Blake responded to our website inquiry very promptly, on a Sunday evening. He asked a few questions, asked for a text picture, and provided a bid for a replacement water heater. The brand and model he recommended was the one I wanted from my research, and his bid for the heater and labor was very fair. Our circumstances dictated a quick replacement and fortunately Blake's schedule allowed him to come the next day for removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one. Long story short, our water heater started leaking literally the day after we just paid for pricey (but unrelated) home renovations. We had not budgeted for this additional expense so shortly after. I got numerous quotes from other companies, but Blake was VERY upfront, communicative, and understood our situation. Although I didn't use their services, I wanted to leave a review about the help they gave me. A friend had her hot water tank go out in the middle of the night and leak all over. She was given a quote of $8000 by another company. We took pictures of the hot water tank and sent them to Blake. He got back to me quickly and gave a quote over the phone of $1800. He also helped with finding the shut off from the pictures. She ended up needing to have it fixed today and unfortunately, Blake couldn't do it today. We called ASAP Water Heating after the following incident with our local big blue box store.... Our electric water heater started leaking. We had gone to the store and found the unit we wanted. They advertise same day installation if you call before noon on a weekday. We went in on Sunday, told them what we wanted and they put our name, address and phone number in the computer noting we needed a water heater replaced. We asked, is that it, you didn't even put in which model we wanted. We were told that they will come out and then have everything we would need on the truck. We walked out shaking our heads saying to each other, hmmm, what could possibly go wrong with that.... Lol. Needless to say we got two calls trying to reach us Sunday night and then again Monday. Said they could be out to us on Wednesday, the cost? Over $4000! ASAP owners, Mark and Blake, father and son team, came out the next day and installed a Rheem electric water heater. They rearranged the small corner the old tank was in, cut the pad down to fit the new tank, plumbed it up and put a new earthquake strap on. Amazing team work, great work ethic, and all around great guys to work with! Don't hesitate to call them if you need a fix or a replacement. After a long power outage our gas water heater would not restart. We called a different local company and the service tech that came out informed us that we had a unique hybrid power venting system that he was unfamiliar with and couldn't fix(thankfully, since he was unable to help, he didn't charge a fee!!) Thus started the many calls to other companies trying to find someone that could help. Most of them wanted to charge us to come out and look at it, giving no guarantees that they'd be able to fix it. At more then $100 per time, we were really hoping to find someone that knew what we were working with. Then I called ASAP, Mike answered the phone right away and as I explained what I understood to be wrong, he started asking very specific questions, at this point I gave the phone to my Hubby. He headed downstairs and after about 20 minutes of talking with Mike, our water heater was working!!!! Mike was so knowledgeable that he was able to explain to my Hubby what needed to be done in what sequence in order to get our water heater working. He also explained how we could avoid having the same issue during future power outages. AND he refused any sort of compensation; believe me after 5 days w/o hot water I was more then willing to send him a check!! This company will have our business forever ! read more

I received excellent service from ASAP Water Heating. I noticed a leak in our water heater at nearly 10pm on a Sunday and got a hold of Mark on the phone right then and there. He walked me through how to turn off the water heater and to stop the leakage as well as the gas.
