDICAL EMERGENCY ALERT" button. Thank you Bay Alarm Company, Tom Donahue & David Madden for giving me my security back! BTW: Bay Alarm Company was started in 1946! read more

We were having a few different problems with our residential alarm system when David Madden, the Bay Alarm technician, arrived to troubleshoot them. Not only was David polite and informative, but he was also quite knowledgeable and creative in how he resolved what turned out to be a couple of difficult problems, using some clever tricks of the trade. Accordingly, we couldn't be happier. We were expecting really bad news and, instead, we now have a fully functional alarm system again without a major investment in new parts.
