Please note: Gary does not take calls directly. He must call you and you must be available to take the call. Attempt one was leaving a message-no response from his staff or Gary over 5 business days. I waited one week and called his # back and received the answering service again, who asked me "what company I'm I with", so please note Gary does not specialize in Residential work apparently. However I left a message for Gary. When Gary did call me back the call I was not available to take a call, so it went to voice mail and then the cycle repeats-Gary leaves a number which is the answering service, but this time they transferred me to another person, who stated that they don't have anyone by the name of Gary-same company name mind you. I call back and the answering service proceeds to tell me that this was "my problem" that I could reach Gary. When Gary and I did speak his answer was he was too busy and worked by referral only. Which I told Gary that I was referred to him which is why I was calling. At this point Gary and his business seemed like they were doing me a favor, so we parted ways. STAY AWAY from this company.
