Found the most local, least "sponsored" entry on Yelp with a decent amount of reviews, talked with Blake on the second ring at 10 AM, he was able to give us a rough estimate with just pictures of the unit, came with everything he needed, even with a few surprises with our old house and unique install, fixed a few issues with connections from our previous install, all done in a few hours that afternoon! I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. This is AFTER this company had multiple delays to install the stove. This company is more about taking your money than providing quality service.
