So far this company (JPG/AZ Alarm) is proving to be much better than other national alarm services... which, based on my experience have bad business practices, unreliability if your alarm is actually set off, poor customer service, and higher prices. This is a much better choice for home security.

if I could give Gary and his answering service 0 stars - I would!…read more What an awful experience trying to reach Gary. So Gary has employed an "answering service". Please note: Gary does not take calls directly. He must call you and you must be available to take the call. Attempt one was leaving a message-no response from his staff or Gary over 5 business days. I waited one week and called his # back and received the answering service again, who asked me "what company I'm I with", so please note Gary does not specialize in Residential work apparently. However I left a message for Gary. When Gary did call me back the call I was not available to take a call, so it went to voice mail and then the cycle repeats-Gary leaves a number which is the answering service, but this time they transferred me to another person, who stated that they don't have anyone by the name of Gary-same company name mind you. I call back and the answering service proceeds to tell me that this was "my problem" that I could reach Gary. When Gary and I did speak his answer was he was too busy and worked by referral only. Which I told Gary that I was referred to him which is why I was calling. At this point Gary and his business seemed like they were doing me a favor, so we parted ways. STAY AWAY from this company.
