It was great to talk to Neighborhood Watch Security and get the real scoop on what the options were with no pressure so that we could make an informed decision about our security needs. Given the decision again, I would definitely choose Neighborhood Watch Security, and will refer all of my friends and relatives to them as well.

DO NOT USE ADT!!!!…read more Service is garbage. They tell you 59.00 to come out too fix doorbell camera. I asked the ADT rep over the phone multiple times that $59.00 is the only charge. He said yes. I agreed too have tech come out. He comes out and before doing anything, tells me its going too be $230.00. I said no, thats not what the adt phone rep told me. He implies that he gets this issue alot. I call in too cancel, and speak with an Account "manager" named Mia. She promises me the world, 5 yrs locked in price of 45.00 (lowered from $65.00/month), cover camera fees, cover tech fees, discount on new cameras, no payments for 2 months, extra 10% off. I said no. Do yourself a favor and call your local alarm companies. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Just know that they can lower the price if they really wanted too but wont until you call in and speak your mind.

We made our call on a Monday morning and Ivan (wearing a facial mask) arrived that same afternoon to replace all of them in one appointment. He quickly (and efficiently) tackled this job in less than an hour, leaving the worked areas as clean as he found them and with thorough explanation of his completed work. Thanks to Scottsdale Security's morning phone receptionist (who took the time to itemize the cost beforehand) and their professional service tech Ivan, a positive impression was left.

I asked for business cards. I've shared this info with my own mother. This company is my hero at 10:30 at night. 24 hour service isn't cheap but worth it. HEROS!!!

So far this company (JPG/AZ Alarm) is proving to be much better than other national alarm services... which, based on my experience have bad business practices, unreliability if your alarm is actually set off, poor customer service, and higher prices. This is a much better choice for home security.

When my wife and I bought our new home we had a baby girl on the way, so great security, monitoring…read moreand cost was a huge priority. After doing our research and through recommendations we went through Jon Knox, owner of Knox Security Services Inc. We didn't want to go through ADT, their monitoring was too high and we had them in a prior house. ADT outsources their service reps and the quality of work was sub par. Our house almost caught fire because of an incorrect mini transformer installed by a former rep. When the out sourced rep came out he tried to sell us over priced window sensors under the table. When Jon came to see our home he installed everything quickly and was easy to get in touch with when we had some questions. The quality of work, installation and equipment blew ADT out of the water. After getting to know him I could tell he does some very impressive work for very large homes and businesses. Even though I was a smaller job, he made me feel important and like I was his top priority. Not bad to get that sort of treatment from the owner of a company! Ever since we have had the alarm installed we haven't had a single issue and feel comfortable that our home and new family member are safe. I highly recommend Knox Security Services Inc. for anyone considering a home security system and didn't want to go through ADT like my wife and I.

KNOX HOME SECURITY - An Extremely Welcome Wake-up Call…read more For more than twenty years, we faithfully paid our monthly fees to "Brand X" security. I won't mention the name, but I believe it is the largest in the nation. Service levels steadily declined, but they made up for it by steadily increasing their prices. After reaching the breaking point, I looked for alternatives. I found Knox Security headquartered in Scottsdale, but with nationwide connections. Here's what I learned. The hardware is better by far than that of "Brand X". The service is vastly superior to that of "Brand X". I actually dealt with human beings who were responsive, professional, and friendly. Best of all, I now pay less than half per month as I did with "Brand X". Had I made the move two years earlier, I'd have an additional thousand dollars in my pocket. I should have made "Brand X" into "Brand Ex" long ago. I've now had Knox on board for a month. It works great. It's easy to use. It looks great. And my monthly cost is less than half what it was.

I have a technology background and from the very start I could tell Jared understood my needs and suggested the route I should go and what equipment I might need. I told him I wanted 6 hard wired cameras / 2 security panels / 2 smart thermostats / a smoke detector tied into their system and my 2 smart locks linked as well. He actually talked me out of one panel which saved me a bunch of money and am super happy as I use the app most of the time bs the actual panel. They came and finished the install in one day as promised and now I can monitor front / sides and the back of the house, open the front and the garage door remotely, turn the heat or A/C on and off, be notified of a fire and actually asked about a carbon monoxide detector while install guy was here and that is now also installed. All the doors and windows had sensors and they tested them all including the shatter glass sensors I had. They will also be doing the monitoring with no contract - I am super happy with the pricing and level of service I received. Don't hesitate to use them for your future needs.
