Excellent service from ASAP Water Heating. 10/10. Blake did a great job installing our new water heater. It's hard to find good, honest work anymore and so finding this company was a total gem. Highly recommend using them if you are needing a water heater replaced! Thank you! read more

Excellent! Our water heater sprung a leak, called a local larger plumbing place, was greeted by an AI assistant that said it would be $130 dollars to have someone come look at it. I get that not everybody does free estimates and am happy to pay for a short consult, but that seemed really high. Found the most local, least "sponsored" entry on Yelp with a decent amount of reviews, talked with Blake on the second ring at 10 AM, he was able to give us a rough estimate with just pictures of the unit, came with everything he needed, even with a few surprises with our old house and unique install, fixed a few issues with connections from our previous install, all done in a few hours that afternoon! Price was definitely fair and can't say enough about how competent, pleasant, and easy it was. Support your local specialist. :) read more

ASAP Water Heating - Styrofoam pad; drip pan; earthquake straps; expansion tank; Bradford White unit all done in an hour! - Water Heater Installation/Repair Near Me - Arlington, Washington

Blake responded to our website inquiry very promptly, on a Sunday evening. He asked a few questions, asked for a text picture, and provided a bid for a replacement water heater. The brand and model he recommended was the one I wanted from my research, and his bid for the heater and labor was very fair. Our circumstances dictated a quick replacement and fortunately Blake's schedule allowed him to come the next day for removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one. Blake was prompt, polite and clean. He installed better earthquake straps and his install looks great. He explained the recommended annual maintenance and answered all our questions. Excellent service from Blake at ASAP Water Heating! read more

I had 16 year old water heater in an attic. I've had a lot of vendors turn me down on the first minute when I mention attic. But as I continue to get quotes from several vendors, ASAP was very easy and prompt to communicate with. They asked some good qualifying questions so they could provide a quote. They were definitely the most competitive among the half dozen vendors qualified. On the day of the work, Blake and his Dad showed up on time. Got work done and done with care, quality and efficiency! I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for water heater replacement. read more

Thank you Mark and Brian at ASAP Water Heating for great service and fair price. I appreciate you for providing quote by requesting pictures of our old water heater and the quick response. ASAP Water Heating - New Water Heater installation by ASAP Water Heating - Water Heater Installation/Repair Near Me - Arlington, Washington

Blake was great, very informative and quick with the estimate and job. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality work.

Blake was very helpful and responsive to my request to replace my water heather. Mine was leaking and Blake adjusted his schedule to fix it at his earliest availability. He cleaned everything up (without me asking) and was very efficient to install a heavy 50 gallon water heater. This is the 2nd time I used their service. They don't disappoint; continue to provide excellent service after all these years. Highly recommended for anyone needing a new water heater. read more

They installed a new water heater in my house 13 years ago. When that water heater expired of natural causes I called them again. They came out and installed a new one, same day. *****10 Stars***** That's the rating this company deserves. I called and talked to Blake to get an estimate on a new water heater. He asked me to send a photo of the existing water heater so he could quote it and Within 5 minutes I had my quote which was reasonable compared to the others I had already received. Blake said he could be there the next day between 1:00 and 2:00pm and despite bad weather, 6 inches of snow and needing assistance for his own truck in an ice-related roadside incident...he showed up to our appointment right on time. Kind, professional and personable, Blake explained everything along the way and had the project compete in no time, leaving the area cleaner than he found it. I have become so jaded by mediocrity these days that I am usually hard to impress, but this man really knows his craft and conducts what is in my mind good, wholesome business practice. I can't wait to work with this company again. read more

We just realized our very old water heater that came with the house we bought was leaking so I called some places and ASAP water heater was the best price and the reviews looked good so we decided to use them! They were so so good really I recommend them! They k ew what they were talking about and did a great job I'm SO glad we called them! I'm new to Yelp this is my first review and I did one cause I wanted people to know about our experience !!! Thanks for making it safe and explaining everything to us read more

Couldn't have been a better experience. First, Blake giving me an accurate bid by phone (after I supplied photos). Then, he took the time to explain the estimate and how the job would go (including moving my stacked washer/dryer in/out to remove the old water heater and install the new one). They (Blake and his Dad, Mark) installed the next day, were very respectful of my home/condo and my time, all while being very polite, easy to be around, efficient, and thorough. Installation went smoothly, and the price was extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend ASAP Water Heating and Blake/Mark to anyone needing help with their water heater. read more

Called ASAP, talked to Blake about my water leakage problem with the expansion tank above the water heater. Sent him couple of photos and he was able to ID the problems right away, provided me with a reasonable quote and next day schedule. Mark and Blake (father and son team) came on time, did a fast and professional replacement of the tank. Mark explained to me in details about the problems and how Blake would repair it in a professional way. They also gave me an idea how much it would cost me for replacement of the water heater in the future (4 to 5 years). He provided me with valuable tips on how to shut down the water and gas in case I need to do so and suggestions on maintenance of the water heater - set water leakage alarm and lower hot water temperature setting. I think that's the service and experience of 3 generations in the business set them apart from others. Grateful in finding a reliable water heater services team. I highly recommend Mark and Blake on water heater issues. read more

Long story short, our water heater started leaking literally the day after we just paid for pricey (but unrelated) home renovations. We had not budgeted for this additional expense so shortly after. I got numerous quotes from other companies, but Blake was VERY upfront, communicative, and understood our situation. Not sure if it's just by chance, but he was able to offer a brand new, albeit, "scratched & dented" water heater for a hell of a price. Mark and Blake came by the next day, and installed within a few hours. Great people, family operated, and local. Checks all the boxes. I would do business with them again (but, hopefully not for another 10 years lol) without any hesitation. Thank you again Mark & Blake! read more

We needed hot water help and they were great to work with. They were professional and responsive.

