I can't say enough how happy and pleased I am with Gary's service. His partner Jackie was also wonderful. But Gary did a majority of my plumbing in a home I just bought. He took the time to educate me on the why's and how's of everything and replaced all the water pipes in my home because they weren't installed properly way back when the home was first built. What I'm so thankful for is that Gary went above and beyond even my highest expectations by going out of his way to help me with some extra tasks throughout the week he was replacing my pipes. I was in need of upgrade in my plumbing because I had bad water pressure and dirty water. I had called A Quality Plumber Inc. and explained my situation. I spoke with Gary the owner and explained my situation to him. He showed up at the time we had scheduled and was very professional throughout the whole process. He showed up half an hour earlier than our estimated time window which was great because we were in need of getting it done asap.
