Done Right did a really great job of drilling a brand new, trenchless water line into our very rocky, hilly landscaped yard. They used their boring machine to lay a new pipe under huge boulders, our lawn and our concrete pad. We appreciated the minimal disruption to our landscaping. We've had our new water line for a year and we've had zero issues. I appreciated that Done Right has their own machine for underground drilling and establishing new water mains. We have a brand new water line, we've had zero issues, and we are confident we will have no future issues. We had a miscommunication about who would secure the permit, but as soon as I brought it to Done Right's attention, Wendy and Steve took care of it immediately and we had an approved permit in a matter of a week. This company does a really professional, high-quality job and I would entrust my property to them in the future. In addition, I felt that their price was very, very reasonable. The cheapest option when it comes to plumbing is DEFINITELY NOT ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION! When it comes to plumbing, you want to make sure the job is done right. I recommend this company. read more

I heard some crazy sounds in my walls at home, water rushing suddenly. I googled the best reviewed local company and gave them a call. The receptionist was able to find employees to come by same day and would let me know when. She called again and said 30 minutes! Jeremy and Nick came over and diagnosed that I didn't have any leaks and what the issue likely was. Very good service and value they'll be our new plumbing referral. read more

A few years ago, had them replace the water line from the street to my house and hook up a shutoff valve near the crawl space entrance. Good service and competitive pricing. No issues since. Just called back to get service on my leaking gas water heater on Dec 23. Tech called me and we diagnosed and fixed the problem over the phone to save him a trip on Christmas Eve and save me a ~ $400 emergency service call. Thank you. Highly recommend for fair competent service. read more

I was looking for a company to do a water heater replacement so I got some quotes. Done Rite was by far the least expensive. I had them come out and look at the job and I checked their previous reviews. I decided to hire them. The project was handled in a professional manner. They showed up on time did the exchange, cleaned up, no fuss and no mess. I was impressed with their work and attitude so I got a quote for a small repipe job. That quote was also better than anyone else. When I'm ready I will be hiring them to do the work. Bottom line, yes I do reccomend them, If you have plumbing needs, give them a call, you won't be sorry. read more

We had a kitchen sink drainage clog that I couldn't resolve with Drano or a consumer-grade snake. We received a recommendation for Done Right Plumbing, and had them send a plumber to resolve the issue. It turns out there were drywall fragments in the line, apparently from a remodel we had done five years ago. The plumber (Joe) was able to resolve the problem, carefully employing methods to get the work done at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them! read more

Cost over $700.00 for a teeny tiny garbage disposal installation. I was quoted $350.00 to fix drip leak in bathroom sink. Somethings not right here. Update: I was told I could have a $200.00 refund for the overcharge on the garbage disposal installation. I waited over a month for the check that never came. read more

I'd strongly recommend Done Right as Steve leads a dream team that can accomplish plumbing project quickly. He dispatched a team to my house and fixed an urgent and complex issue in hours - highly organized and efficient. Two thumbs up! read more

I had Done Right Plumbing replace a sewer line about 4 or 5 years ago and they did a great job. The price was very competitive, they completed the job in one day and I have not had a problem since. Recently I called them to move a 1" copper water supply line in my crawl space and install a new shut off valve and new pressure relief valve. Once again, I received a very competitive price, they completed the job the same day and the quality of their work was great. Malachi was the lead plumber and it was easy to tell that he took a lot of pride in his work. I would highly recommend Done Right Plumbing. Good prices, top quality workmanship, and very personable and professional plumbers who are easy to work with and do the job right the first time. read more

I have hired Done Right Plumbing on two separate jobs for outdoor gas line installation. They did a great job at a very good price with a 2 year warranty. They were on the lower end of estimates that I had gotten. I recommend them. Note that they only paint exterior gas lines white, some of these photos are after I painted the lines to match the house. read more

a leak started in our pipe in garage. called a few plumbers for a free estimate. Done Right plumbing was one who offered free service. They came on time (no they even called to see if they could come earlier). Two young men arrived and took a look and provided information on what the issue is and what it takes to replace the PRV. their price was so compatative with the other estimates. they said they have the parts available and can do the job right away. The job was done and the area was cleaned. very respectful and two young men were so pleseant. I have them in my contact for any future issues for either myself of any of my family members. read more

We had an outdoor water mainline leak that was located near the utility boxes. Samuel and his buddy came, did a quick estimation, and told us that they could start the work right away. They knew what happened under the lawn before digging and completed the fix in 4 hours. Check out the photo - it was a complicated situation with so many other utility lines around the same spot. These guys knew what they were doing and nailed it! read more

We've had Done Right Plumbing out to our house twice: once for a leaking drain line in the wall/crawl space and once for a blocked sewer line outside. Both times they were prompt, professional, and efficient. They brought a full team to get the work done quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the job was excellent. read more

I had a unique plumbing situation with a busted main water line. Done Right Plumbing came out immediately and provided a quick quote and were available to begin work within be a day. They were comparable with the other quotes and had a plan of action ready to go. The trenchless replacement of the water main crossed the landscaped gardens and only required the entrance hole and a hole by the foundation. The operator , Steve, was extremely competent and considerate in keeping the drilling on track and managing the entire project with tge six other employees. He was incredible to have working on my situation quickly and efficiently. They through the required number of people to complete the job as soon as possible. All of the work crew were great to have on the site and cleaned up the work areas as soon as the plumbing was complete. read more

