I have been shopping around for a major plumbing project in my basement. I needed to replace an…read moreejector or sewage pump in my basement and also replace my end of life water tank. I reached out to a few big name local companies and got ghosted by Seatown services after putting down a deposit with them. I reached out to JV Plumbing and immediately got in touch with Jose the owner. He came out the next day to give me a bid and it was reasonable. He shared past projects of ejector pump installs that gave me confidence. I read many of the positive reviews and decided to go with JV plumbing. Jose and his sons were on time each day, delivered what was agreed upon, and stayed within the pricing scope. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and I highly recommend them for plumbing and especially ejector pump installs. I also had them replace my water tank with a tankless.

They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. They completed a major amount of work at my home, including installing two new toilets, repairing leaks at my hot water heater, washing machine, and second bathroom, completing a full home water repipe, installing a new main water shut-off valve, and replacing my shower heads and shower knobs. Every job was done with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. What really stood out to me was how honest, hardworking, and respectful everyone was. Jose took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was done right. It's not easy to find a plumbing company you can truly trust, but Jose and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for reliable, experienced plumbers who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend JV Plumbing. Thank you, Jose and your team, for the excellent work!

It ended up being a long process and my parents had to move out for over two weeks (water mitigation and construction involved). He made sure we could move back in ASAP even though he couldn't come himself, so we didn't have to wait through another weekend. He always responded quickly.. He also gave us a very reasonable price. Gavin and his coworker came out at 8pm on a Friday to install. Heroes. The office people were also nice and helpful.

Their pricing bid kept getting beat by their competitor and when I shared why the sales person did not understand and thought I didn't like him. Second experience was I got a bid from their plumbing project for an ejector pump relocation and heat pump water tank. They gave me a great bid so I accepted and put down a deposit. 2 weeks later on the day the plumber was suppose to install he calls and said he forgot to order the parts. I said okay no worries let's reschedule. Another 2 weeks pass by and the day of the appointment two new plumbers showed up that had no idea of the scope of the work nor did they have the parts for install. At this point I was frustrated as I paid a deposit and took time off work. They said the plumber who gave me the bid will come tomorrow. Well here comes tomorrow and nobody shows up. I call Seatown services and they kept saying plumber is on his way. He never shows up and I call asking for a refund. They don't call me back!! What a joke and extremely poor communication. Do not waste your time with Seatown services. Also when you call them you're talking to AI and not a real person.

They restored sewage flow on my property in a timely manner relative to what the initial scope was likely to be. I left them to their work, but reviewed a home camera and was nothing but impressed about how they chose to use and focus their time. As I said, they were all business. We had some clarifications to discuss about the finalized bill, but that was cleared well within my satisfaction as a consumer, and I will recommend Apollo, and utilize them in the future. To a prospective customer, I recommend being very clear about the work being completed, its impact, and the itemization of costs at all steps in the process. Apollo was very above board about everything and quick to communicate about any questions I had both about billing and the job done.

The call center lady was nice and professional, made an appointment on the same day. Nolan came to…read moremy residence towards the end of the day. In order for him to inspect the leak he says he needed access and open up the drywall downstairs in the ceiling which he did for about $400. It is a hole size 12x6 inches. He says he sees the leak coming from the drainage so he retightned the drainage floor and called it for another $400. All in all I paid $780 for him to come out on the first day. We tried using the shower the next day, it leaked so much more and definitely worse than ever before. We called back right away waited another 2 days for him to show up just to hear that he needs another $780 switch out the tub spout which may or may not fix the issue. Or would go ahead and break the tiled walls to determine the issue and fix the problem permanently which would cost me lot more. Given the 2 options that were presented to me, it made me skeptical immediately. I understand it i s a business that they are running but upselling was its finest. All it was failed o-ring in my bathtub spout that shot back the water into the wall. I fixed it myself. It didn't even need ceiling wall opening and all the other fuss. I thought I was supporting a local business but turns out this place wants to print money and prey on people's emotions and lack of experience. There was no genuine attempt made to diagnose the issue. It was all about how much money I could get out of a small job. I m not sure how come this place has this decent of a Google and yelp reviews. I would not trust these guys. BEWARE!!! SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY AND ENERGY.

I'm a curious homeowner and I want to be involved on work at my home. We waited for the actual pump truck to arrive but it took only about 20 min. He had the covers up and was assessing how full it was in the meantime. The 2 guys from the pump truck were very friendly. They all work well together. At the end I went over the charges one at a time bc if I'm spending thousands on my home, I want to understand and approve of the numbers. He didn't mind at all. It took about 1.5 hours for the service give or take. They didn't leave a mess behind and our inspection papers will be filed. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office staff messaged me thru my yelp project which sent the convo to my phone via text. Receipt is emailed along with photos. Straightforward. Easy. Simple. One word of advice that if you decide to stay outside to watch and learn and look into the tank to see the before and after you will feel nausuous. I didn't feel it until after when I went back into the house. I won't be eating munch today. Call them for septic needs!!!!
