We know nothing about wells, but he was able to look at pictures and once he came, troubleshooted what was needed. He came back the next day with the necessary parts and even replaced a connection that had been done poorly in the past and was not tied to the leak. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his price was great. We are so relieved to discover him and will call him again in a heartbeat if we have another well/pump issue.

First working from power source components then eventually to the pump it self. Steve asked if I wanted to pull the pump , he believed by the readings his meter was showing the pump or wiring was the problem. My pump went out Wednesday night, I called him Thursday morning assuming there would be no way to get a same day appointment, but he put off his plans for the day, came to my house to get a game plan, then came back again 2 hours later with a tower truck and started pulling the old water line & pump out of the well casing. By 7pm, I had water back at the faucets. Well pump replacement, done right, is a little time consuming, so you need to be patient. Gene is the guy to call, period!

Just another stellar job from these guys!!! Last night we had a pretty devastating fire in our…read more3-car garage, used as an electronics shop. A cheap power strip flamed out and set the room on fire and it ripped through and destroyed thousands of dollars of electronics gear. But the worst part is our well control box and pressure tank are in the garage (detached from house, thank God!). So we had no running water. And we share the well with a neighbor, and they also lost water. So first thing this morning about 11:30 I called Nicholson and spoke with super-nice Chris and he actually said he'd be over at 12:30 to "look at the scope" - but he brought another guy, a brand new pressure tank (he just assumed ours would be dead), and within less than 2 hours they had the old one out and the new one in and our water was restored! There were other gizmos and such as part of the system, but Chris inspected them and said they were just fine - he could have just said "it's all trash let's replace it" but he clearly doesn't roll that way. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching and Chris and his assistant clearly showed to me they "have it". I'd have never questioned if they sold me all new boxes/bits - but they simply "did the right thing" I just can't speak more highly of Nicholson. This was our third dealing with them and once again, epic performance, friendliness, and price. Full TEN Yelp stars - you guys made our lives 90% less miserable today. Thank you so much Dave