I recently found a leak coming from the bottom of my water heater. I immediately took the steps to shut off the gas and water to the tank and then drained it. Done Right Plumbing was incredibly fast to respond to my online request and they were out the next day (that's what worked with my schedule). Malikai came out, performed an assessment, and was able to replace my water heater that same day. The price was very reasonable and I have hot water again! I will definitely be going to this company first for any future plumbing needs. read more

Malachi and Nick were SO wonderful to work with - I needed a plumber ASAP so I called and they were able to dispatch right away (HUGE PLUS) and I they arrived, they did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate. I accepted and they got to work right away - they found problems I didn't know about and gave me the option of fixing it or leaving it alone which I appreciated. They went above and beyond - when they saw that there was an older valve that needed to be replaced, they took the initiative and fixed that as well. What I most appreciated though was the follow up after the job. I was worried about a leak that I never got closure on and they followed up to share their findings and what exactly they did. I just moved to Washington and I found my go to plumbing company! read more

We needed to do a full house re-pipe, and called several plumbers in our area. Of the 4 estimates we received, the one from Done Right was very competitive in price, and much more complete and detailed. Ashton and Malikai listened to our questions and concerns and addressed each and every one of them more than satisfactorily! Throughout the re-pipe, the work was done efficiently and effectively, and they communicated extremely well, especially since we were not on-site, and that was very much appreciated. Problems were met head-on, and we were always given options and appropriate advice. We're very happy with everything that was done, and will definitely be using Done Right when we do any work in the future! Larry Richardson read more

I can't say enough about this company. After calling several other companies one of which told me I needed to pump my septic tank before they could come out and air jet my lines for a mere $895. Ryan and his partner came on time. I was updated via text on who would be coming and when. They were fast and friendly.had the line snaked out in no time. My bathtub was not draining, it burped up brown stuff when i used the bathroom sink, and my attempts to remedy the situation were unsuccessful. I was afraid to use my upstairs bathroom. I called Done Right Plumbing and they dispatched a couple of guys the same morning. They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate, fixed my problem, and also gave advice for a future plumbing project I've been planning. (Their advice was less expensive than the route I had been considering.) The price was reasonable, the plumbers were thoroughly professional, they didn't leave any mess behind, and I will contact them again the next time I need help. read more

Bought a new refrigerator and found out we needed a new line for the ice maker because the one we had wouldn't work for the new refrigerator. So we called Done Right and another plumber and it turned out we really needed to have the whole house replumbed. Done Right quoted less than half the amount of the other company and could do it in a quarter of the time and scheduled us quickly (the other guy said it would be a couple weeks). Done Right brought in their crew and they were awesome! We ended up replacing our hot water tank too since they were out. They had our entire house done in less than a day. They went above and beyond with all they did. They stand behind their work too. We had a minor issue a year later and they came right out and took care of it for us. Any time in the future we need a plumber, we will definitely call them. Highly recommend them!! read more

We are very happy with the work that Malikai and his partner did today for us. Malikai came out when we called about a certain tankless unit, figured out what we would need, did the research for the same unit, found it and got it ordered all in a very timely manner. We also needed to have hot water to our kitchen faster and he found a unit for under our sink, so we are not wasting water. It was taking 2 + minutes before to get hot water at the kitchen sink. This is the company will be using from now on and we will be recommending them to family or friends who need plumbing work done. Janie and Dan read more

We called them because we had a leak from our ceiling. They were at our house by that afternoon. I even got a text with a photo of the tech coming to our house which was a nice gesture and made me feel safe especially since I wasn't sure if my husband would be home in time. Malikai and (Nick I believe) were so professional and kind. They were able to identify the problem immediately and solved it. We need restoration services and Malikai called two companies for us to refer us. With in 10 mins, the restoration company called us. Appreciate the customer service we received and was a great experience from start to finish. From scheduling and inquiring to the actual techs coming to our home I appreciated it all. Thank you, Done right! Hope I don't have to use you again in the future but if I do, we'll be giving you a call! read more

Done Right Plumbing: We had a main sewer line blockage and Done Right was able to come in right away. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem immediately, but they took care to walk us through all the available (reasonably priced) options. Once we settled on what we wanted to do, they were able to fit us in that afternoon -- they cleared the blockage, installed an new outside cleanout, and put in a new liner for the pipe going out from our house to the city system. All throughout they were very clear on what was happening and why. We would definitely go with these guys again. Highly recommend! read more

We had 2 great experiences with Done Right Plumbing. The first they showed up 30 minutes after calling to fix a completely blocked toilet which ended up finding a mis-installed pipe grading. Several months later they came out on same day for another issue. Always insightful and helpful each time (I learned things about my home each time, for better or worse). They even set up replacing my toilets within 3 days to fix an issue with our pressure. Great company, will continue to use for all my plumbing needs. read more

We've been working with DRP for a while now. Our downstairs flooded and we needed to figure out what was causing the problem. The whole situation was a nightmare but DRP came out quickly, fixed the problem and got us up and running again. After finishing the job we originally called them our for we decided that we should perma-lined our sewer pipe. We ended up using them for other various jobs like replacing old and worn copper and cast iron pipes and changed out an old water shut off valve in our home. Malakai and Nick have been amazing. When you finally find a company you can trust and rely on its solid gold- and that's exactly what Steve (the owner, who installed our perma-liner for us) and his crew are. Always professional, do a stellar job, informative and transparent on what should be done now vs. will need to be done in the future, show up when they say they will, competitive prices and are neat and tidy. Seriously, this is a great company and I highly recommend them. read more
