There was some dripping of water inside of both tanks from tubes. 2 guys came out, one a prentice. Innards inside of both tanks were replaced, this did not fix the problem. They said there is a build up in the part of both toilets from that drain. I asked if they could snake it and I was told that snaking wouldn't help and both toilets would need to be replaced, at about $1,000 apiece. Both toilets were replaced about 10 years ago during a remodel. I bought that idea at first because I have hard water and I wasn't flushing every time. Tim called the next day to discuss everything. He tried talking me into getting 2 elongated toilets, which I don't like. He told me the round ones were more expensive. I felt like he was wanting to argue with me, pushing me for something I didn't want. I ended the conversation, called the office back a few days later and told them I wasn't going to have them back out. I had another company out AND that guy knew what the problem was within 5 min. There wasn't enough water coming into the toilet bowls. He cleared those out with a long lint brush and both toilets are working great.
