As a referral, WiredUp came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. Frank initially came by and gave us what he thought would be the best option given our house layout. I did my research and was on board with his suggestion of a wireless Sonos system, especially after Zak dropped by and let us demo one of the speakers. Zak was awesome and way more personable than you would expect of someone who might want to just get the job done and leave. He was on point every step of the way, chatting and joking with us, while he mounted our TV + PlayBar (that were meticulously centered with our room dimensions) and made sure he showed us everything we needed to know in order to run the Sonos App on our phones. Frank also texted me a week later just to make sure we were still happy with their work. Everything runs as advertised and looks even better. I would definitely recommend WiredUp to anyone who wants solid products coupled with better service. These guys are great!

I interviewed four different A/V companies before deciding to go with Amp A/V. From my first phone conversation with Greg, it was clear that he really thinks through the details. He asked me excellent questions that spoke to his experience across many job sites. By the day of the install my requirements had changed a little but Greg, Ryan, and Brad were able to adapt on the spot. They did a fantastic job wiring up for the home theater. After cleaning up they walked me through the finished product. I am impressed with the quality of their work, as well as their professionalism throughout the day. Most of all, there is simply a certain level of transparency and integrity that shines through every interaction with these guys. I give them my highest recommendation.

They also moved our Coax and setup a new power outlet in our closet so we could setup an IDF in our house. Their wiring and attention to detail is remarkable. They did a thorough job testing each port and punch down. They cleaned up after they were finished and left our house spotless. I would highly recommend AMP AV for any kind of cabling project.

    I contacted David for a job with several pieces to it - unmount and remount a 65" TV in a different…read moreroom, install a 120" home projector screen, and install a ceiling mounted projector, including installation of an outlet and running a balun cable for 4K/HDR video from a wall to through the ceiling to the opposite side of the room. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Creative Touch Home Audio and use them again. They arrived when he said they would and helped set realistic expectations along the way of what needed to be done and why. Initially I was amazed at how fast the TV was unmounted and installed in the second room - the mounting was done with great precision, professionally run cabling, and the drywall patched. They had that whole piece done in the time it would have taken me to just stare at the TV trying to figure out how to unmount it. The second piece with installing the home theater components was more complex and time consuming. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and carefully calibrated resulting in the projector perfectly projecting and filling the full 10 foot screen. This has to be done on the wall to fit above tall tower speakers and between two large ceiling fans. The entire time David was very courteous, professional, and took the time to answer my questions. At the end, they took a few minutes to demo some different videos on the set-up - and shared in the excitement of how great it all turned out. Great experience, can't recommend enough!

I think a lot of people have been jumping the gun and giving these guys a rough time pre-maturely or without considering certain factors. I have a pretty hard time accepting these reviews based off my own experiences with them. First off I want to say that no company is perfect. I manage a construction company in San Diego & we make some mistakes along the way. It's the nature of the business. But it's how we respond to those mistakes in the end that makes the difference. I-Wired has never burned me on their workmanship or something that they forgot. Second I want to touch on the character of Rob and Steven. These guys have always texted me back or called me back when I have an issue. They are polite even when I have been a little OCD or dramatic at times. They have way more patience than me that's for sure. They show professionalism and kindness and I'm pretty confident that it's the same with most everyone. I've never been forgotten or disrespected. These guys do care a lot about making sure people are taken care of. Third I want to touch base on service call fees. Yes, they have fees. Most companies do. The prices on everything is going up in AZ if you haven't noticed. They do have costs running a business & their business strategy makes perfect sense to someone who runs a business. It prevents people from abusing their services making calls whenever their heart desires and it also minimizes their losses. These guys do alot of business and need to stay in the green as do most businesses. It's part of being a (successful) business. If Wendy's now charges for sauce, Southwest Airlines now charges for bags, then you can bet your ass that most companies are charging for service calls. Now if they determine that the service call is from faulty work then the company is fair from my experience. I can assure you though that nobody gets a free service call for something that they may have caused or for more equipment being purchased. Unless you know how to install your new products yourself, companies usually charge install & service fees. My pool company charges me to diagnose pool issues. Warranties expire and things cost money. Please get over it people. Thirdly they do have a clause in the contract that tells you to cancel 30 days before the contract period ends. I just reached my 3 year contract expiration date and asked Steven if I was contracted for another year. He explained that most companies renew you automatically which is true. They aren't going to hold you hostage for 1 more year though if you really want to go pay ADT a higher monthly charge for a new 3 year deal that truly traps you (lol). If anything Steven is doing you a favor before you get high pressure sold on a longer & more expensive commitment. In closing, Steven is good with customers. He has always found a solution for my needs whether it was camera trouble shooting, new equipment solutions, or a better rate for being a loyal customer. My experience is that they are going to do everything they can to keep you as a customer. I want to say with confidence that Rob will always make sure you are taken care every time you call in. Steven will do the same and keep your business. Both guys are great. Give them a chance to help you out. They'll do a good job for you.

After making two appointments to come out to our home in Scottsdale and missing both of them, the sales rep came the third time, took extensive notes and apparently quick a week later. After 4 weeks of no-follow up, I requested a second visit. The rep showed (this time, as agreed) spent an hr, took (new) notes and promised a proposal within 48 hours. 3 weeks later I had to request it. 4 days later it arrived. I wrote back immediately with 8 questions. No response. After 4 weeks of emailing and 4 phone calls, no response. I wrote feedback on the company website telling them what a waste of time this was. Got a response from a manager, asking forgiveness and another chance. I sent the correspondence. 2 weeks later after I sent a text, he acknowledged receipt of the email. Now, 4 weeks later, no response. This could be the absolute worst customer "service" from a tech company EVER. Why would anyone let them touch/install/service equipment with treatment like this. My advice: RUN AWAY from iwired as quick as you can, unless you want your time wasted. There is just no excuse for this type of treatment.
