Matt and his helper did an excellent job replacing our older well pump today. They evaluated our current electrical system, made some necessary modifications and replaced the pump. They were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. We'll definitely use them again in the future, should the need arise. Thanks for the Great Service! read more

The same day I called 6 businesses, only A Plus answered, one called back, and only A Plus actually talked to me about our issue even though they had a very full schedule for the day. Some time opened up, and Matt followed up and had someone out same day. No pushy sales gimmicks and they very patiently explained their findings and recommendations. For the service level (phenomenal) and time spent on our property, the price was very reasonable. Thanks to A Plus, our ducks were able to swim the same day our water pressure plummeted and the rest of our animals (human and otherwise) were pretty happy too read more

3rd time I've needed their services in 26 years. Called with water spraying out of my pump house. They were literally onsite in less than 15 minutes, had me up and running in less than 3 hours and at really reasonable prices. read more

Where can I start? Came across these guys because they actually answered a request for help for being without water on a Saturday night (back in 2019 maybe?). Matt came out and performed a pretty extensive job solo, in the dark, and quite quickly. Fast forward to another time where I lost water due to low water level in my well and instead of soaking me with a service call to tell me that unpleasant news, it was done after some texting to determine possible issues and fixed. Now in 2022, after another episode of being without water, I emailed in to the company via the website and again Matt proved to be a super hero. Let me know being without water was a priority to fix and came out with Aaron and totally got me back on line. More impressive was they heard some unusual noise and after confirming it wasn't just water being restored to my pipes, went to town fixing a leak. I also appreciate their patience with me asking at least 100 questions and explaining what's what. I don't wish well water issues on anyone, but if you have them, you definitely want these folks on your team. read more

These guys are excellent. After dealing with numerous other places and having to wait days and sometimes over a week to get things done I found these guys. The same day I called they were out with everything needed to fix the system. They gave me an estimate and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. The explained everything that was wrong, what they needed to do, why they needed to do it. A few times I called and they walked me through the codes and how to adjust things myself rather then charge me for a service call. Its been over 10 years now and I call them for any issues or problems I have. read more

My water well pump started showing signs of failure by intermittently not coming on resulting in no water in the home. So, we scheduled a pump replacement and are happy with the service we received. It took about 3 hrs, and bam, we were all fixed up. I was curious how the system works, so I stuck around during the job and they were more than happy to explain things to me. I highly recommend this company. read more

We had iron staining and iron bacteria in our water. Matt and his team were ready treat the water and install a filtration system immediately when we reached out to them. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Matt even fixed a broken water pipe in our yard that was not part of the well issue, just a nuisance. We finally have clear water coming into our house. I highly recommend this company. read more

This company is amazing! After what must have been a very long day, Bob still made an emergency call to our home to repair our water pump! He climbed under our home several times and got us water that same night! What a blessing when so many other companies couldn't be bothered with our small emergency! He understood and had compassion for the fact that we had absolutely no water, toilet or other necessities. We need some extended work and he will be our number one choice! He cares and shows it! read more

Best service ever received by a local company. These guys have been an active part of the Arlington Heights Community for a long time. Family owned and ran. Matt the installation tech is the best. He just showed up at my moms house and literally took only 20 mins to fix the problem. Didn't even charge a after hours amount. Seriously look no further for a water company who will follow through with what is promised. Honest and fair priced to boot. read more

A-plus water Services gets an A+ in my book. I have used them twice now for water well service. The first time was 18 years ago when my pump stopped working and the second time, today when the pump control box went out. Both times we were without water. They put us first on the list and came out within a couple hours of my call. The work was done well by a competent crew and for what I felt was a reasonable price. We had water again three hours after my call. I will use them again for my water well service needs in the future. read more

These guys are amazing. If you ever have any well issues what so ever call these guys ! They are truly professional and great to talk to. We had multiple ( electrical and water flow ) issues and they fixed them all. Happy Holidays !! The review from Hannon O.is completely out of line. read more

I cannot offer a higher review as I tried several times to have them come out to do a service call and was unsuccessful. I really was impressed by all the comments that were written about them and I contacted them via their website to confirm that they serviced my area (Mill Creek/Bothell), but every time I asked for them to schedule an appointment, they would ask for my address and then I would never hear back from them. I must simply assume that they are very busy and don't need my business which is good for them. My rating is strictly based on their customer service and follow thru. I realize that we are quite a distance from their regular service area and they would probably rather work closer to to their base, but it might be helpful to limit the listed service area and let potential customers know that they do not come this far. read more

This is a great company and Bob was a great person to work with. He contacted me quickly after my initial call to them and was punctual in arriving to do the work. He had my water system up and running in no time and was thorough and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me an estimate for future recommended work. I will definitely be hiring A-Plus when I upgrade my system. read more

We recently utilized A-Plus Water Services to replace a pump in our well and replace our water softener system. Matt came out on a Saturday when our pump stopped working and replaced the pump in no time. Within a couple weeks our water softener system needed to be replaced, Bob tested our water and Matt and his technician came out and replaced the system. He also provided advice on what did and didn't need to be done which we appreciated. Matt and Bob are great to work with and do excellent work. They are very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We will continue to use them when we have plumbing needs. read more

Came out to test our water and give guidance on what to do to fix the iron problem. Although we ended up using a more competitive solution, they weren't offended and were very helpful in solving our problem. I would have no reservation recommending them to anyone with a well issue. read more

Scary! Cut power to our well while installing a filtration system and tried to hide it with duct tape! Then tried to pin their mistake on someone else. Could have caused us a very dangerous problem! read more

It's Friday and my well pump stops working. I contact two different referrals from friends and don't get a call back. It's now Friday evening, I do a web search, find A Plus Water and decide to take a chance on an "unknown". I'm blown away when the owner of the company answers the phone (wile he's on another job) and takes ownership of my problem. As he asks questions and assesses my situation he begins teaching me about my system. His conclusion was my problem was identical to the job he was currently working on. He asks if I'm up for following along with him as he works on the site he's at while I replicate his actions. Within a few minutes I've got my pump back on line and he's thanking me for calling A Plus. When I ask how much I should write the check for he responds 'don't worry about it, I'm happy to help. Just remember who to call when you have another problem and be sure to tell others about us.' Noob Letcher is a class act who you should trust to resolve your water issues. I'll be giving him some future business. read more

Matt is fantastic. My water stopped running on a Saturday night, and he helped me identify the problem over the phone to get me back up and running right away. He also installed our water softener 2 years ago which has been running flawlessly ever since. He really knows his stuff and gets the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible. read more

Bob and his team are as great as it gets! He has helped us out numerous times throughout the past few years. We trust him and his team and their work has been exceptional. The first time we met him was when we needed a well inspection to purchase our house. He returned over the past few years to replace the pump, storage tank and maintain our UV water filtration system. We highly recommend him as he is willing to hear out our questions and discusses different options and follows through with solutions. read more

Almost two weeks ago, after seeing many reviews about how great this company is with well systems, I called about a problem with my 83 year old mother's well in Coupeville. Her water softener system is not working and there is a lot of iron in her water. They told me they were currently very busy and said they would call me today to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call so I called them. When I called, they remembered talking with me but told me they were still too busy with people who had no running water and that we are too far away. Their website states that we are in their service area and based on the other reviews, they have been to Langley and Clinton. I am very disappointed with their service. If they said they were going to call, then they should. If they knew they were going to be too busy, they could have informed me so I didn't waste the last two weeks when I could have been looking for another company. read more
