It is now December 2025, and despite repeated calls and constant reassurances that the refund is "being processed," nothing has been returned to us. At this point, their lack of communication, failure to honor the agreement, and ongoing delays have left us no choice but to involve legal counsel to recover the money we are owed. While their "contract" states 30% nonrefundable, I cannot accept that their failure to perform, bad faith, unjust enrichment, and potential breach of contract would be an excuse to have them keep the money that's rightfully ours. This experience has shown a clear disregard for customers, and we would strongly caution others before working with this company.

This company was sent out to reinstall my water heater as part of a restoration project in my…read morehouse. Sent out a group of guys to do an easy repair. They started to perform the install and wanted to divert the overflow pipe so it drained into my garage. The lead guy said this was normal. After they left I noticed they did not replace the flue pipe that was used to set the water heater in another location and instead just curled it up. Did not look like it was done to code. Overall questionable work. Tho add to this, they drained the hot water into my front lawn and now I have a brown patch. They did send out another guy that fixed the flue and properly connected the overflow. He was obviously embarrassed about the previous work. Would not recommend.
