Recently I called them to move a 1" copper water supply line in my crawl space and install a new shut off valve and new pressure relief valve. a leak started in our pipe in garage. called a few plumbers for a free estimate. Done Right plumbing was one who offered free service. They came on time (no they even called to see if they could come earlier). Two young men arrived and took a look and provided information on what the issue is and what it takes to replace the PRV. their price was so compatative with the other estimates. they said they have the parts available and can do the job right away. I had a unique plumbing situation with a busted main water line. Done Right Plumbing came out immediately and provided a quick quote and were available to begin work within be a day. They were comparable with the other quotes and had a plan of action ready to go. The trenchless replacement of the water main crossed the landscaped gardens and only required the entrance hole and a hole by the foundation. The operator , Steve, was extremely competent and considerate in keeping the drilling on track and managing the entire project with tge six other employees. He was incredible to have working on my situation quickly and efficiently. They through the required number of people to complete the job as soon as possible. I recently found a leak coming from the bottom of my water heater. I immediately took the steps to shut off the gas and water to the tank and then drained it. Bought a new refrigerator and found out we needed a new line for the ice maker because the one we had wouldn't work for the new refrigerator. So we called Done Right and another plumber and it turned out we really needed to have the whole house replumbed. Done Right quoted less than half the amount of the other company and could do it in a quarter of the time and scheduled us quickly (the other guy said it would be a couple weeks). Done Right brought in their crew and they were awesome! We ended up replacing our hot water tank too since they were out. They had our entire house done in less than a day. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem immediately, but they took care to walk us through all the available (reasonably priced) options. Once we settled on what we wanted to do, they were able to fit us in that afternoon -- they cleared the blockage, installed an new outside cleanout, and put in a new liner for the pipe going out from our house to the city system. We've been working with DRP for a while now. Our downstairs flooded and we needed to figure out what was causing the problem. The whole situation was a nightmare but DRP came out quickly, fixed the problem and got us up and running again. After finishing the job we originally called them our for we decided that we should perma-lined our sewer pipe. We ended up using them for other various jobs like replacing old and worn copper and cast iron pipes and changed out an old water shut off valve in our home. Malakai and Nick have been amazing.
