Every job was done with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. What really stood out to me was how honest, hardworking, and respectful everyone was. Jose took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was done right. It's not easy to find a plumbing company you can truly trust, but Jose and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. They used their boring machine to lay a new pipe under huge boulders, our lawn and our concrete pad. We appreciated the minimal disruption to our landscaping. We've had our new water line for a year and we've had zero issues. I appreciated that Done Right has their own machine for underground drilling and establishing new water mains. We have a brand new water line, we've had zero issues, and we are confident we will have no future issues. We had a miscommunication about who would secure the permit, but as soon as I brought it to Done Right's attention, Wendy and Steve took care of it immediately and we had an approved permit in a matter of a week. This company does a really professional, high-quality job and I would entrust my property to them in the future. In addition, I felt that their price was very, very reasonable. The cheapest option when it comes to plumbing is DEFINITELY NOT ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION! When it comes to plumbing, you want to make sure the job is done right. I recommend this company.

There were few things that really stood out to me. 1) This is a small local company and Sharif, the person I spoke to on the phone, assured me that the person I'm speaking to is the person that will be there to do the work. 2) Sharif was extremely professional with how he conducted the work. He brought an apprentice and overheard some of the pointers he gave, which included being mindful of the aesthetics of the work and bringing extra supplies in case something needed replacing. 3) Sharif, after replacing some piping valves, reattached the water lines in a way that was organized and held in a way that would prevent a movable water faucet head from getting caught and potentially causing damage. I highly recommend this company.
