They started to perform the install and wanted to divert the overflow pipe so it drained into my garage. The lead guy said this was normal. After they left I noticed they did not replace the flue pipe that was used to set the water heater in another location and instead just curled it up. Did not look like it was done to code. Overall questionable work. Tho add to this, they drained the hot water into my front lawn and now I have a brown patch. Luckily I was awake and saw the charge notification that day. I tried calling six times and the person I speak to on the phone keeps giving me the runaround.