I can't begin to say how great this business is, all their great positive reviews are clearly warranted. Very pleasant gentleman to deal with. One of my connector pipes on the water heater sprung a pinhole leak creating quite a mess. ASPS took care of me very quickly, saving the day. I have now found my regular plumber and will be recommending them to all my friends as well. I feel very fortunate to have found them when I was in such a difficult situation. read more

Very happy with my install from ASAP. My previous water heater was unreliable, and Blake helped me find a solution. They took care of the replacement process and got the new unit up & running. Very good communication and I felt informed throughout the project.. read more

These guys were great to work with. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it at a fair price. The only reason they didn't get five stars is they didn't initially clarify my tank size with me, so they ended up having to make two separate trips (on consecutive days) to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend ASAP. read more

Dealing with ASAP was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Blake was informative, professional, arrived on time, and fixed our water heater (replacing the gas valve) for significantly less than the quote I got from another local company. If we ever have trouble with our water heater again, ASAP will be my go to company. read more

Although I didn't use their services, I wanted to leave a review about the help they gave me. A friend had her hot water tank go out in the middle of the night and leak all over. She was given a quote of $8000 by another company. We took pictures of the hot water tank and sent them to Blake. He got back to me quickly and gave a quote over the phone of $1800. He also helped with finding the shut off from the pictures. She ended up needing to have it fixed today and unfortunately, Blake couldn't do it today. However, I wish we could have used them as they are honest and aren't trying to rip you off. Highly recommend giving them a call. Thanks Blake! read more

After reaching out to a few local water heater replacement firms I decided to go with ASAP Water Heating based on the great reviews. I'm pleased to say that working with Mark and his son Blake was been nothing short of what the other reviews had said. Mark was very responsive and communicated often so that I always knew what to expect. When he had come over to take a look at my water heater situation, he pointed out several things that were 'red flags' and was able to help get those areas of concern remediated. They were easy to work with, honest, and a hardworking duo and I am grateful for their quick turnaround. They've been in the water heater business for years and they have seen just about all types of situations. If you're looking for a responsive team who are willing to meet your needs, I'd highly recommend giving Mark and Blake a call! read more

I am so grateful for the previous reviews as it led me to having a wonderful experience with ASAP water heating when my water heater unexpectedly started leaking water in the middle of the night. We called ASAP Water Heating after the following incident with our local big blue box store.... Our electric water heater started leaking. We had gone to the store and found the unit we wanted. They advertise same day installation if you call before noon on a weekday. We went in on Sunday, told them what we wanted and they put our name, address and phone number in the computer noting we needed a water heater replaced. We asked, is that it, you didn't even put in which model we wanted. We were told that they will come out and then have everything we would need on the truck. We walked out shaking our heads saying to each other, hmmm, what could possibly go wrong with that.... Lol. Needless to say we got two calls trying to reach us Sunday night and then again Monday. Said they could be out to us on Wednesday, the cost? Over $4000! ASAP owners, Mark and Blake, father and son team, came out the next day and installed a Rheem electric water heater. They rearranged the small corner the old tank was in, cut the pad down to fit the new tank, plumbed it up and put a new earthquake strap on. Amazing team work, great work ethic, and all around great guys to work with! Don't hesitate to call them if you need a fix or a replacement. My husband says they do water heaters and only water heaters so, no up selling just great friendly efficient installation at a very fair price. read more

After a long power outage our gas water heater would not restart. We called a different local company and the service tech that came out informed us that we had a unique hybrid power venting system that he was unfamiliar with and couldn't fix(thankfully, since he was unable to help, he didn't charge a fee!!) Thus started the many calls to other companies trying to find someone that could help. Most of them wanted to charge us to come out and look at it, giving no guarantees that they'd be able to fix it. At more then $100 per time, we were really hoping to find someone that knew what we were working with. Then I called ASAP, Mike answered the phone right away and as I explained what I understood to be wrong, he started asking very specific questions, at this point I gave the phone to my Hubby. He headed downstairs and after about 20 minutes of talking with Mike, our water heater was working!!!! Mike was so knowledgeable that he was able to explain to my Hubby what needed to be done in what sequence in order to get our water heater working. He also explained how we could avoid having the same issue during future power outages. AND he refused any sort of compensation; believe me after 5 days w/o hot water I was more then willing to send him a check!! This company will have our business forever ! read more

These guys are fantastic! My water heater pilot light went out and I could not get it to re-light. I called ASAP Water Heating at 8:00am. Blake answered, he asked a few questions, told me what he thought the issue was, and that he would be out to my home between 11:00-12:00 that day! He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, showed up on time and fixed it up! And yes, he was correct on his diagnosis. I can't say enough about this company! Mark and his son came out and replaced our 18-year old water heater the other day. Mark was very responsive, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I received excellent service from ASAP Water Heating. I noticed a leak in our water heater at nearly 10pm on a Sunday and got a hold of Mark on the phone right then and there. He walked me through how to turn off the water heater and to stop the leakage as well as the gas. He came by the very next day to install a new water heater for a very fair price (lower than other quotes I received). Mark and Blake did a wonderful job and even gave me pointers for maintaining our house in addition to the water heating system. I would highly recommend ASAP Water Heating to everyone. read more
